A. Suicide

Suicide, in any way, is prohibited in Islam. This behavior is a great sin that has been forbidden in the Qur'an and sunna.

Suicide is a sin in Islam. But a Muslim who dies by suicide, according to the scholars, should still be pardoned, sholated and buried in the Muslim way. People are encouraged to keep praying for this person.

Suicide is prohibited by Islamic law, either in the Koran, Sunah or ijma' ulama. Allah SWT said:

It means: "And do not kill yourselves; verily, Allah is Most Merciful to you." (QS. An-lisa: 29).

In a hadith from Tsabit bin Adh Dhohhak, Rasulullah SAW said,

That is: “Whoever kills himself in a way that is in the world, surely in the day of the Resurrection Allah will torment him in that way too.” (CHR. Bukhari and Muslim).

B. Despondent

The Word of God Ta’ala:

“Say: “Hi My servants who have set limits on themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Allah forgives all sins. Verily, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. And return to your Lord, and yield to Him before the punishment comes to you and you cannot be helped (again).” (QS. Az Zumar {39} :53

Allah SWT guarantees that every trial given, never beyond the limits of one's ability. For that, do not give up. You can complain occasionally, but do not get in the way of continuing to find solutions.

"God does not burden a person unless it is in accordance with the degree of his ability.” (QS. Al-Baqarah: 286)

In this verse it is explained that every trial given always has a way out. Allah SWT does not give trials but in accordance with the abilities of His servants.

C. Always happy

(..And fear Allah that you may be lucky (happy).”

(Q.L. Al-Baqarah: 189)

In a number of verses, the Qur’an provides guidance on how to achieve happiness. In fact, if studied further, the ultimate goal of every order of Allah SWT is: “so that you are happy/lucky” (la’allakum tuflihuna). In Al-Qur’an, the sentence la’allakum tuflihuna which means ‘so that you are happy’ is called 11 times, namely on: Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 189, Q.S. Ali Imran: 130, 200, Q. S. Al-Maidah: 35, 90, 100, Q. S. Al-A’raf: 69, Q.S. Al-Anfal: 45, Q.S. Al-Hajj: 77, Q.S. An-Nur: 31, and Q.S. Al-Jumu’ah: 10.

From the search of these verses, we can conclude that all the commandments of God are meant for us to live happily. Yes, a truly happy life, not only in the world, but also in the hereafter. If we further explore the verses that talk about happiness above, then we will find a number of steps that we must take to be able to achieve happiness. Broadly speaking, from the results of the reading and the author's study of a number of these verses, the key word for us to achieve the happiness of the world-end is takwa.

D. Patience in the test

“And give glad tidings to those who are patient, (i.e.,) those who, when doomed, say: “Inna lillaahi wa innaa ilaihi raaji’uun (Inna we belong to Allah and to Him we return).

In this verse it is explained that every human being will definitely be given trials in his life. Difficulty, fear, even when given happiness is also a test. And glad tidings to those who are patient will be rewarded. On the contrary, those who despair will be rewarded.

Imam Ibn Kathir said, “ They comfort themselves by saying these words (innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun) when struck by calamity and believing that they belong to God. These disasters prompt them to acknowledge their existence as a creation of God, to return to Him in the Hereafter.”

2. ADRIAN

A. Don't give up

Never give up. Because when you give up, it's all over.

In this life, there will always be fear when faced with problems. Sometimes, when it felt so tired, the spirit that flared at the beginning, slowly disappeared.

As an ordinary human being, it is natural to undergo these various phases of life. However, if he continues to feel failed and does not want to get back up, then he will really lose his spirit

"Truly with difficulty there is ease (QS. Al - Insirah: 6)

In this verse it is explained that we as humans must always hope in Allah SWT. Because every problem we face always has a way out. So we are encouraged to always be patient.

Have good patience, then surely the spaciousness is so close. Whoever draws near to Allah to escape the difficulties will be saved.

B. Dare to take responsibility for what we do

Allah says (letter of Al Muddassir verse 38)

kullu nafsim bima kasabat rahniahArtinya:

“Everyone is responsible for what he has done.”

The verse explains that all humans have the freedom to choose, but not to forget the responsibility of their choices. If a human being chooses to go towards something that is not good, then he will get a bad result as well, and vice versa.

However, in every choice that humans make or choose, responsibility will never be separated from it. Each individual will be responsible for what he has done.

C. Avoid illegal stuff

Translated hadith :

“From Abu Abdillah An-Nu’man bin Basyir Radhiyallahu ‘Anhuma, he said, “I heard Prophet Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam said, ‘What is halal is clear, what is haram is clear. And between the two there is a thing that shubhat –things that rancu– is not known by most people. Whoever avoids the shubhat, then he has freed his religion and honor.

And whoever falls into the things of Shubhat, he falls in the things forbidden by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Like a shepherd shepherding around the forbidden land. He almost entered the forbidden ground. And every king has a forbidden land. And the forbidden land of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala are things that are forbidden. And really in this case there is a piece of meat that if he is good then the whole limb will be good and if he is damaged then the whole limb will be damaged and that is the heart.'” (CHR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

3. YONA

A. Don't hurt anyone else

A Muslim is taught not to commit wrongdoing or harm others, including self-persecution.

Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala even said it would give a punishment to the unjust. This is as stated in

his Word: ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇

"Whosoever of you does wrong, we shall feel for him a great punishment." (QS Al-Furqan: 19)

Likewise with the Prophet Shallallahua alihi wa sallam who tells that a good Muslim is a person who is able to prevent himself from doing evil to others.

B. Don't be naive about loving people

From Abdullah bin Amr that the Prophet said: "All hearts of men are in the power of the merciful God, like one heart. He moves the heart according to His will."

Then the Prophet prayed: "O Allah is the One who moves hearts. Move our hearts to worship You." (Moslem HR)

C. Do not underestimate or demean others

There are several wills presented by the Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam on Abu Jurayy Jabir bin Sulaim. The first testament we review is not to insult and underestimate others. It may be that the underrated are nobler than we are by God's side.

Abu Jurayy Jabir bin Sulaim, he said, “I saw a man whose words were obeyed. Every time he said, he was followed by them.

I asked, “Who is this guy?” They replied, “Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.” I said, “‘Alaikas salaam (for you salvation), O Messenger of Allah (he repeated it twice).” He then said, “Do not say ‘alaikas salaam (for you salvation) because such a greeting is a tribute to the dead. The good thing said is assalamu ‘alaik (may safety for you.”

Abu Jurayy asked, “Are you a messenger of God?” He replied, “I am a messenger of God who when you are stricken with calamity, then you pray to God, then He will remove the difficulties from you. If you are in drought for a year, then you pray to Allah, He will grow plants for you. And when you are in a very arid place and your strands are lost, and then you pray to Allah, then He will return the camel to you

Abu Jurayy said again to the Messenger of Allah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, “Give me a will.”

Shallallahu apostle ‘alaihi wa sallam also gave a will,

“Do not insult anyone.” Abu Jurayy said, “I never insulted anyone after that, either to a free man, a slave, a camel, or a sheep.”

The Prophet of Allah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam continued his word,

“Don't underestimate the slightest kindness even by talking to your brother with a smiling face to him. The practice is part of the virtue."

Elevate your sheath until mid-calf. If you are reluctant, you can lower it down to your ankles. Keep extending the sarong until it passes through the ankle. Such an appearance is a sign of pride and God does not like pride.

If someone insults you and humiliates you with something he knows is on you, then do not repay him with something you know is on him. Bad consequences let him bear it.” (CHR. Abu Daud no. 4084 and Tirmidhi no. 2722.

Al Hafizh Abu Thohir said that this sanad hadith is shahih. Al Hafizh Ibn Hajar states that this hadith is shahih).

Among the wills of the Apostle Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in the above hadith is not to insult others. After the Apostle delivered this will, Jabir bin Sulaim never insulted anyone to a slave and an animal.

In the letter of Al Hujurat, Allah Ta’ala gives us guidance in good character, and,

“O you who believe, let not a group of men humble another group, may the one who is laughed at be better than them. And do not also a group of women denigrate other groups, it may be that the denigrated is better.” (QS. Al Hujurat: 11)

Ibn Kathir rahimahullah said that the above verse contains a prohibition against harassing and belittling others. And the nature of harassing and belittling belongs to the category of arrogant.

A. Stay patient in the test of life

In the Qur'an we are encouraged to be patient in facing the test of life's problems. Patience has several virtues, among which are calming the heart, aborting sins, getting great rewards, elevating degrees, and opening the doors of heaven.

If we are patient then the heart will become airy and the mind becomes clear so that the problems we face can be overcome easily and quickly. If we are not patient and let the heart be filled with anger then we can not think clearly, the problems that exist will even more messy.

The following is a collection of Quranic verses as a guide for Muslims to always be patient when facing tests and trials.

Surat Al Baqarah verse 45

Wasta'inu bis-sabri was-salah, wa innaha lakabiratun illa 'alal-khasyi'in

Meaning:

Make patience and prayer your help. And verily such is heavy, except for those who are solemn'.

Letter of An Nahl verse 126

Wa in aqabtum fa aqibu bimisli ma uqibtum bih, wa la'in sabartum lahuwa khairul lis-sabirin.

Meaning:

And if ye give a recompense, then recompense it with the same recompense which is inflicted upon you. But if you are patient, it is better for those who are patient.

Surat Al Furqon verse 75

Ula ika yujzaunal - gurfata bima sabaru wa yulaqqauna fiha tahiyyataw wa salama

Meaning:

They are the ones who are compensated with high dignity (in heaven) for their patience and they are greeted with respect and congratulations in it.

B. Patience will come

Choosing a soul mate or life partner is indeed an easy job if only considering passion. However, if you think deeply about choosing a life partner or mate in this case husband and wife is not an easy job.

Regarding the soul mate, Prophet Muhammad warned his people to be careful and not carelessly choose a life partner.

The Prophet said:

"Then choose a wife who is religious (Islamic) and ethical (good) so that both hands (yourselves) are safe. (HR Al Bazzar and Ibn Hibban).

The warning of the Prophet of the SAW aims that in marriage not only seek physical interests, but first pay attention to religious requirements. Because with his religion he can guide his mind and soul, be patient and realize his responsibility and right to take care of himself. After that, only pay attention to things that are physical and world (beauty, heredity and treasure).

Here is the Quran about Latin soul mate & its meaning that can be contemplated in choosing a life partner: Giving Peace

This Quranic verse about soul mate affirms that getting married will give peace of heart.

Latin: Wa min aayaatihi an kholaqo lakum min angfusikum azwaajal litaskunuu ilaiha wa ja'ala bainakum mawaddataw warakhmah. Inna Fii dzaalika la aayatil liqoumiy yatafakkarun

And among His signs (greatness) is that He created pairs for you of your own kind, that you might tend and feel at ease with him, and He made among you a feeling of love and affection. Verily, in this there are signs (of the greatness of God) for the thinking people. (QS. Ar Rum verse 21).
