CHAPTER 8 LIGHT PILLAR

Under the moonlight at night, the atmosphere grew increasingly tense where the Reinhard family was in danger.

Alice began chanting her mantra while raising her hand in the air, and a cloud of black clouds appeared to block the moon.

Instantly a man named Sakhsia and a black creature hit Alice who was casting a spell, without a second thought Reinhard darted and blocked the attacks of the two creatures.

A fight was inevitable between Reinhard and the two creatures, the pounding upon the bang of a weapon was heard throughout the fight.

Shortly after, the undead and the skulls began to approach the Rion Family, along with which Alice's spell was completed.

There were several pillars surrounding the village, instantly the pillars gave off light, and it left the undead lying helpless.

"As expected of the prince and the witch, the power of a small part of the legend" said the mysterious man who only saw from a distance.

Without a second thought Reinhard used his abilities, the sword he was holding began to emit a dazzling white light and his body gave off a powerful aura.

Reinhard also repulsed the two creatures he faced, "Hahaha I'm so happy that I can't help my laughter", Sakhsia said, a white-hooded creature.

"My lord why do you order us to refrain from confronting them?, even if you command each one of us to destroy a kingdom easily",ask the purple-clad creature who is on the side of the mysterious man.

"Calculate Licht, they are a small part of the hundreds of surviving legends.I know very well how powerful they are, they once repulsed the Demon Lord Lust alone"

"With the Orion sword Reinhard had used and which with such a disgusting amount we better not be too rash, the more we can clearly see their weakness",replied the mysterious man with a smile plastered on his face.

"What is the weakness of them both my masters?", asked Licht.

"Look at their little baby in a barrier" replied the mysterious man.

After knowing this fact, Licht was silent, bowing respectfully to the mysterious man as if knowing the meaning of his parents.

Alice cast another spell while protecting Rion, as the dark clouds above them began to emit rain.

"You think it can kill us", Sakhsia said arrogantly as she darted her scythe towards Alice.

Reinhard jumped up and stuck his sword into the ground instantly emitting energy radiation that condensed Sakhsia and the undead lying around them.

The clouds that had only been emitting rain began to sound thunder that rumbled, "O Lightning Spirit vanquish all enemies that block my path", cried Alice.

Soon after, there appeared a lightning bolt that struck the area around Alice randomly.

The black creature and Sakhsia also dodged the lightning bolt while approaching Alice and Reinhard.

The irritated Rion trapped inside the barrier began to rebel again."Mom's dad get me out of here, let me help you" Rion yelled as he struck the barrier his mother had created.

"Rion is calm Mom and Dad are concentrating" Alice said while maintaining the two spells she had cast.

"Darling are you okay" Reinhard asked from a distance as he confronted Sakhsia and the Black Being.

"It's critical that Rion has begun to rebel, I've also started to get exhausted from never fighting for the past ten years", Inner Reinhard.

It is unexpected that the black creature was hit by a lightning strike from Alice's spell, while the black creature did not move.

Not wasting any chance Reinhard darted cut the body of the black creature in two, it made the body of the black creature lying helpless on the ground.

"All right, one has been removed from who is next" Reinhard said passionately.

From a distance lightning also struck the mysterious Man, but unexpectedly the mysterious Man was able to fend off the lightning with his bare hands.

This made Reinhard and Alice who saw him shocked.

"What is he, he looks like an ordinary man but is able to fend off the Lightning that Alice is flying and also why from earlier he and the purple-hooded creature just stay there?what are they planning?", inner Reinhard.

"Hey what do you think your opponent is in front of you" Sakhsia said as she landed her scythe towards Reinhard's neck, It made Reinhard bend over his body.

A gunfight ensued between the two of them, the sound of gunfire was heard back between them.

Ending with a sebit that was released from Sakhsia's hand it made him pierced by Reinhard's Orion sword.

The sound of applause rang out from the direction of Rion and Alice, Rion, Alice and Reinhard were shocked by the presence of the Mysterious Man from behind them.

"Great is great as expected of the prince and the last witch", said the Mysterious Man as he clapped.

"Well, that's enough for the base".

The mysterious man smashes the barrier with his bare hands and strangles Rion's neck and lifts him in the air.

This makes Rion unable to escape from the Mysterious Man.

"No Rion!", shouted Alice frantically as she cast her magic towards the Mysterious Man.

The mysterious man stabbed Alice in the stomach with one hand.

This made the lightning that had struck from the sky began to stop attacking.

"No!!! Rion....Alice", shouted Reinhard who was running towards them.

"Sakhsia, Aswad, Licht you're free" said the Mysterious Man.

Sakhsia also laughed loudly while rising from her sleep, she jumped high into the air while swinging her scythe twirlingly.

The pillars of light that Alice created were split and destroyed, it made the undead around rise again.

Licht took out a skull head from his hand and lifted it into the air, "RISE!!", cried Licht.

A Dragon Corpse along with hundreds of undead rose up from the ground, blocking Reinhard who had come to Alice and Rion.

Reinhard took pains to avoid the undead while running towards Rion.

"I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself"

"You may not know me because my figure has changed now, but my permission is to ask you.Have you ever heard the name Jin?",said the Mysterious Man while strangling Rion with one of his hands.

"Jin are you that?What happened to Emilia and Leonidas?what happened to you?", asked Alice, holding her stomach to hold the blood out.

Jin kicked Alice to the ground, "Don't you ever mention the names of those two in front of me".

Reinhard who saw this blindly attacked the undead and the Dragon Bodies that Licht had raised blindly in order to come to Alice and Rion who were dying.

"Alice Rion wait for me!, I will definitely save you".
