I woke up from my sleep having a bad dream, I saw Ace was no longer there beside me and I could not remember many events last night, which I remember, I drank wine, I drank wine, throw up and then Ace takes me to the dance later. I tried harder to remember but mostly it felt fuzzy.
I looked at my hand, remembering that I held her hand while I was asleep.
"Akkkhh." I hold my head feeling dizzy. I could hear heavy footsteps approaching the room.
Ace in. "You're awake." Her tone back to being like 'Ace'
"Yes." Yeah." I sighed, my hand still holding my head.
"Everyone is gone." She's telling.
The slightly awkward atmosphere enveloped us at this moment, I could feel the tension in this room right now.
"It's a cure to reduce dizziness in your head." He gave it to me.
"Thank you." Mumbles.
"I have to go, and do some work. Dante will take you shopping to get your party dress" murmured Ace while looking for something .
"When?" I stood up, took the medicine.
"In 15 minutes." Ace replied carelessly while rummaging through his clothes.
"I'd better change clothes then." I said before I walked out to my room.
I wore a tight skirt with a loose top, and tried styling my hair to make it look neat.

Dante and I finished shopping pretty quickly.
"I'll be honest because I don't want you to hurt her." Dante's sigh broke the silence while still staring at the road while driving.
"Ace is doing a start on you, we can all tell and it's a little scary to see it be a little different, so I'm telling you, don't hurt him." Dante almost begged me.
" Never will." My answer. I'm not quite sure what Dante meant by the beginning.
It was our last conversation in the car until we arrived at the Ace mansion.

I brought some food upstairs, for me to watch a movie. I'm going to continue with the rest of the Divergent movies I didn't finish yesterday.
And I saw Ace running around in my room. "Why do you always interrupt my movies." I glared at him playfully.
"You haven't even started" Ace said.
"Then, let's watch a movie with me." I patted the pillow beside me, gesturing for her to lie down.
"I don't like watching movies." Said Ace while staring out my room window.
"I really need to get back to work." Ace gave a reason.
"Come on, I'll take some snacks." I offered, trying to persuade her to be interested.
Ace looks hesitant.
"Since when did Ace Hernandez have to work?" I said in a ignorant tone while lying on my bed.
"really. I DON'T have to work." He made sure to emphasize the word no.
"Why do you sound upset. I'm just kidding." I stood up and walked out of my room.
"No, I don't." Ace followed.
"Then watch a movie with me, would it kill you if you turned into a teenager just once?" I asked him, pouting while taking a snack.
"All right." He's capitulating.
I ran back to my room and turned the movie back on.
"We'll watch it from the beginning." I warned him.
"You're one of those people." She glared at me.
"What?" I wrinkled my eyebrows confused.
"Yes I know, you just need to watch it from the beginning to understand." I shook my head while rewinding the film.
Ace lay beside me with his arms propping up his head and his legs crossed.
I can't believe we watched the whole movie.
"Is there another movie? Ah, it's impossible!" Ace threw a pillow at my tv.
"You like her?" I asked him in surprise. I don't think Ace would really enjoy it.
"Yes, it's okay." He shrugged, played it.
"Hmm, there's two more films." I smiled threateningly at him.
"Light it." His screams made me jump.
"Okeyy, don't yell, you can." I said as I turned on the second movie.
My eyes were glued to the screen as I watched Tris and Four. We enjoyed it until the middle of the movie, but I felt Ace wasn't really looking at the screen. I could see from the corner of my eye that Ace was watching me. I don't know since when, I glanced at him.
"Ace, watch the movie." I smiled gently at her and my attention returned to the screen.
"This is me watching." Say it with his deep voice.
Blushes.
I felt both of my cheeks feel hot. I hope Ace doesn't realize I'm blushing.
The movie was over and I glanced at Ace who was asleep. I don't blame him, because I know he did so much work today.
I lay beside him, looking at him with tenderness. He looked peaceful when he was asleep.
"Aces." Whisper and no answer from him.
He must have been sleeping really fast.
"Why do I feel like this?" Whisper me while putting my hand on her cheek gently.
"I shouldn't feel like this with you, you're a bad person but somehow you make me feel free. Ironic considering you're holding me in this house." I stroked her cheek with my thumb slowly. I smiled gently at him.
I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I heard the door open but I really didn't care. It was probably Ice who checked Ace.

A few days had passed and this was the day I was going to the dance with Ace. Ever since I woke up, Denice has been helping to style my nails and hair.
"Denice what time is it?" I was curious as I tapped my nails into the table.
"It's 6 o'clock." He answered while busy tidying my hair.
"How many people will be there?" I'm nervous.
"Many," he sneered at my nervousness. "Don't worry, this is just a small get-together of our cartels every year. Something new happens every year, so I'm happy to see what my husband is planning this time." He smiled excitedly.
I squeezed my hands nervously while biting my lower lip anxiously. Her husband is not a good man.
I finally finished preparing everything and it was time to put on my dress.
Some women helped me wear clothes in the room, actually I could do it myself but they insisted on helping the 'Queen of the Mafia' in the future.
They keep calling me that and I don't like it.
"Ace will die when you see you." Denice smiled happily as she walked into the room. I let out a breath.
"Kai came back last night and he's on his way home now." Denice.
"I love my son, but Kai doesn't really adore Ace." Denice revealed it to me while fixing the shoulder straps of my dress.
"Why doesn't he love his son?" I'm confused.
"Honestly, no one has ever really liked the idea of someone taking over their power." Denice smiled.
"Be careful, dear. That's all I can tell you. Mafia men aren't easy to handle, especially Hernandez men."
