ACE

ACE
Roughly

Last stage, I put on my heels shoes.

"Sofia, we're ready to go." Denice yelled at me at the door of the room.

"I'm coming." I said in a loud voice, grabbed my bag and walked out. I walked down the stairs, I saw Ace's mother standing behind me, her facial expression jerking shut her mouth with her hand as she turned to look at me.

I saw Ace talking to his father turn around, and I could see his jaw slightly down with his eyes widened.

Kai immediately gave a mocking look at her and walked out. Ace turned his attention back to his father, giving his father a menacing look.

"Sorry, I made you wait a long time." I muttered to Ace and Denice while playing my hand nervously.

Ace pulled my hand gently.

"Yes, you've kept me waiting a long time, but after seeing your appearance, I think that's a natural thing." Acutely.

I looked into Ace's eyes, my heart pounding. Ace looked at our hands. Before I could say anything, he had already clasped my hand and invited me out.

"Sophy." Shouted someone suddenly. I looked over and saw Olivia running towards us.

"What the fuck!" Grunts Ace.

"Sofia, he's a bad man!" He shouted at me while pointing at Ace.

"He killed Vince!" Olivia roared as hard as she could. "She has also hidden Ryder and Blake!" Olivia was begging me to do something.

My eyes grew wide at the words that came out of my best friend's mouth. I knew Ace was a bad guy, I never told anyone. But how did Olivia know?

"You killed Vince!" I spoke in a surprised tone.

"Color she's hurt you Sofia!"said Ace in a flat tone.

I still have a surprised expression.

"Yes, it's true he hurt me. But you have no right to kill someone just because they said something hurtful, Ace." Shouted him.

Ace's expression turned furious. The rain started to fall and it was completely dark.

"I can't do anything Olivia." My fight's lost.

"What do you mean?" Olivia yelled at me.

"Ace!" I hissed at him.

"What." His voice was angry, scaring me.

"Where are Ryder and Blake!" I screamed back at him.

"Oh no." Kai smiled smirk watching Ace clench his hand.

"I'm not gonna let them go. Get in the car now." Ace growled at me with a very cold tone.

"Ace put Sofia in her place, if your mom finds out you didn't do it, she'll get mad." Shouted Kai at his son. Ace was already flooded with anger, and he looked extremely scary when angry.

My heart was pounding as I screamed back at him. "Ace, I beg you, please let them go."

"Ace, we have to go." Shouted his father to him.

"Ace, don't do anything stupid." Denice also shouted at him.

Suddenly Ace had no expression on his face anymore. He walked up to me and grabbed my arm violently, pulled me towards the limousine, he forced me to get in the car and closed the door before walking towards Olivia

"Who let you in?" Ace spoke in anger.

"The guards, I showed Sofia a picture and they let me in." Olivia answered, stand still.

"Go before I kill you too" Ace said viciously. "And don't come back." He warned her before getting into the limousine.

"No Ace!" My love, but we're gone.

Ace was silent, not responding to my plea. This trip felt like years to me, and it really felt really quiet.

***

"This will be good for the night I've planned." Kai broke the silence when we arrived.

I haven't even looked at Ace since he told the guards to shoot Olivia.

I got out of the car and walked up the stairs, leading to a mansion, even bigger than the Ace mansion.

There is no one outside. "We're the last ones to come, if you want to know. No need to worry, baby." Denice rubbed my shoulders slowly.

"Let me see your arm." She asked.

I raised my arm, showing him where Ace had been grasping my hand so hard. Denice shook her head.

"It'll definitely leave a bruise." He sighed at his son's actions.

"It's okay, it's not my first thing and it may not be my last." I shook my head as I stood at the door.

"I don't even want to be here" I heard Ace talking to his father.

"Don't let Sofia ruin your night, Ace." Kai pushed his son's head, playfully.

Ace looked at his father angrily. "You, beside me. Don't go anywhere." Ace said from behind me. I stopped and walked beside Ace. At least he's not completely red on me.

Kai grabbed the double door and opened it. All eyes were on the door we were standing on. "We're here." Kai announced to everyone. They were all clapping as we entered, there were about 500 people in this room, maybe more.

To be honest, I was terrified, the anger I felt towards Ace was gone somewhere. I just want him to protect me right now

It seemed that Ace could feel my fear as he put his hand down and wrapped it around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"Stand up straight, don't let them see your fear." Ace's whisper is soft in my ear.

I nodded small in response. Ace kept a flat but intimidating face at all times, I took his advice and I stood tall, not the slightest bit of emotion I showed.

"Good." Ace nodded at me.

"If you get lost, our rendezvous point will be at the entrance." Whisper Ace to me.

"okay." Whisper returned.

"People who are here.we're all murderers, if they see you and they want you, they'll try to take you. Most of them come with their******, don't forget about it." Ace gave me some tips while looking around.

"And I've seen someone who's after you." Ace was furious.

"It's okay, I'm not interested." I muttered while looking around.

"Try mingling with that woman, she's not a whore." Ace said to me while pointing at the woman who was not far from us.

"How can I tell the difference and why is that woman?" Whisper curious.

"Simple, just look at it from his ring finger. Those who are married wear a ring on their ring finger. And you can blend in with them." Ace blabbed while checking his cell phone.

I looked around and found a man looking at me, he blinked his eyes at me while holding a girl in his arms. I gave him a look of disdain and he grinned before I returned to Ace.

"I don't like people here Ace." I'm getting closer to Ace.

"You'll be fine as long as you're with me." Ace's embrace tightened around my waist, assuring me that everything would be fine.

I don't know why I have such a bad feeling about this.
