A dry wind blew welcoming their arrival amid the scorching sun of the island of the Gods. They had just exited Ngurah Rai International Airport and were on their way to the resort where they would spend a week of their time on the island.

Yesterday when Christ asked for his opinion for the purpose of the honeymoon, the first place that came to Agatha's head was the island of Bali. Although there are many other destinations in the world but Agatha prefers to come here because she still wants to enjoy the calm atmosphere and also the expanse of the sea. Agatha was disappointed that her short holiday in the Maldives had to be interrupted by a minor accident earlier. After all, the Maldives is different from Bali, the atmosphere here is busier and Agatha wants to feel that.

"Agatha, do you want to eat before you go to the inn?"

"May, I'm a little hungry. Find a place that also provides a local menu yes," replied Agatha who seemed to enjoy the wind from the window that opened.

Chrst smiled, at least they should familiarize themselves as friends first, right? So let's just say it's a vacation with a special friend.

To be honest Christ contacted Joshua before they left, he asked his wife's best friend for help, asking what Agatha did not like whether it was food, habits or other things that could damage Agatha's mood. Well as you know, no one knows Agatha better than Joshua Sanders. And even though Christ knows the personality of his wife but there are small things that may only be known by Joshua only.

Though at the same time Christ again had to try to suppress the envy in his heart on Joshua's position in Agatha's life, and he was eager to change that position. Even if it is impossible to defeat Joshua Sanders in Agatha's heart especially in his current state, but Christ does not want to give up because Agatha is the purpose of his life.

At the other end of the world, a man was sipping his black coffee staring around an empty room with no occupants. Sitting in the living room with files scattered on the table.

Joshua was waiting for Gabriel in Agatha's room. It feels strange to see this room without its owner. Truth be told Joshua himself had never been away from Agatha all this time because they always went anywhere running errands and jobs together. And it's like everyday life is inseparable from Joshua,

It had only been two days that Agatha left but it felt like there was a little emptiness in her days.

Ah, it does not mean he is unhappy after his favorite friend finally wants to get married, it's just that he is still not used to it.

So this is life without Agatha?

The sound of the door opening made Joshua turn his head and find Gabriel who came with one hand carrying a bag and the other hand sticking to the phone in his ear. A little messy and wet.

As soon as he saw Joshua sitting waiting with coffee in his hand, Gabriel immediately ended his phone call.

"Sorry Josh, you've been waiting a long time?" he said as he sat in front of Joshua.

"Not long Gab, just 30 minutes until my coffee is almost gone" replied Joshua who put down his nearly empty cup.

"Where are you from that rain? You didn't walk or run to come here, did you?" her question was suspicious because Gabriel was not the type to bother in the rain like that.

"Ah, that's me just from the cafe in front of the office and it's a pity that it rains when I'm coming here."

"The cafe? Front office? Unusually," Joshua looked at Gabriel suspiciously because his best friend suddenly seemed misbehaved. "Since when did young master Gabriel want to go in and out of the cafe especially those around his office building? Don't you usually tell people to go out on their own plus in the rain like this?"

Joshua went to walk in a mini closet beside the bathroom to pick up towels and dry shirts for Gabriel. Do not be surprised if in the workspace Agatha there is such a place, some formal clothes and suits belonging to Agatha and Gabriel that are sometimes needed when there is a certain event that suddenly.

"I just want to go out on my own once in a while" Joshua replied, receiving a dry towel from Joshua. "Why is looking at me so suspiciously?"

"Because your answer is unlike the Gabriel I know," Joshua sat back and watched Gabriel who was busy drying himself out and the man moved on to change his clothes.

"So tell me."

"What else?"

"The reason you're willing to get rained on and go to a cafe near the office."

Gabriel rotated his eyeballs before letting out a long sigh and sitting before Joshua. There was no point in lying in front of Joshua, his best friend was similar to him who quickly detected a lie.

"All right, I'm seeing a friend. He said it was around here and because I happened to be on my way here then I took him to meet."

"Surely a special friend until you're willing to rain."

"It must be beautiful and good."

"of course. EH???" Gabriel was surprised by his own answer. This mouth why can't it brake a bit anyway?

Joshus looked up at his best friend was panicked and Gabriel who held the shame look funny because his ears were flushed.

"Why are you panicking just because you got caught by me?" teased Joshua who was still laughing, "That's good Gab, you should indeed start looking for a life partner."

"Silent. It's not like, I just met instead of dating."

"And as long as I know you, you don't carelessly want to meet other people. Obviously you're taking your time this time."

Gabriel rubbed his flushed face, indeed all this time he had never been close specifically to women even though many women were blatantly trying to approach him.

"Well, I can't lie to you. I did take some time this time even though it was only a short time, we really did not meet," he explained in the end, his hand is now busy turning on the laptop and removing the files.

"So he's been someone special in the past?"

"So, after all, I'm now relieved that my beloved sister is finally getting married. It's like a load is released, but that doesn't mean I just let it go."

Joshua was speechless with a faint smile at the corner of his lips. To be honest he was relieved but the empty feeling troubled him a little.

"I feel the same way, but do you know Gab? There's a strange sense of emptiness right now I feel. Especially when I'm in this room alone."

Hearing that Gabriel looked at the man who appeared a sad but difficult expression to interpret. Gabriel knows maybe Joshua feels more lost.

"You spent almost half your life with my sister. I can understand and understand it. Even you know Agatha better than I do."

"True, half the life I spent taking care of it. I just didn't expect it to feel like this. Hahaha, weird," and the discordant laughter at the end of his sentence somehow sounded a little bitter.

"I think it'll be a lot harder for you to get used to it. Agatha has always been a priority for me, but ever since she decided to stay in the apartment and leave the house, I inevitably have to get used to being away from her. And he's getting closer to you."

What Gabriel said was not wrong, it was like his days were always filled by Agatha who always bothered him at all times. Ah, this feeling is bothering him.

"Joshua?"

"Hm?"

"You're not heartbroken, are you? Don't tell me you actually like my sister secretly?" Gabriel looked at him with round eyes in disbelief.

"Don't talk carelessly, Gab."

"But it's possible that you've been hiding— all this time"

"Silent. I don't," exhaling his long breath Joshua stared back at Gabriel refuting. Because that's not what he feels.

"As you said, in half my life there's always been Agatha in it. Now that she has a new life it feels like I was left alone. Like a twin brother who separated suddenly."

Gabriel understood that and could only look on his best friend who was now busying himself with the data in front of him even though his eyes were not focused.

"Joshio."

"Hm?"

"What if you start dating too?"

And Joshua with his head now unfocused could only look at Gabriel as if his best friend had just offered him a thrower to push him down.
