Agatha Anderson — Things That Are Not Easy

...About a faith that was painstakingly built but collapsed in an instant....

Agatha was preparing that morning when she saw Christ rush out of the room with a tense look on his face. Christ is not usually.

"What's wrong?"

"I have a sudden business, sorry I can't seem to take you to the office first, Sunshine."

"No problem."

Christ paused for a moment in front of the room door, looking at Agatha who was busy in front of the glass. His footsteps drew closer, taking him right behind the woman and hugging her tightly.

Of course the one who was hugged was surprised but not Agatha her name if the one shown was just a flat expression.

"Why?" he looked at Christ's reflection from the mirror.

"No, I just feel so missed you" whispered the man as he drowned his face on the woman's shoulder and slid his neck.

Agatha rolled her eyes panted, "We just slept together and spent a lot of time together here. Don't say such ludicrous things Christ."

"But I really miss you."

"Urusan urges you to wait, quickly go."

Smiling and then giving a glimpse of Agatha's lips, Christ then completely left Agatha who was still silent with a red hue on her cheek.

There were actually a lot of things she wanted to ask Christ after her meeting with Neona a few days ago. But Agatha has not found the right time because of her busyness and again lately Christ often comes home late at night.

Agatha is not someone who is easily instigated even though she has heard from Neona but she needs to make sure of herself with Christ later. He did not want to be so bad at thinking especially after he painstakingly started to believe in the man. Given one year of the beginning of their marriage Agatha could not put that trust in Christ at all. His trust can't be broken now right?

Looking at the watch in her hand that showed the time of 09.17 am, Agatha then moved up and prepared to go to pick up her best friend. Today Joshua should have come back from RedSky and he wanted to welcome his best friend. Three days without Joshua beside him was boring. Agatha was actually a little surprised because the day before yesterday Joshua did not contact her at all and did not answer her message or call. It's not usual for Joshua to leave without any news.

Agatha stopped the car when Joshua saw her walking out of the airport. Of course, his best friend would choose to use public transportation instead of calling the driver. Fortunately Agatha has memorized Joshua's nature because she's here now. The sounding of the horn three times made the handsome man with sunglasses perched on his nose turn his head. And when he realized the white BMW i8 Roadster was walking slowly beside him, Joshua immediately stopped to knock on his glass.

"What the hell is here?" the question when the car glass opens shows a beautiful woman with brown hair looking at her flat.

"Lake in."

One word that was immediately obeyed by Joshua because the man immediately sat beside the wheel. Let the beautiful woman drive her car back.

"I didn't even tell you when I was coming home."

"It's obvious, right? You must have come home on the first flight. Even if you don't say I already know," Agatha glanced at her best friend who was not as usual.

"Did something happen there? I didn't get any reports" he asked in surprise.

"none. Everything went well there."

"Why is your face like that?"

Joshua smiled hearing his best friend grumble, "i'm just a little tired."

Lies.

Since knowing the real facts about Christ, Joshua is a little uncomfortable to deal with his best friend. That's why he hasn't contacted Agatha at all since yesterday. He himself was too complicated on the possibilities that could spring to his mind.

"When I picked you up on purpose because I missed you so much. But it looks like I should let you rest today. Did I take a break at your apartment?"

"Where is such a boss? Can't do. You should go to the office. Have pity on Carren who keeps adjusting your schedule changes for as long as I'm not around."

"I can do whatever I want. Besides, where's the boss picking up his assistant like me?" the gerutu did not accept.

"So now I'm just an assistant to you?"

Agatha turned her head quickly to refute, "No! Of course you will always be my Joshua! That's not what I mean."

"Yes yes, I know," Joshua chuckled with one hand outstretched to smash the brown mane, upsetting the owner but letting it go.

"... Agatha?" call joshua slowly.

"Hm?"

"You believe that I love you so much, don't you? You believe me, don't you?" tanyanya who got a look of wonder from the friend.

"Why still ask, of course."

"Later noon I'll come, " said Agatha after Joshua got off, and after driving out of Joshua's apartment, Agatha thought about a lot of things.

Why were so many things suddenly disturbing his mind?

It's not like her old self.

Christ and Joshua.

What's wrong with those two?

.

.

Joshua threw himself on the sofa in his living room after leaving his suitcase in front of his bedroom door.

He did not know how to start talking to Agatha about this matter. He does not want to be labeled as someone who damages his best friend's own domestic relationships. There was actually one thing he wanted to do that was to meet Christ directly and ask for an explanation from the man.

Grabbing his phone on the table Joshua intends to contact Christ to meet and ask for an explanation.

Just before his finger pressed the call on Christ, there was another call coming into his phone.

From Gabriel.

Ah, what should have told Gabriel first? — her inner self.

"Hi, Gab."

'Hey Josh. You're back yet?'

"Yes, just now. You called me to ask that?"

'I'm worried about you, you've done a lot of things and you should get some time off.'

"Hahaha, I'm on leave today."

'Ah... Have you met Agatha?'

"Here, he picked me up."

Gabriel was silent for a moment after hearing Joshua's reply.

'You're still together now?'

"No. I told him to leave immediately after dropping off. What's up?"

'No. I thought you were together.'

There was an awkward pause between those who were both silent.

"Gabriel..."

'Yes?'

"Can we meet today?"

'Oh–certain. But you said you were on a break earlier.'

"It's okay. I have something to talk to you about."

'Ah, okay. I'll come to your apartment.'

"All right."

'See you later, Josh.'

After the phone was disconnected, the two people at the other end of the line were both silent.

Joshua knows this decision is quite risky because the discussion is quite deep and heavy. Talking to Gabriel may not be easy without making his best friend think badly or even accusing him of being a destroyer of his sister's relationship. But it was important for Joshua to seek the truth and clarification. Everything for Agatha. For the happiness of his beloved friend.

And on the other hand Gabriel knew what Joshua was going to talk about. Joshua's voice sounded serious and different. His best friend will definitely talk about Christ's past. And he had no answer if Joshua exploded in anger because in this case he was involved.

Both bear the uncomfortable feelings of the two men steadying the heart to see each other in a moment.

Whatever it is sooner or later must be faced and resolved, right?
