EP.182 S2: To The Point

Sean looked at his phone in his room. Every word he typed he always deleted, then he wrote back and then deleted again so repeatedly that it made him frustrated. Until he wrote the origin, and a phone call from his father rang.

Unknowingly Sean sent a message that he typed the origin. The message is so to the point, and without making small talk. He picked up the phone from his father. A mission came to him again and he had to get ready. Sean was not aware of the message he typed earlier had been sent. He left as per his father's instructions.

While Grace who was tired after a day of attending Nathan's wedding was laying down her body. He was looking at his social media to look for a food trend to make new products for his mom's bakery.

Suddenly a message came in and Sean's name appeared. Grace opened it out of curiosity. The message was so short, dense and clear, it made Grace speechless.

"Grace I'm sorry, I love you." ~Sean.

"What the fuck is this message.." murmured Grace.

Grace could not speak anymore, she was sorry she needed, a statement of love also she was waiting for. But why is his heart still upset?? All the question marks appeared in his head.

And what makes him even more upset is that when he calls Sean's phone, his number is no longer active. Increasingly makes Grace upset because it is like being bullied.

"Am I on a prank??? how brave the man is." Grace grumbled.

Grace took off her mask and washed her face. Do not forget he also came out of his room to look for fresh air for the sake of menenabgkan themselves. How can Sean play tricks on him, a minute ago he was happy to get a message he was waiting for, then a few minutes later the man's phone was inactive so want to get around Grace hit her flat face.

Then he saw Samuel packing and returning. Grace approached him.

"Aren't you going home yet?" ask Grace.

"Yes Grace, there's a call of duty" Samuel said.

"Oh so, be careful on the road." said Grace.

"Yes, thank you Grace" said Samuel.

Samuel left with a car prepared by Theo, and did not forget to say goodbye. While both parents will still stay 1 night again at Grace's house.

Grace forgets her anger towards Sean and chooses to chat with aunt Jasmine. He also asked his cousin Juliet who could not attend because of the exam.

2 Weeks later, Sean has just returned from his mission. He went back to his apartment and rested. Not to forget he activated his phone which has been inactive for 2 weeks.

Then he left while charging his phone. He took a shower and refreshed his body. Without him realizing the phone is ringing and there are many notifications coming in.

After he finished bathing and getting dressed, he grabbed his cell phone and ordered food. He focused on Grace's name on his phone, which he contacted several times, and there were also several messages.

"Akh. " said Sean in a panic.

Sean read one message at a time and also he saw the message he wrote was originally sent to Grace. And Grace's reply turned out to invite him to meet but unfortunately because her phone is not active Grace sent a message pitched annoyed to him.

"Akh. I'm stupid." Sean muttered and called Grace.

But Grace is meeting with all her staff from various cities to launch the latest product creations of herself and her mom. And of course his phone he kept in his bag.

While Sean panics instead of playing when Grace does not respond to his call and also the message. He tracks down Grace's phone and finds her in a hotel. Without a second thought, Sean thought Grace was in danger. Sean drove his car to the hotel, he was afraid that Grace was with a foreign man who wanted to be indecent to him.

"If he's with a perverted man I'll beat him up to death*.." Sean murmured inwardly.

Grace and Sheira finish their meeting with the rest of the staff and end up eating together. They also enjoyed the dinner and staff from the city were given a place to stay at the hotel.

Sean had just arrived at the hotel. He gets out of the car and calls Grace. Grace, who felt her phone always ringing, finally saw it. It turns out Sean contacted him after the full moon had no news.

Grace took a moment to take a call to her mom.

"Hello.." said Grace.

"Grace where are you?" ask Sean.

"At the hotel restaurant Cc." said Grace.

"It turns out you're here" Sean said, then emerged from behind Grace.

"Akh. You just surprised me." said Grace.

"Thank God you're okay." said Sean hugging him.

"Wait.. wait.. This is what's Sean?" grace asked taking off Sean's embrace with a sharp look.

"I'm sorry, I crossed the line" Sean said.

"Yes..why are you looking for me at night with breaths of breath.?" ask Grace.

"I just got back from the mission.I'm sorry when my phone was off" Sean said.

"OK.. then?" ask Grace.

"You're asking me to meet, aren't you? I'm ready to hear your answer." said Sean.

"Sean, you did not come to be picked up home not delivered like. akh already." said Grace.

"I don't even know what to answer to Sean" Grace said.

"Follow your heart" said Sean.

"The thing is, I thought you were pranking me that night, so I didn't want to think about the answer" Grace said.

"Grace, if you need time I'll wait again" Sean said.

"All right" said Grace.

"Then I go home" Sean said.

"You want to go straight home??" ask Grace for being left out.

"You can't answer me yet, right..? or are you with your new boyfriend?" ask Sean.

"I'm with mom and the whole bakery staff" Grace said.

"Thank God I'm so relieved that I'm going home" Sean said.

"Ck.. You're going to disappear again?" ask Grace.

"I do have a dangerous task that can come at any time. So you think carefully before accepting me." said Sean.

"Wait a minute" said Grace and left.

Grace goes into the restaurant and says goodbye to her mom. Then he picked up his bag and went out to accompany Sean.

"Let's go and talk somewhere else" Grace said.

"All right" said Sean smiling.

They went to a restaurant and had dinner together before discussing their relationship. Grace begins her conversation with Sean.

"Did you really mean your message the other day?" ask Grace.

"It's true" Sean said.

"Then how are you gonna convince my parents?" ask Grace.

"They must have accepted me." said Sean.

"You're very confident" said Grace.

"I'm a man who took good care of you for a few months and also the man who saved you when you were kidnapped back then. Need proof, no?" ask Sean.

"But you left me a few times" Grace said, leaving Sean speechless.

"Sorry." said Sean.

"How about Celine? you were seen together at my sister's wedding." said Grace.

"I've talked to her parents that I don't like her and like other women" Sean said.

"Then?" ask Grace.

"They understand." said Sean.

"Why haven't you done that before." said Grace.

"I don't like dealing with parents" Sean said.

"Then what about you? do you have an answer to my statement?" ask Sean.

"I don't know what to say." said Grace.

"Do you love me or not?" ask Sean.

"To be honest, yes." said Grace.

"Good then." said Sean.

"But given your dangerous job, I'm afraid you'll never come back" Grace said.

"I can't promise you anything, but I love you" Sean said.

"You asked my dad for permission." said Grace, challenging Sean.

"Well let's go home now." take Sean into shock because Sean was so brave he faced his chest.

Sean drives Grace home and meets Theo. There was Sheira who had just returned home. Both of Grace's parents were surprised to hear Sean's statement to marry Grace. Moreover, Grace was so surprised that Sean immediately asked permission to marry her to both parents.

"This man is really hard to guess." Grace muttered inwardly.
