CHAPTER - XXII. Party at the Mayor's

In the afternoon the sky looked beautiful, where the orange color was spread in the city of Kandahar, Rio who had just returned from hunting news approached me who was busy with my laptop.

"Tonight there'll be a party at Mr Mayor's house, will you come?" rio said inviting me to attend a party.

"Pasta what? And are we invited?" I said to make sure, while I kept staring at my laptop and was busy typing the news script.

"The mayor of her daughter is having a wedding, she invites us to attend" Rio said, showing an invitation that read "To His Esteemed Indonesian Journalist".

I slightly glanced at the invitation with the tip of my eyes, without a hint of concern, "What time is the show?" I asked him, and I stayed engrossed in my laptop.

"Half eight nights" Rio said, "take Zuridah, pity the girl who is in the room all the time" Rio told me.

I glanced at Rio, then I stopped my activities, "Seius! What about her safety?" I said as I turned my body to Rio, I was worried that when Zuridah came out, maybe the pimps would look for him.

"All right," I said, turning my body back to my laptop.

"Good, I told Sherly, she'll be coming too" Rio said as he walked into the bathroom.

Not long after, Sherly and Zuridah went into the room, "hi, Mr Rudi, will you be partying tonight?" ask Sherly, a little joking.

"Alright, I agree," I said, turning my body back to continue my work.

Finally Zuridah and I also took a meal and looked for a seat together to enjoy the dinner.

The house of the Mayor is very large, decorated with Middle Eastern-style ornaments, with valuables filling the contents of each room, looks luxurious and very noble.

I saw Zuridah so eager to eat the dinner, but I only ate a little, I am not so excited tonight.

We returned to the motel after attending the wedding dinner.

I immediately threw down my body upon arriving in the room, "oh it has ended my anxiety," I said inwardly.

Rio instantly pulled out his blanket and he immediately went to sleep, while I was still adjusting my breath, I was like I was just at war with my feelings, hunting with time in those circumstances.
