XLIII - Cultivating Love

The atmosphere still looks crowded because it is still late afternoon, seen a girl who is walking towards a park on the edge of the city.

With great grace she continued to walk towards a shower water park in the city park, a woman who was white like a European girl who was in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula country.

The girl approached an Asian man sitting on the edge of the shower pool.

The girl's hand hit the Asian man's shoulder looking at the pool.

The man was slightly startled and immediately turned his head back to ascertain who had touched his shoulder.

He was Rudi Budiman, an Indonesian journalist.

How surprised he was, it turned out that the person who patted him on the shoulder was Hellen the French bule woman who is currently in a relationship with him.

Hellen smiled and he just nodded his head.

"If you're ready, let's head to a quiet place" said Rudi, holding the girl's hand she walked in the direction of the place she mentioned.

They also walked slowly down the sidewalk which is intended for pedestrians.

Now they have arrived at a mosque, this is where Rudi taught religion to the French girl Hellen.

"The creed is a condition of converting to Islam" said Rudi, "So, everyone who wants to embrace Islam he must promise and pledge his testimony to God as his Lord and Lord of the universe" rudi explained to the girl.

"Then he also had to testify that the Prophet Muhammad was a messenger of Allah" Rudi continued.

Hellen looked to nod his head.

"Then will I say that deal?" ask Hellen.

"Islam has five pillars" Rudi said.

"Yes, five pillars or five obligations for Muslims" answered Rudi.

"The five pillars are shahadah, prayer, fasting, zakat, and go to mecca to perform Hajj for those who can afford it" said Rudi.

"Then the first pillar is the shahadah" said Rudi again.

Hellen nodded his head again.

"Hmmm if then if we do not run one of them means we are not perfect Islam?" hellen.

"Yes!" continued Rudi while looking back inside the girl's face.

"Why? Are you ready?" tanya Rudi convinced the girl.

Hellen smiled sweetly

Then he nodded his head while still smiling.

"I'll stay here!" hellen said with a firm tone.

"Alhamdulillah" said Rudi with a smile.

The atmosphere again seemed calm.

"If so, tomorrow we can learn again" Rudi said.

"Today we end up here first," "I still have a job" said Rudi.

Hellen nodded his head indicating he agreed.

Finally they walked to their homes.

Rudi sent the girl back to the barracks of the nurses.

After that he returned to his inn.

The next day the atmosphere of the city was still not conducive due to the open fighting carried out by the government and the rebels.

A government military force came to the inn where Rudi and his comrades were staying.

Military forces led by Colonel Ahmad Abbas examined all residents of the hotel.

Afterwards, the military requested permission to inspect the entire room.

Rudi who was still asleep woke up with the examination.

"Relax sir" said the military man.

After giving an explanation, the Military asked for Rudi's idientisas.

Rudi immediately showed his identity and documented his work.

"Hello Mr. Rudi," The voice with the heavy tone of a man from outside the room.

"Oh, you are apparently Mr. Colonel Abbas" replied Rudi.

"Sorry sir if we interrupt, I don't know if you're staying here" the Colonel said.

"We will today comb through all the settlements that we suspect foreigners are in order to seal the wiggle room of the rebels" the Colonel said.

"Oh no problem, please," Rudi said with a smile.

"If this is an order, I understand that" Rudi continued.

"Alright, thank you sir" the Colonel said as he patted Rudi on the shoulder.

Rudi had known Colonel Ahmad Abbas from one of the Indonesian Military Leaders who joined the UN peace mission.

While walking out of the room, the Colonel who is usually called Abbas was seen chatting coolly with Rudi.

"Both Mr. Rudi and mister Rio, congratulations on continuing his rest" the Colonel said with a smile.

Then a military troop passed and to check all visitors who stayed at the place.
