The room that looked quiet without occupants seemed increasingly quiet before night. Dusk was passed a while ago but apparently it did not make the owner of the room light the lighting to dispel the darkness that came.
Joshua sat at his desk with his head bowed on his hands. He really did not expect the new truth he knew.
After meeting his old friend, Vernon who used to be the chairman of the campus social activities where Mikael and Agatha and himself participate in it, Joshua's head is now more dizzy. Vernon did bring in all their documentation first and Joshua quickly researched and focused on finding the one person he really hoped wasn't there. But he could not cover up his surprise because he found Christ's figure there even in almost all portraits of their togetherness in every social activity. Unfortunately Vernon could not remember clearly the figure of Christ, but there was another strange thing said by Vernon.
Christ disappeared after an accident in their activities that unfortunately killed Mikael.
It might be a coincidence but when he came back to notice it was indeed from that moment that the figure of Christ was not in any portraits of activity anymore.
Joshua frowned because all he knew was that after Mikael's departure, Agatha and herself did resign from any activities. And what about Christ?
Why was he uncomfortable with this awkwardness?
His work at RedSky could indeed be completed within two days and he had one empty day while here. Should he stay to find out the truth?
Now his mind flew to Agatha. His best friend doesn't seem to know anything about this. If Christ is indeed hiding something that would be dangerous for Agatha, what should she do? She encouraged Agatha to marry Christ.
I hope Christ doesn't hide anything. Hopefully something that has nothing to do with anything in the past. Hopefully the disappearance of Christ's personal information is not related to bad things. And may it just be a coincidence that Christ's disappearance coincides with Mikael's departure.

Gabriel was having breakfast with his father and Zander when his phone rang. Of course it gets a look of reprimand from the father who strictly forbids interrupting eating with other things.
"I'm sorry, Dad," he said slowly apologizing but his brown bead had a glance towards the screen of his phone featuring the name 'Arthur'.
What is it, not usually. — inner Gabriel who was forced to ignore the call so as not to get the scolding of the father.
"We don't eat for 60 minutes, I don't like you mixing it with anything else" Anderson said.
"Yes, Father," answered his two sons in unison.
Zander glanced annoyed at Gabriel who because of his brother's actions he got into a scolding in the morning.
"Dad, when did Agatha get here? I've come home but I didn't call him home" Zander grumbled.
"Sorry, I forgot. Why not ask for it yourself?" asked Mr. Anderson to glance at his youngest son.
"Agatha won't comply with my request. But he will definitely obey me," he continued sulking.
"Let's just say you're actually afraid Agatha's gonna get mad, right?" sahut Gabriel teases.
"No! Why should I be afraid of Agatha? I just don't want—"
"What?"
The haughty voice that was very familiar made the three people who were still at the dining table suddenly turn to the door. Agatha stood there with both hands crossed in front of her chest not forgetting her cold smile.
"... Agatha!" exclaimed the youngest surprised to the point of dropping his fork.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming this early, honey? I can wait for you to have breakfast if you tell me first."
Agatha walked over and hugged her father.
"I had breakfast earlier, you guys go on," he said then sat down next to the youngest.
"Where's Christ?" gabriel asked, realizing his brother-in-law had not shown up.
"I just drove her to the office, she said she had to go to the branch company this morning," explained Agatha who took a glass of milk from the youngest and made Zander tick off.
"I'm working from home because Joshua isn't around and I don't have an important schedule either" he replied casually.
"He's in RedSky?" asked Mr. Anderson then, "I have to give my adopted son a lot of replies later. He's working really well even better than I expected" he continued in a satisfied and proud manner.
"Dad doesn't even praise me that way" grumbled Gabriel who instantly got a big smile from Agatha.
They finished eating and moved to the lounge in the backyard but Gabriel asked permission to answer his phone call for a while.
Gabriel climbs into his study and immediately calls Arthur back. Not usually his best friend was making calls many times like this.
"Arthur, what's wrong? I'm sorry I was with you."
'Gabriel! You finally answered.'
"Sorry, Arth."
'Gabriel, I have something to tell you. My subordinate reported that someone was looking into Christ's past. Do you know that?' ask Arthur who sounds tense.
"Whatchu mean? Figuring out how?"
'There's someone who's trying to find out about Christ beyond all the personal data that exists. Looks like this person doesn't believe the information I've spread.'
"Wait, calm down Arth. I don't know that at all. How come? Why did someone suddenly find out?" Gabriel made sure no one else was near his study and then closed the door.
"Wait for Arth, if this guy doesn't believe the information until he finds out like this doesn't that mean this guy is close to Christ?"
'Maybe so, but who? And for what?'
"Anybody around Christ could've done it. But wouldn't this be dangerous?"
'That's why I want you to keep an eye on him. I'm more afraid this will jeopardize Christ and Agatha's marriage. You know what I mean, right?'
"Alright, Arth. I understand and I will help you with this. You better figure out a way to keep that information up."
'All right, I'll give you some more news later.'
"All right, Arth."
'Gabriel...'
"Yes?"
'Thanks, for everything.'
"Of course, Arth. We do it for the people we love, right?"
'Yes.'
After hanging up the phone, Gabriel let out a long sigh. His gaze glared at the ceiling of his study. He did many things for the people he loved, let alone this time for Agatha. He was willing to do anything to make Agatha happy, not wanting to see her return to her most difficult time.
Gabriel walked out to his father and his two younger siblings who were talking. They are his true treasures. He never expected to do anything this far for his sister's happiness.
Agatha.
I know it might hurt you, but trust me, I did it because I love you so much.
You have to trust your brother.
I will protect you in my own way.
