Chapters. 4 Daren and Anna

Jack and his family are home, Anna and Darren hide the things they will take away.Jack calls Darren.

"Darren, would you please make me some orange juice?"

Darren will go to the kitchen, visit Jack's room.When Darren is going to the kitchen he sees Jack who is watching the Painting that is in his room.Darren stops his steps, he stops his steps,he was afraid if Jack knew behind the painting there was an iron safe.Then Jack touched the painting, Darren's cold sweat and his worries were stirring.

"Why is this painting tilted?Is this right, baby?"ask Jack.

"Maybe your sister did put on a little slant" Jenny said.

Apparently Jack just wanted to tidy up the painting that looks slanted.Seeing it makes Darren relieved because Jack still does not know the safe behind the painting.Darren continued his steps towards the kitchen.She made orange juice Jack's wishes.Tiba suddenly sounded the screams of Anna and Megy.Darren ran towards Anna to see what happened with Anna.

Anna is fighting over her father's gift doll, Megy wants to have Anna's doll but Anna still maintains the doll's gift.Jack comes with rattan wood in his hands.Darren helps Anna to seize Anna's doll, which belongs to Anna,jack takes the doll from Anna's hand.

The doll is given to Megy, Jack drags Anna in the barn to punish Anna by whipping her with rattan wood.Darren does not accept and chases Jack,but the door is closed by Jack.Darren can only bang on his door and call Jack.

"Uncle Jack sorry Anna she just wanted to keep her father's doll!Open door!"

Jack punches Anna in the barn, Darren cries out for Jack to release Anna, he runs into the room to wake Jenny who is asleep.He begs Jenny to persuade Jack to release Anna.

"Auntie.bibi..please help my sister bi.please..."

"What's Darren doing?"

"Uncle Jack, Uncle Jack beat up my brother"

Jenny goes down from her bed to the barn with Darren, Jack comes out of the barn in sweat.Darren goes into the barn and Jenny scolds her husband for his treatment of Anna.

"Anna's...Anna..."

So many wounds on Anna's body, she cries and falls unconscious.Jenny goes into the warehouse to see Anna faintly carrying her to Darren's room.Darren cries to see Anna with wounds on her body,Jenny brings a medicine box and warm water.He tells Darren to treat and clean Anna.

Darren's face was very angry to see Anna's situation like this.Daren felt he failed to become an older brother who could take care of Anna.

"If I'm older you'll pay for what you did to Anna" she clenched her hand.

Starting at night, Jack fell asleep in the tv room.Darren went out of the room to get food and drinks for Anna.Tonight Darren planned to go outside the house,he brought food to bring Anna's energy back.Darren waited for Anna next to him, he waited for everyone to fall asleep.

"You're awake?You eat first, huh?"

Anna sits on her bed, Darren feeds Anna a meal.

"Are you strong if we leave this house tonight?"

"Where are we going, brother?"

"Let's go Anna, the most important thing is that you can get you out of this house"

"I'm strong brother"

"Yes, you ate a lot, and then we prepared to go"

The clock was showing at 3 am, Darren saw the conditions outside.In the TV room there was no Jack, the room was dark no one outside.Darren and Anna slumped down from the stairs,they walk through Jack's room to reach the front door.

Darren and Anna slowly walk through Jack's room,and suddenly the room opens.But the room looks dark because the lights are turned off.Anna and Darren swearing under the dining table.Jenny out of the room to go to the kitchen, and,she turns on the kitchen lights to get some drinking water.Darren and Anna are very scared if Jenny sees them, let alone Jenny had a chance to sit at the dinner table.

Then Jenny went back into her room.

"Huh.ayo we're out Anna" Darren said.

Anna follows Darren to the exit,he opened the door carefully so as not to make a sound.Finally they managed to get out of the House Mr. Hamillton.Darren and Anna only brought 2 pieces of backpack attached to their backs.They ran to get away from the house those.

"Where are we going?"

"We ran away from home, and then we thought where we were going"

They ran away from the house, already a few kilometers they walked telling the streets.Anna felt exhausted and asked to rest.Darren did not have the heart to see Anna who had looked tired.They decided to stop at a stop to rest.

Darren sat on the bench and Anna slept on the bench with her head resting on Darren's lap.

"Anna's up..Have I made a decision if we're going to find Sarah?Do you know where he lives?"

"Daddy used to take you to Sarah's house, but I forgot where?"

Anna's hungry stomach rang,Darren buys a loaf of bread and a drink for Anna.They head to where Sarah lives.Darren decides to look for Sarah because only she is good to them.Darren will not be able to find a place to live alone without a guardian ,so he decided that Sarah would be their guardian.

Jenny wakes up first preparing food for the children and her husband.Jenny calls Darren and Anna for breakfast but they do not go down.Jack with an annoyed face finally goes up to call them.

"Indeed the wayward children are!Let me teach them another lesson!! "

Jack saw in Darren's room there was no Anna and Darren all their belongings were brought some.Jack ran down, looking in every room.

"What's the matter, baby?"ask Jenny.

"Where are they?"

"Where are Darren and Anna?"

"They're not in his room!!"

"Don't they run away?Because of your treatment?"

"We should look for them if it's not bad for our lives!!"

Jack and his wife rush to pick up a car in the garage to find Darren and Anna.They also deliver their children first to the foyer school they check Darren and Anna is at school or not she looks very panicked because she is afraid that Darren and Anna will report her actions to the Child Protection Commission.
