...If one can choose, then no man wants to dirty his hands with sin. Moreover, it shackled his life in a painful chain of memories....

Christ sat quietly in the corner of the now completely quiet room, an hour since Arthur left.
The wooden room should give a warm impression but for Christ it was just the opposite. The room was where he had been enjoying his days of pain for several years.
Things are hard to explain now and he doesn't know how to tell you. But Christ can't make you misunderstand next, right?
Well, you better not think bad before Christ finishes telling his past story. The story with the wounds that would continue to imprint in his memory, became a sin for the rest of his life.
Christ was a well-known young man when he was young. He is smart, friendly and of course his reputation as the son of two renowned surgeons earned him attention wherever he went.
He did not use all of those special things to act out of bounds like most of the other children of his distinguished family. Of course it is also because of the existence of the brother who has always been a role model and comparison for him.
Christ is a good young man. Until something unexpected tarnishes all that goodness.
Christ remembers the first time in his life he felt something called being in love.
It was his second year at Oxgard and he met a special girl. A girl who is different from the girls is generally, different.
The girl's name is Agatha.
Out of nowhere but the girl's name was often talked about by some friends in her faculty. Even some of his close friends talked about the girl not once. At first Christ thought it might just be one of the butterfly girls on campus.
Until one day he met the girl who became the conversation when he approached Leon in the law school building. He waits for Leon to drop out of his class and notices the interaction of the two men who stole his attention.
The girl was there clinging to a young man who seemed to be working on something with his books. The two looked like they were arguing but strangely people were staring at them with a look and a smile that Christ thought was strange.
Shouldn't these people be distracted?
"Hi, sorry for the long wait," said Leon who emerged from his class.
"It's okay, but Leon do you know who they are?" his question was then followed by Leon towards his eyes staring.
"Joshua and Agatha."
"Huh?"
"Those who are often the conversation between children in the campus right."
"Ah, that one is yes. They're lovers?"
"No. Rumors I hear they're just best friends, but seeing their interactions seems like more than that."
Christ nodded looking to digest the information from Leon. "so yeah. They're a faculty member with you, right?"
"No. Ah, my point is yes Joshua is one faculty but Agatha is not. He's always here to pick up Joshua."
Christ nodded again but the net was still focused on the two people. Especially the girl he saw was still noisy.
The girl was beautiful and not as ornate as the others. It seemed like the rumors circulating were true after he saw it for himself.
And since then Christ has often met them either intentionally or unintentionally. That drought even made him know how many young men actually also liked Agatha but did not dare to approach her directly because of Joshua's existence. Although reportedly they are only friends but who look more than that so that the young worshipers of Agatha must retreat from the gray zone.
"You're interested in him now?" leon asked when for the umpteenth time Christ came to see him, even though the distance of their building was far enough apart.
Christ just put his shoulder in response.
"You want to try to get close to him?"
"Huh?"
"What is 'ha'? It's obvious you're interested in him until you're willing to come see me like this. Why not just go to Agatha's school anyway?"
"I'm not that crazy to come to her, Leon."
"But, Christ. As you can see, they have their own world that no one else can enter. Some kind of reject the presence of strangers."
Indeed Agatha - Joshua looks striking because of their closeness and also their attitude that seems to reject the world around him.
"I must admit he is an object that attracts attention easily" he murmured softly.
Because this was the first time she felt that way with someone else. And strangely his heart was beating faster every time he saw Agatha. Just look at it.
Christ secretly observes Agatha from afar and realizes that the girl is special with everything she has. Unfortunately as Leon said that Agatha limited herself from the world and was only bound by Joshua.
Christ felt it should be with his reputation then which girl did not like him? Agatha could be like that too.
But that thought is always repelled by the closeness of two friends whose truth is unknown to none but them.
"When are you going to be like this? I'm sick of seeing you, why don't you just go straight?" leon's murmur one day when again found Christ staring at Agatha from afar.
"He doesn't even know who you are. Why not just go ahead and introduce yourself to him at least. Instead of looking silently when accidentally met like this."
"I don't want to be a gossip."
"God! Do you still think about it when you fall in love? Wow... You really are, Christ!"
"I also have a reputation to keep, Leon. I don't want to be in vain embarrassing myself if I'm reckless with him."
"But when?"
"Oh, maybe until he can get away from Joshua" he replied unconvinced.
"That means there's no chance for you. THERE IS NO."
"Why did you say that?"
"Because Agatha could not possibly turn her back on Joshua," replied Leon annoyed, this cousin of hers is a complete fool. If it was him then it was certain that he would approach Agatha in any way.
Basic Christ.
Actually Christ's consideration is not only that but now his status is the fiancee of Neona Walker. The girl who chased after him at all costs since three years ago.
He did not want to bring other problems later on. He wanted to break off his engagement first. Only then would he approach Agatha directly.
But unfortunately Christ's thinking had to go away faster because a few days later he saw Agatha with another young man. The young man who seemed much simpler.
Wh who?
And it seemed Agatha was the one who was trying to get close to the young man. Even Joshua seemed to support whatever Agatha wanted.
Christ was trying to find out about the young man who appeared suddenly. And when he got the information he wanted, his brows furrowed in wonder because for whatever sake this young man was very far from his status as well as Agatha.
The young man was named Mikael Olivander and was speaking.
Christ even confirmed the truth of this. But they all provide the same information.
Why did this Mikael suddenly appear and make Agatha behave like that?
Christ could not accept but could not do anything because he was just one of the young worshipers of Agatha.
But a little taste in the corner of his heart felt unacceptable. Why did he have to lose to a speechless young man?
If that young man could be close to Agatha, shouldn't he be much more able to do so as well...
