“Pardon my parents, Kiran.” It was a sentence that Kendrick kept saying over and over again.
His wife looked depressed. As usual, she can hide her feelings well. But not with a doctor's examination who said that the wife's blood pressure was so high, making her emotions unstable and it could endanger health.
“Udah, I'm tired of hearing it. When I leave for the office, I'm going to rest today. Not going anywhere.”
“Mau nemenin you just like.”
Kirana immediately shook her head firmly. “No! There to the office, I no longer want to see your face.”
Instantly the man's face looked annoyed at the wife's words.
“Tell me if you need anything.” Kiss the top of his head before leaving.
After the man's departure, Kirana lowered her head, hiding the clear liquid that was almost spilled.
“Why has my life never been truly happy? There was always a stumbling block that made the road I was walking on seemed steep. What's my fault, Lord?”
Once together with her ex-husband, she met an evil mother-in-law. Now, again and again he had to experience the same thing.
Kirana shut herself in the room, lazy out. Even the lunch sent to the room had not been touched at all.
“Kiran, can mama come in?” tanya Diah stood in front of the room waiting for an answer.
“Sign in, Ma. Unlocked,” Kirana said from the inside.
Diah stepped in, approaching the son-in-law who was sitting on the bed. His face looked pale with red and puffy eyes.
“You're crying?”
Kirana shook her head slowly. “Mama ngaco, why do I cry.”
“Mama knows your heart is sad. No need to ask why, I know how you feel. But you must remember that you are pregnant and should not mind much.”
“Iya, Ma.”
“Sad, disappointed, injured, it's natural. Humane as a living person, that's okay. But mama hope, it doesn't make you depressed.”
“I get it, Ma. It may only be baby-congenital, so it's a little sensitive like this.”
“Mama hope you will stay strong like a coral even though it is always swept by the waves. Just like you, mama also prayed that Rajendra would soften over time. Although mama is not sure, but hope is still there.”
Diah wiped the tears on the beautiful face of the daughter-in-law. Then hugged her, as if giving her more strength that everything would be fine.

“I'm a little surprised, actually what makes Kendrick so crazy about the woman. That low-class woman doesn't deserve to be with my son.”
Ever since his return from the boy's house, Rajendra has been visibly enraged. He was angry to see their happiness, let alone see Diah who advanced in the front row defending.
She thought, after blocking Kendrick's entire account, the man would come to her and plead. But the assumption is wrong, even just to ask no.
Rajendra looked at his wife sharply, he clucked cynically.
“Close your useless mouth that's Sisil,” jolt Rajendra rough.
The woman, who had accompanied Rajendra for a dozen years, could only bow. Although on his face was highlighted by anger, but the opposite was done. He will just always keep quiet and let Rajendra dominate.
“Take my phone!” Rajendra's orders were devoid of any gentleness at all.
Heh, even Sisil's life is not much different from that of the servant who only ruled this and that. However, at least the woman had little value due to the status of a wife.
Sisil handed the phone with a slick smile as even the old man did not look at her at all or say a word of thanks.
“Go when Roy comes.”
Without waiting for an answer, Sisil immediately lifted his foot from there. The middle-aged woman seemed to clench both her hands with lips cursing the oath.
“I'm here, Mr.” Roy came and bowed respectfully.
“What Diah gave Denisha company to Kendrick?” ask Rajendra straight to the point.
“No, Sir. The company is still owned by Mr. Hanin and Mrs Diah.”
“You've completely blocked all Kendrick access?”
“Already, Sir,” replied Roy firmly.
Rajendra was silent for a moment thinking about something.
“Find out where Kendrick's money comes from. I'll wait for tonight!”
“Sorry, Sir. Did you know that Mrs Kirana has her own business?” ask Roy carefully.
“Ya, two restaurants and one furniture store. It was a business that belonged to her ex-husband who was captured, I already know.”
Roy looked up quickly with a shocked face. But what astonished him was that the information the old man said was not entirely true.
“But, Tuan—” Roy's words hung in the air when the old man's hand was already shaking asking him to leave.
As Roy walks out, he runs into the madam.
“What did Rajendra tell you, Roy?” tanyanya wants to know.
“Master just asked me to find out where the financial source belongs to young master.”
Sisil passed by without answering, but he silently smiled meaningfully. She could already guess what her husband would do.
