Chapter.25 Honesty

"Thank you very much Madam, your cooking is so delicious.I have to go back to the hotel, and I'll get to Madame Deasy if you're okay"

"Aren't you just staying over?It's been very night.The weather here is very cold, what else if it rains down the streets will be filled with fog"

Not long after the rain fell, too much,thick fog enveloped the road because Amanda's residence mountainous area.Amanda forced Darren to stay while in his house.Finally Darren decided to stay at Amanda's house.Amanda apartment only has 2 rooms, only,Darren decides to sleep on the living room sofa.Amanda starts the heating machine.

"Thank you, ma'am, let me sleep here"

"Don't call me madam, just call me auntie"

"E-iya aunt"

Amanda tells him a thick blanket, and a pillow to make Darren more comfortable.Darren feels the warmth of a mother in Amanda.

"Why am I so happy today?"speak it in the heart.

"Did I miss my mother so much?"

"Ah...can't Madame Amanda be my mother?!My mother threw me away!Maybe I'm the son of a dark relationship!

Darren closed his eyes, with a blanket wrapped around his body.

"Samuel.forgive me mother.." said Amanda in tears.

The sound of the door buzzing and the screams of Amanda made him wake up from his sleep.Darren saw Amanda who was crying after her son until at the door.Darren moved from the sofa, and, darren saw Amanda crying by holding her son's arm begging him not to leave.But Samuel ignored his mother's cries, thus pushing her.

Darren swiftly caught Amanda who was about to fall.

"Hey!!What's the problem with you doing something like this with your mother?!!"

"It's none of your business!!"

"Of course it's none of my business!But seeing your behavior towards Aunt Amanda makes me have to interfere in this!!"

"Who are you?!You are just an uninvited guest!Don't interfere in our affairs!"

Hearing Samuel's words, Darren clenched his hands that wanted to hit Samuel in the face.But Amanda begged Darren not to hurt her.

"Why?Just hit me, you bastard!!I don't want to have a mother like her!!Poor lady!Not like my other friends!He can't make me happy!I'm ashamed to have a mother like her!!"Samuel left the house.

Amanda wept begging Samuel not to go but he ignored her mother's cries.Darren sat down to hear Samuel's words.

"Little bastard!!Ever since I was a child I have never had the affection of my parents.I don't care if they are rich or poor, I want to be with them, but he is taken care of to great extent to be a useless human being!!Lord why don't you just reverse my fate with Samuel?!!!"darren shouted while crying.

Amanda listens to Darren's screams, she stops chasing her son.Amanda approaches Darren and hugs him.Darren feels the warmth of a mother he never felt.

"Where's your mommy?"

"I don't know aunty, since I was a baby, they dumped me at the Orphanage.They didn't even look for me.Maybe I was just an illegitimate child from my parents' dark relationship"

Amanda saw so pity with the fate of Darren.The sound of the phone ringing rang, Amanda immediately picked up the phone.

"Pitter, the aunt had to go to work first.Aunty should have left earlier, but because aunt and Samuel quarreled to make aunt late"

"So aunty leaves so early into the night?"

"Yes, if it wasn't so how could aunts finance Samuel?"

"I'll go aunty, I'll be back"

"Will you grant aunt's request this time?"

The manager was unceasingly scolding Amanda in front of the visitors.By rudely the Manager gave cleaning equipment to Amanda violently.Amanda rushed to do the job, and, until it will put the bag in his locker is not allowed.He mopped Cafe which is not so crowded with bags that are still attached.

A Cafe employee approached Darren giving a menu book to Darren's message.Darren simply ordered a cup of Cofe latte without cream while observing how heavy Amanda worked for Samuel.Manager it was not there that he told Amanda to clean up the floor, he also had to clean the toilet.Amanda with a smile complied with the request of his Manager.

"You did it on purpose, made your friend drop all this food?"

"No... Ma'am, he's not careful"

"I don't want to know your reason!!For this loss your salary will be cut!!"

The manager found Amanda doing other work, Darren paid for the food that had fallen off earlier.He also ordered a lot of food at his desk,Amanda has changed her clothes uniform.She helped her other employees to bring the food that Darren ordered on her desk.

"Why are you ordering so many foods like this?"

After the food was arranged neatly, Darren asked Amanda to sit at the dining table with him.

"Pitter, I'm at work.Manager will scold me again"

"Alright,Hey you Cafe employees come here" Darren said.

All the employees gathered at Darren's table, he asked them to sit down and eat together.Except the Manager, Darren asked the employees of the Cafe to eat together with him.Finally they ate together, he said,The manager simply stared at the happy laughter of the servants who were eating along with his cynical gaze.

Darren paid for all the food bills he ordered.All the employees thanked him for enjoying the meal together.

"Pitter thank you"

"Yes aunty"

"Alright aunt, will work again"

"Yes, I'll go to the hotel.Later after aunt comes home I'll go to your house"

Darren decides to go to the hotel to pick up his belongings, because after meeting Amanda he will go home.

A Few Hours Later

Darren waits for Amanda to come home in front of his house, he decides to talk to Amanda if she is Mr. Morgan's man to look for him.

"I'm sorry I came home late"

"It's okay aunt"

Darren and Amanda went inside the house

"This.please give it to Deasy, she's my best friend"

"Auntie actually..."

"What actually?"

"I'm not actually Mrs Deasy's man"

"So who are you?Why look for me" Amanda said in surprise

"Actually I'm an agent of Mr. Morgan, he wants to find you to apologize"

"No!! Your outrageousness!What do you mean you lied to me by saying you're Deasy's man?Why are you doing that!!You better go!!Tell that bastard if I'm dead!!"

"Auntie... listen to me!Mr. Morgan regrets what he did to your past!He wants to apologize to you?"

"I'm sorry?Why isn't he the only one looking for me?Why you?!!"said Amanda with her trembling body and eyes that shed tears.

Amanda took Alcohol and drank it.Darren tried to calm Amanda who was so shocked by her teacher.
