ARMY, DEAD (EPS. 3)

ARMY, DEAD (EPS. 3)
17. Nightly

Under the dim light of the crescent moon, the beach breeze gently rippled with the pounding of small waves on the soft white sand. Carry the small grains of sand until slowly eroded away. Surrounding the small campfire, they sang cheerfully nonstop since the end of the dinner.

Everyone forgets the actual condition or maybe only part of it, but they are still in the same laughter.

After feeling enough because of the late time and also the happiness that has been created, they head to their respective tents to rest and recover energy for fun in the future.

Aini with Anita, Dimas with his wife, Vika, and Daniel with Arda, while being behind the darkness, more than one pair of eyes remained on standby waiting for the opportunity they would soon get.

"Krek." the sound of a broken collarbone is disguised by the sound of waves and wind hitting the leaves on the edge of the forest. No screams of pain let alone attempts at resistance. The experience of killing proves that they are nothing. A small smile began to appear when the darkness did not cover it, which slowly began to turn into a terrible grin.

Danu takes his victims without them knowing, and then the small army that carries the mission to watch Aini is lost one by one.

The bloodstained object he rubbed on the clothes of his last victim tonight, after previously it had made a hole in the neck of the person.

"You don't underestimate the cave, if only with that rich army, you'll all die." Danu again disappeared behind the darkness that only a moment later would be lost by the dawn which slowly began to show its warmth.

One by one they woke up. The sunlight that began to rise gave a warmth that made them unable to close their eyes anymore. Nature has been waiting for them to enjoy happiness over all its beauty.

"Ni, get up, it's noon, if you just want to move to sleep mending sleep in the hotel alone." Anita tried to wake Aini who had not opened her eyes, but there was no reaction, Aini was still unconscious.

"Here, don't be joking, splinter wake up, later the next morning hooze to the end." Anita shook Aini's body even to try to tickle, but still no reaction. Concern began to approach with the condition of his best friend like that, but he tried to calm down even though the tension had begun to attack. Grasping the weak wrist, trying to find a pulse to make sure that Aini was just unconscious. After it was still there, Anita began to feel a little relieved, but Aini still had to get help immediately.

"Ni, you don't make me afraid of dong." Anita shook Aini's body, hoping only with that Aini could regain consciousness.

"Door." Aini laughed after successfully pranking Anita. He felt amused at the pale expression of Anita's fear.

"Basic." Anita felt nervous about what Aini did to her, in return she tickled Aini so much that she could not hold back her laughter until she finally gave up and apologized.

"The two who play amusedly, do not rhyme anymore." Arda, Daniel, Dimas and Vika are standing outside the tent and watching the silly behavior of the two friends who were so rarely seen before. In their hearts they were happy to see the two like that, as if they had escaped the burden that had been pressing on them all this time, especially Aini.

"What's? They all gone? What possible?" Five people in all-black, faint-colored dark circles on eyes and pale skin were discussing about the disappearance of their member who was assigned to watch over Aini. The missing members are not just one or two people, but all of them. That empty building always bears witness to all their plans.

"Is he the culprit?" Their minds are on the same person.

"We better do it as soon as possible."

They disbanded. Plans change, everything will be done quickly to achieve their goals and this is the last chance.

"Ta, the cave wants to tell you something." In the silence between the two of them, Aini started a conversation that from her expression, it seemed like what she was going to talk about was a serious matter.

"What story?" Anita is ready to be a good listener as always.

"Last noon, when the cave made its way to the edge of the forest, the cave found traces of blood." Anita did not understand what Aini was talking about.

"Certainly? Is there anything strange?" Aini told everything in detail until finally the story made them both unable to close their eyes.

Enjoying the heat of the sun that afternoon made Aini's skin feel like burning. To cool it Aini tried to walk on the edge of the forest which from afar looks quite cool. He began to set foot towards the line of trees that swayed in the wind. They seemed to be waving their hands at him.

"Adem too." The forest edge that borders the beach is only a few dozen meters away. It didn't take long for Aini to get there and then start taking a little walk and then sit leaning under a shady tree.

From where he sat, he could see towards his tent as well as the other two tents that seemed to be from that place d

he can hide himself.

Unconsciously his hand touched the part of the tree that felt wet, which made the surface of his palm feel a little sticky.

"What's this?" Aini wonder. He noticed the liquid attached to the palm of his hand and to the tree he had just held, the atmosphere was dark enough that the lighting became less so he had to pay more attention to the liquid.

"This? Blood?" Aini was shocked that what she was holding was blood, without waiting for long and hurriedly left the place.

Late at night, it seemed like the two tents on the left and right of the tent occupied by Aini and Anita were asleep. Time had shown more than one o'clock in the morning but his eyes could not be closed. The atmosphere outside the tent that was dimmed by the moonlight made him able to see a little about the situation there, until finally the call of nature occurred.

"Aduh, why use the show want to pee everything." he saw Anita had fallen asleep next to him. He felt unbearable if he had to wake Anita to just take her to urinate. For a few minutes Aini held back the urge to urinate because maybe in that way slowly the taste was lost, but it turned out he was wrong. A gust of beach wind that is cold enough to make the taste more so that there is no other way, he had to take it out.

With fear and determination, Aini walked out of her tent. He walked away but not too far away.

"Finally." After he can complete his small wish, he can breathe a sigh of relief, let the sand of the beach be a silent witness to the unpleasant smell of a woman's urine.

Unless he was wrong, someone who had stood covering the moonlight that was shining on Aini was a witness. Aware of the shadow standing behind her, Aini tried to turn around quickly and...

Hepppph...
