ARMY, DEAD (EPS. 3)

ARMY, DEAD (EPS. 3)
5. return

After fainting for a long time until several days, he finally realized with the head that had been wrapped in makeshift cloth due to impact injuries that seemed to be due to hitting rocks in the river. Some other parts of his body also suffered from the same condition. The wounds on his back, hands and some other parts of the wound were all wrapped in the same cloth, equally sober.

"How did you realize?" Someone entered the room where he was being treated. The room is also makeshift even though the wall is made of walls that look still sturdy, but the wall appears to have mossed in some parts.

"Where am I, sir? Why am I here?" He immediately asked a lot of questions to the person who entered the room where he was treated. His face looks confused. He did not remember what had happened so he was like that.

"Relax, you're in my house, I found you in the river, I thought you were dead, but miraculously, you're still alive, even with the conditions you see today." the father told me about how he found it with a terrible condition until finally the question that came out of the father's mouth made him jerk.

"Whose name are you, son?"

"Name? My name? What's myname? Why can't I remember my own name? What the hell happened to me? Why don't I remember anything?" He was confused by everything he had lost from his memory.

"Silence, don't push yourself." Seeing the person who had been rescued panicked and began to feel a headache from trying to remember who he was, the father put him back on the bed.

"Now you better rest first, after recovering later you can go to find out who you really are." After that, the helper went out and left him alone in his room with a plate of food on the table beside his bed that was brought by the father.

He was silent, contemplating and trying to remember everything, but the pain in his head made him have to stop the effort again.

He noticed the wound on his hand that had dried up. He opened a piece of cloth that wrapped his wound.

"It's dry." He was still keeping it, there was a black spot on the part just above the wound covered with cloth.

"The fabric is dirty, but, I'm lucky to be safe." he smiled to himself, but it didn't have any meaning in his smile. Everything felt empty, he was not used to his smile at the moment. He felt he did not recognize himself

After a month of being cared for by the man who saved her, she decides to go and find her now lost identity along with her memories.

"Sir, thank you for everything, sorry I have not been able to repay your kindness, but someday I will return."

"You don't think about that, what matters now is that you have to focus on your own recovery." The man's words added to the feeling in his heart. He promised himself that one day he would repay the good he had received.

After saying goodbye, he decided to go to the capital. He thought that it was where he came from, although it was uncertain, but his instincts said so. From where he left, it took him about two days to get to the capital.

"What kind of forest is this, the streets are filled with dense fog." From inside the bus that was about to take him to the capital, he could not stop watching the left and right sides of the road that were all standing lined with towering large trees, blocking the sunlight.

"Mas, where are you going?" A passenger sitting next to him began to greet, trying to melt the atmosphere of silence that had been created since. Seeing him who had been daydreaming seriously noticed the forest that passed by the bus.

"You just passed through this forest, huh?" Asked the passenger again, who seemed to be able to read what was on his mind at the moment.

"Mmmhhhh, yes sir, how do you know?" The passenger smiled at such a question.

"Don't be surprised, this forest will always be like this, if you walk there alone, guaranteed you will be lost." The passenger did not answer questions from him, but his statement only made his curiosity grow.

"I mean father?"

"Yes, this forest is famous for its very dense fog, it can even drop a plane that recklessly passed over the forest area, like the incident about a month ago." The passenger's explanation made him even more curious.

"Aircraft? Falling in this forest?" he tried to convince with a question that intoned the emphasis of each word.

"Yes, all the passengers were almost killed, there were only five survivors, and even then they had to be rescued by approximately three hundred people from the SAR team, Volunteers and TNI soldiers.

Strange, hearing about the incident, a shadow suddenly appeared in his head, and he felt that he had known about the incident.

"Ohbl yeah, we haven't met, my name is Samir." The passenger extended his hand.

There was some confusion in his mind about what name he would use as his new identity at this time, but that doubt he was tepis, and immediately received the hand of the passenger next to him.

"Randy, my name is Randy, sir." Spontaneous name came out of his mouth, he did not understand why the name appeared on his head.

After that, there was no more chatter between them, Randy was silent with still staring out the window of the car that was still driving slowly due to limited visibility.

"Did I have anything to do with the plane crash? Am I one of the passengers that survived?" Many questions in his mind that made his head feel dizzy.

"After I get there, I'll look for information about the plane" he said steadily as his right hand held a large enough tooth/tare. It was given by the man who helped him yesterday, he said it was found in his pants pocket, but Randy doesn't remember anything about his own.

After traveling for two days and two nights, Randy finally arrived at the capital, it was like he had returned home, although he did not remember a single bit about his home. Traveling that far if taken by plane may only take about two to four hours, but Randy does not have the money to use the plane. The money to take the bus was obtained from the gift of people who had helped him.

"Now I have to find a place to live first."
