A few days after her, Chloe's father was allowed to go home because his condition had improved. But Chlo still worried about his father for fear that something like yesterday would happen again. He promised that he would do anything that would make his father happy. Given his father has a heart disease that has been fairly severe, making it should not be a lot of thoughts as well as burden. The most important thing for now is your health. So, making her dad smile is something Chloe should do.

As long as you're in the process of recovery, Chloe always prepares everything her father needs. Starting from work affairs, food that you must consume, drugs, even hours of sleep must be maintained. During that time Ken routinely visited his future father-in-law. Bringing various types of fruits, sometimes accompany to just exchange ideas about their respective businesses. Ken did everything sincerely, because he felt that Mr. Corlenius was like his real father even though he had only known him.

The more days Ken makes Chloe's father convinced that he is indeed a very, very appropriate man for his only daughter. However, Chloe sometimes still worried about what she decided just that she had to stick to her stance for the sake of the father. After all, Ken does seem like a good guy. That alone is enough for Chloe to be confident in her decision and put aside the love she expects from the man with the big nose.

Chloe brought a drink to Ken who was sitting in the living room after chatting with his father who was lying in the room.

"Ken, this is the drink." Chloe put fresh orange juice on the table.

"Thank you Chlo." Ken drank.

Chloe sat down in front of Ken. "Thank you for coming with me. I see, Dad with you got along very well hehe..."

"It's the same with Chlo. Don't hesitate, I did everything because I miss my late father."

"You can think of Dad as your father." Chloe said while giving a smile.

"It will be like that later, right?" Ken returned Chloe's smile.

"Yes." Yeah."

The atmosphere instantly became cold. Like the two were thinking about their imminent marriage. The more all of the squabbles are rounded, the more Ken and Chloe become more and more awkward with each other.

Not only is Chloe worried, Ken now feels the same way since Chloe agreed to all plans.

The man doubts everything Chloe decides, he thinks Chlo will be happy later after becoming his wife, or actually in his mind he is tormented.

Though, without Ken realizing Chloe is in love with him and, his happiness is only when Ken can love her too.

Ken thinks Chloe is distressed by all her father's coercion. Although, on the face exposed to a smile maybe in his heart he wants to run away from reality.

This time the thick-browed man tried to be fair, so as not to always side with the wishes of Mr. Corlenius. Then, finally, Ken wanted to ask once again about the decision taken by the innocent woman.

"Chlo, can you accompany me for a minute?" Ask Ken.

"Where?"

"What about lunch outside?" Ken tries to get Chloe to go somewhere to get a more serious chat.

"Sorry Ken, I can't leave Dad for a minute." Chloe.

"good. What if we sit in the back garden?" Ask Ken again.

"What do you really want?" Chloe was curious about Ken's attitude.

"Some thing I want to talk about." Answer Ken.

"Just talk here."

"can't. Please, this is important." Ken Pinta.

"okay."

Chloe and Ken go to the park behind the house. They sit in ordinary chairs.

"What are you talking about?" Chloe was very curious about what Ken was going to say.

"Are you sure of your decision in the hospital?" Ken started the conversation carefully.

"Why? Are you starting to doubt everything, you just realized that this is the wrong step?" Chloe showed her cynical face.

"No, I don't mean that." Ken says he's trying not to make Chloe misunderstand.

"What if whenever I can't make you happy?" Ask Ken.

Chlo looked down for a while and then looked ahead blankly but kept smiling.

"Happiness can come from oneself not necessarily from others. I will try to be happy with all my decisions. Even if you can't make me happy, it's not your fault. Because when you want to obey your will by marrying me it is enough to make me happy. Now the most important thing is Dad, making her smile at this wedding is the best thing."

Ken looked down and folded his hands.

"You don't have to worry about Ken. Whatever I decide, I've all thought." Said Chloe again.

Ken straightened his seat again and looked at Chloe.

"I know it's heavy. Marry someone you may never have imagined. But, I will try to be a good husband to you."

Chloe just nodded and smiled. He thought that Ken would never realize that being married to her was something he often imagined even a dream of. But, to be loved by Ken might not happen. Even if he tries to be a good husband, it will never be enough to be a foundation in a household.

"Chlo, if one day you find a true and sincere man loving you when we're married, I'll let you go." Ken said that instantly made Chlo's heart hurt again.

"Ken, does that mean we're probably getting a divorce?" Chloe looked at him sharply.

"We don't know what's going to happen in the future. You deserve to find your love, maybe from the man you meet later. Then, I thought my job of looking after you would be done when you had found it." Said Ken.

Chole tried to hold back the tears at the tip of the eyelid and tried to smile.

"OKAY. You're Ken too, you have to find the woman you love so I'll be happy with the man I'm with." Chlo turned back Ken's statement.

Ken laughs. "Haha, I find it hard to fall in love and not want to look."

"Ken, please, I wouldn't be happy if you hadn't found someone you love."

Ken took his breath. "hem, fine. But, promise me that we have to tell each other who and how the person who will be our partner later if it has found it?"

"Yes promise." Chloe pointed her little finger at the sign she promised.

Ken grabbed Chloe's pinky with his pinky and smiled.

"We're gonna be Chlo's best friend." Said Ken.

"It must be Ken."

"Oh, do you like flowers? I noticed in this garden a lot of flowers, your collection?" Ask Ken to change the subject.

"Yes Ken. In the past, I loved to plant flowers and it seemed like my hobby came down to me. It's just beauty that doesn't hehe..." Chloe said.

Ken laughed again. "Haha, Chloe you have to believe that you're beautiful."

"Am I pretty Ken?" Chloe put her hands on her cheeks and looked at Ken.

"Yes, you're beautiful but if you keep holding your cheeks like that haha..." Ken Canda.

"You're..." Chloe spontaneously pinched Ken's waist with her effective behavior.

"Ouch... Chlo pinch you're sick too." Ken's in pain.

"Geez I'm sorry Ken I didn't accidentally."

"Yes Chlo is okay." Ken still looks a little sick.

They are drawn into chatter about flowers, their types as well as how to care for them. They do look closer and closer but only in a pact to become a good friend.

Although it all feels painful for Chloe but at least now Ken has expressed his heart and has good intentions even so sincere and for now that alone is enough for Chloe.
