Card value :
Ace (letter A) :1 or 11 (depending on the number of players
Face card (King or Queen): 10
Rule :
No value can exceed 21 when dealing cards
The value exceeds 21 when the card division or card value determination is declared to lose
When determining the card, whose value is 21 or closest to 21 is declared win
How to play :
The player places a bet
At the beginning, the dealer shuffles all the cards.
The game will start after you place the initial bet and the dealer gives you two cards and some cards for themselves.
The first turn is given to the player. You can choose to do “Hit” (add card) or “Stand” (no add card),
After that, the city will have its turn. He could also make choices based on the ones in his hands.
Once you are done forming a set of cards, it is time to compare your set of cards with the dealer. The winner is the one who has a closer set value and no more than 21 and the game starts again after that.

Carl then sat down at the table and looked at the dealer in front of him

Carl then smiles at the dealer and takes 1 billion chips from him

The dealer nods nervously and hands out 2 cards to Carl
The card shows a diamond of 10 and a spade of 10, which is worth 20 overall
The dealer is once again surprised and starts taking cards for his own

The dealer then nods and starts flipping his card showing heart card 5 and then takes another card
Unfortunately the card he took showed the Queen (worth 10)
This means that the overall value of the card is 9+5+10 \= 24 which means losing (if the card is worth more than 21, it means losing)
Carl once again smiles and picks up 2 billion chips from the dealer
"Let's continue~" Carl said with a demonic laugh while placing a bet of 5 billion chips
The dealer with a shaky hand starts handing out cards to Carl
The first card shows a Heart 10 and a Jack card (worth 10) that is worth 20 overall
The dealer then takes a card for him that shows an ace (worth 11) and one card covered
"Hit (add card)" said Carl
The dealer who heard Carl's words was shocked
Hey, you have a card worth 20 and still want to add?!!
The dealer takes the card and gives it to Carl
The card is diamond 5, which means 20 + 5 is 25
The dealer then flips his closed card and shows the spade number 5, meaning 11 (As) + 5 (Spade) \= 16
Which means Carl lost
"It's a pity that I lost, it's okay, this 5 billion chip is for you" Carl said with a sad expression but gave the 5 billion chip while smiling at the dealer
