20 Years ago, Tio was the only child of a couple named Jeremi and Nindy. They live happily and peacefully. Jeremi's job is a lawyer who deals with injustice cases, and as a lawyer he is quite clever in handling each case.

Tio was so admiring the figure of his father, he ever aspired to become a lawyer like his father. Until one day during the weekend, Tio also often stayed at his grandmother's house. He was so happy because his grandmother loved him the most and always made him his favorite food.

His father and mother always take him and pick him up if he wants to go to his grandmother's house. But before Tio left her father showed her a secret safe. And he was told the secret code of the safe. The 10-year-old boy understood what his father had explained. And he remembered the safe code according to his father's wishes. But Jeremi said that this was his secret with Tio and the boy was happy.

Until Jeremi gets word of Chandra's death, one of the men who entrusts some of his responsibilities as a lawyer to him. He immediately took care of everything about Chandra's death and his wife. And Tio was escorted by his mother to his grandmother's house. Nindy also accompanied Tio to her grandmother's house because it had not stopped by for a long time because they usually only stopped by for a while and then went home.

Jeremi visited the hospital where Chandra and his wife had been treated. After being declared dead they immediately take care of his body according to the wishes of his family. Jeremi also heard the explanation of investigators who he thought was different. Some say that this is an accident, there are also those who say that this is a premeditated murder.

Until Jeremi and an investigator who suspect this case is a murder meet. They tell stories from their own point of view. Jeremi attended the funeral of Chandra and his wife.

After that he went home and called his wife if he would come home soon. His wife who was home was waiting for him from the afternoon. There were suspicious people in front of their house. But Nindy won't serve him and leave him alone until they're invisible on the cctv.

Then suddenly, a noise from the backyard makes Nindy afraid that a thief has entered her house. She called her husband to come home early because there was a thief in her yard. Jeremi hastened the speed of his car.

But as soon as he got home, he was surprised that the door was unlocked and he saw his wife lying unconscious with blood flowing. Most likely his wife was shot by someone. And there came some men hiding attacking Jeremi. The helpless are forced to talk about something. But Jeremi didn't give them what they asked until one of them shot him in the head.

Jeremi was killed on the spot. However, strangely the neighbors did not hear any gunshots. Tio came with his grandmother the next day. Tio and her grandmother were worried because Nindy and Jeremi did not respond to their phone calls. Until the grandmother drove Tio home.

Arriving there, Tio and the hysterical grandmother saw Jeremi and Nindy killed on the spot. Some neighbors approached because they heard the screams of the grandmother. They were surprised to see Jeremi and Nindy covered in blood. Immediately, the neighbors contacted the police and Tio's house was immediately closed for investigation. Tio seemed so devastated by this incident.

While the grandmother cried to see the child and his son-in-law killed leaving his son to live as an orphan. Tio's condition was even more concerning, he was even silent after crying for 1 hour. The boy still did not understand the reason why his parents were killed because none of the valuables in his home were missing.

Investigators also interrogated the grandmother and Tio, along with neighbors. And they checked Tio's house cctv. Tio showed me all the cctv and he also saw what was going on in his house. The boy also saw the atrocities committed by some people on his parents.

And for his psychological sake, the investigators also stopped Tio who saw the painful video.

"They're so mean, who are they sir?" tio asked annoyedly.

And a few days after the investigation, something just didn't make sense. Where the case closed with the arrest of one of the killers. And strangely no one knew the motive for the murder and called it a grudge. Tio who is 10 years old does not understand what is said. And his grandmother just asked him to be patient about this problem considering his age is still immature.

Until after Tio became a teenager, he tried to find out from cctv and also existing articles. There seemed to be nothing plausible about the news, as if it was news deliberately made to calm the family. Though he saw it clearly from the cctv if they had threatened his father and their number is quite a lot. And strangely his neighbors did not hear the sound of gunfire even though his parents were shot at some point.

Tio tried to report the awkwardness of his case when he was declared an adult but the police rejected it and said the case had been closed and the suspect had been detained.

Then he met one of the investigators who also felt suspicious of his father's case. The investigator also said that the killer of his parents had been released to make Tio surprised. Tio tried to ask for his help but the investigator refused because he had no authority over it. He also asked Tio to be careful because it seems that the mastermind behind this is all very dangerous.

Tio also remained stubbornly wanted to find out the truth and catch the culprit, to make the investigator moved to help. When he found a bright spot on the perpetrator, he was accused of the offence and fired by his office.

And Tio, he's getting threats. He was followed and nearly beaten to death by several people. And the investigator already knew it would happen, until he followed Tio. And when they were about to execute Tio, he was his mother and Tio survived.

After the incident, the two agreed to move on and hide until the situation subsided. And the former investigator also helped move Tio and her grandmother. He felt guilty for not being able to solve his parents' case.

"I don't think this is all I can do to help you because you failed to get justice for your parents" he said.

"Thank you uncle." said Tio.

"You live well in another city, your future is long" he said.

"But what about uncle, uncle has been fired." said Tio.

"You take it easy, adults always have a way of dealing with the problem" he said, then he helped Tio to move to a remote city to get security.

After meeting Sheira and Daniel, Tio recalls a dark past in her memory. He wanted to bury her deeply considering how painful the incident was. He even had to move places for his safety and also his grandmother.

"To be honest I still can't calm down, but they're dangerous people.. All this time my life has been good enough and grandma just wants me to live well." Tio murmured inwardly.

During the trip home the memory of his time back imagined making him feel sad. He then visited the graves of his parents and his grandmother who had died. He cried all over there, then went home.
