CHAPTER - XXIV. Abdominal

The next morning Rudi who was ready to deliver Zuridah back to his village had prepared.

"Hows it? are you ready?" rudi said while looking at his watch.

"I'm ready" said Zuridah, throwing his gaze at Sherly.

Sherly herself seemed sad, she let out tears when she saw Zuridah, as well as Zuridah who shed her tears.

Sherly then hugged Zuridah, "may you be safe at your destination" Sherly said.

"I will always miss you?" sherly said back while holding back her cries.

Next Zuridah walked towards Rudi who was ready to bring him back to Zuridah's hometown in Argandhab.

A taxi was waiting for them, and Rudi and Zuridah got into the taxi and then passed.

In the journey Zuridah who sat in the back seat looked very sad, I don't know what he thought.

While Rudi who sat on the front bench continued to look towards the front of their journey.

When they reached the border area, the taxi was stopped by the military security forces, they were checked by the troops.

"Hey, where are you going?" ask a soldier dressed in civilian clothes.

"I want to go to Argandhab" replied Rudi.

"What do you need to do there?" ask the military back.

"I want to take this girl home" answered Rudi while showing Zuridah sitting in a taxi.

"Who is he?" ask the Military again, "he's my friend," replied Rudi later.

"It looks like you're not here, can I see your letters?" the soldier said again.

Then Rudi showed her documents-documented and also a letter of duty covering the news.

"Oh apparently the master is a journalist" the soldier said.

"Master in Argandhab is a base of vandals, it is very dangerous if you go there" the army said.

"Better you just go back to the city, we don't allow you to go there!" the soldier said again.

Getting such an explanation finally Rudi brought Zuridah back to the city of Kandahar.

Rudi immediately contacted Sherly and Rio to inform him that he was not allowed to go to Argandhab because there was a base of troublemakers.

Arriving at the Motel Sherly immediately embraced Zuridah and Rudi entered his room.

Today is very tired, "i have failed to return Zuridah to his village" Rudi said in his heart.

Apparently the one who called was Rudi Ismiati's wife, Rudi immediately picked up his phone.

"Hello.." said Rudi.

"How are you doing?" ask Ismiati

"Alhamdulillah, I'm fine" replied Rudi. "How are you and the kids there?" ask Rudi back.

"We're fine, when will you be back?" ask Ismiati.

"No idea, no word from the office yet" replied Rudi.

"Oh yeah, what about my salary? Have you accepted it?" rudi asked Ismiati

"For this month already, there is a little additional mas from the office, he said money side dish," replied Ismiati.

"Oh yes, thank God," replied Rudi again.

"Ilham only often calls you mas, maybe he misses you too?" ismiati.

They make a videocall call

The phone was then closed and the atmosphere became quiet.

Rudi still looked dreamy not knowing what he was thinking.

Next Rudi immediately put his body into the mattress and rest.

The morning that enveloped the city of Kandahar was quite bright, the chirping of birds singing melodiously.

After the shower I immediately went to the stall near the Motel to fill my stomach and drink coffee.

I saw that Sherly and Zuridah were already there, I immediately approached them to join.

"How did you sleep?" ask Sherly

"It's fine" said Rudi, pulling up a chair to sit with them.

"Servant! I ordered coffee and Naan," I said to the waiter.

"Where's Rio, why isn't he present with you?" ask Sherly.

"He's sleeping again, maybe today he wants to rest" I replied.

Then my order came, a cup of coffee and Naan.

"Ok, thank you" I said to the waiter.

"Have you guys eaten?" my many.

"we just finished eating" Sherly replied.

Zuridah who today looks silent and only smiles when there are questions from me.

"Then, I eat first huh?" I said while devouring Naan which I ordered as my stomach.

The atmosphere of the day seemed relaxed and calm.

I still enjoy Naan, this middle east food has indeed become my latest favorite menu

After eating I still sit back with them while enjoying the atmosphere of the day.

I saw Sherly and Zuridah talking in a fun way, I don't know what they're talking about today.

Not long after that Rio came and joined us.

"Have you guys eaten?" rio asked us.

"yes, we've already eaten," replied sherly as she looked at Rio

"Then I want to order a meal first, I'm hungry" he said.

The waiter! The waiter! rio's voice called out to a servant.

After the food ordered by Rio came, he then ate the food he ordered earlier

While I just look at what he did in front of me.

Finished eating he just remained silent while stroking his stomach and leaning on the back of the chair.

"We have an invitation tonight next week" Rio said.

"What invitation?" sahut Sheryl.

"Party Dance at the home of the Head of the Health Service" said Rio.

"Woowww party? We haven't been a party in a long time" Sherly said.

"How are we going to go together?" ask Rio.

The atmosphere is silent and silent.

"Come Rudi we go.." take Sehrly to me.

I was silent for a moment, I thought a little.

"All right.." I replied later.

Yeeeeee .... Yeeee! Sherly was excited by my answer.
