A few days had passed and I began to feel bored being trapped in the mansion. Ace is always out of work too, so I can't bother him.
I grabbed the house phone and pressed Ace's number, trying to call her. It took several tries but ended up connecting with an unpleasant tone.
"Hello." His deep and hoarse voice said over the phone.
"Heyyy." I bite my lower lip nervously.
"Sofia, what's wrong?" Ask Ace. I can hear some sounds in the background.
"I'm bored, can I go out for some fresh air?" I asked quickly, praying that he would let me out of the house for a day.
I heard ******* his frustration over the phone. "Bring some bodyguards with you." He said he relented, not having the strength to argue with me.
"Thank you" I cried happily, cheering to forget that the phone was still connected to Ace.
"Oh-Uh bye." I said awkwardly on the phone.
"Sofia careful!" Say Ace over the phone.
"I'll be the most careful person you've ever met, ok bye." I said quickly, hung up before he had a chance to change his mind.
I contacted Terry, Ace's personal bodyguard and told him that he should come with me.
Terry really has a sturdy and muscular body, almost the same as Ace, but the difference Terry is not intimidating like Ace.

I drove around the shopping mall, bought some clothes I needed. I was in one of the shops looking around, maybe there was something I liked. Terry was outside the store, waiting for me to finish shopping.
I looked through the clothes shelves, and saw a girl next to me, who was also looking through the clothes rack.
"Hi." He greeted me with a smile.
"Hi." My answer looks serious.
"Can't find what you're looking for, too?" The woman asked me, sighing in despair.
"No, they have a very strange design." I scrunched my nose with a whispering voice. The woman smiled at my words.
"I think it's gonna look really funny to you." He pulled out a very nice t-shirt.
"Oh my God, that's really funny." I gasped as I stared at the piece of clothing in his hand.
"Is there anything special you're looking for?" I asked him curiously.
"Yes, I'm looking for a dress for my brother's wedding, but nothing too fancy here." He shook her in disappointment at the clothes.
"Oh, I totally understand." I opened my eyes in response.
"You have a brother?" Suddenly he asked me.
"Yes. I have 5 brothers." I rolled my eyeballs with a smile.
"Are they all funny?" He asked excitedly, making me giggle slowly.
"Not in my eyes." I answered, imagining my brothers.
"You look good, do you want to buy food before I stress over what I have to wear?" She asked.
"Yes, I was planning to buy some food." I nodded in agreement.
"Cool." He was beaming as I paid for the shirt.
"By the way, what's your name?" I realized I forgot to ask her name.
"I'm Cara." He smiled politely shaking my hand.
"I'm Sofia." I said confidently, shaking his hand.
"Sophia? I like that name" he said as we walked out.

Me and Cara finally left and I took her to Ace's mansion.
"This is where you live." He gasped, staring at the luxurious house.
"Yahhh.." I laughed awkwardly.
"Oh don't worry, it's just a security excuse." I rolled my eyes, trying to convince him. Obviously I can't tell him the real reason why Ace has a guard.

Me and Cara sat on the couch as we watched movies and told each other about our brothers.
"My brothers always burp in my face." I giggled at Cara who showed an expression of disgust.
"Uhhh, that's disgusting." She laughs.
"Then what do you do when your brother does that?" He asked with disdain.
"There's not much I can do." I replied in a sad tone while looking at the TV.
"I should introduce you to my other friends, they'll definitely like you." How to reach his phone.
I heard the door open suddenly.
"Sophyia?" I heard Ace's voice calling me.
"I'm here." I answered Ace, a little nervous.
Ace's footsteps approached the living room door and soon after, he walked in. I saw Cara's jaw drop a little as she stared at Ace.
"Hol* ****." He gasps.
Ace did not show any expression on his face. "Are you okay?" I asked him worriedly.
"I'm fine," he growled furiously as he glared at Cara.
"Ekhm, it's Cara." Introduced him. Ace turned his attention away from me.
"Did you find any clothes you like?" Ace asked me curiously. Didn't care when I introduced Cara.
"Yes, I found some so they had to last a while before I needed a new one." I nodded happily.
"Good." Ace walked out.
"God! Your sister is so sexy." How to fan himself with his hands.
"Oh he's not-"
"I'm his fiancee." Ace said as he walked back here.
"He's my fiance." I grinned awkwardly as Ace stood beside me.
"Do you really admit it? Oh so you heard me say-don't worry, this isn't the first time you haven't acknowledged me and certainly not the last." Ace cut out his sentence while cracking one of his knuckles. He looked uneasy but I don't know why, maybe just didn't like Cara.
"How does he admit it publicly in front of him?" I speak in my heart.
"How did you meet?" How to wonder while holding a coffee cup in his hand.
"Through a friend." The two of us quickly said, right at the same time.
"Wow, that's a definite answer." Chuckling way.
I looked at Ace who was looking at me as well, surprised that Ace was reading my mind.
"I'm going to my study." Ace told me before walking out. Short pecking the top of my head.
"OK." I practically whispered in response.
"Wow she's so sexy." Pekik Cara's.
"Don't do that, it'll boost his confidence, and it's already big enough." I grinned little.
"You guys seem to get along very well," Cara had a confused expression on her face.
"Well, I guess, yeah. Why?" I asked curiously to ask for her response.
"You guys look like polar opposites, he rarely talks and doesn't smile even." Said Cara while pondering for a moment ago.
"Yes but that's how he is, it would be weird if Ace was so open with everyone." I thought in my heart.
"How long have you been engaged?" He's asking.
"An month, maybe." I sip my drink while staring at the TV.
