"Daren, when do you have time to take me to Korea?" micky asked as they were going down the stairs at the hospital heading to the ground floor to get home.

"I'll take you as soon as I can, Micky," said Daren.

"When summer vacation comes, I hope you have more time for me."

"I'll work on it."

Micky narrowed his eyes when he saw something strange in the distance. He pulled Daren's arm and stopped his steps.

"You see!" Micky pointed at the open elevator door and showed five people coming out of it. One of the five was a girl he knew. "That's Nora, isn't it?"

Daren stared in the direction of the girl in the white shirt who was walking out of the elevator without taking her eyes off the phone in front of her face.

"Dora!" micky exclaims, even though Daren just wanted to forbid his sister to call Nora.

"Micky, should we just go? I have to get to the office." whispered Daren didn't get any approval from Micky.

Nora turned her eyes from her phone to look at Micky. He was clumsy in the middle of the road, until the nurse told him to step aside for blocking patients who wanted to pass.

"Hey!" greet Micky immediately running towards Nora while pulling Daren's arm.

Nora pretends to smile when in fact she wants to run away if she knows first there are people she knows are in the same hospital.

"What are you doing here?" micky asked after arriving in front of Nora. Daren watches around, worried that someone knows her and sees her hanging out with a girl.

"Ehm .. I …." Nora turned her gaze towards Daren. "What are you doing here?"

Micky stared enthusiastically. "I just asked the doctor for a consultation on plastic surgery."

"So, are you serious about your plan?"

"You think I'm lying?"

"Eh .. no. I thought you were just kidding."

Micky laughing. "I've never joked about appearance issues, including my compliments about you that you're so pretty, that's why I made you my model. Yeah, right, Daren?" Micky glanced towards Daren.

"Hm .. yes," said Daren not excited.

"Ouh, you said you had to go to the office? Aren't you now an office? Why not just go alone?"

"I have to take you to campus" said Daren clumsily.

"No, I called Oliver. He's gonna pick me up."

"I don't like you with Oliver, Micky." Daren's expression looked more resolute than ever.

"I don't care, the important thing is, you're going to leave together." Micky leaves Daren and Nora standing awkwardly. While he walked out of the hospital area with a calm expression and without the slightest guilt.

Daren took a breath and cleared his throat. He looked towards Nora.

"What?" ask Nora ketus.

"Do you remember what I said yesterday? We're going to One Star. Since we've met here, I don't think it's necessary to go to the office first to get there. How's it?"

Nora raised her shoulders. "That's up to you. I'm just following along."

"Is there nothing you want to take from the office?" Daren squinted.

"No. I still have my bag. Look at!" Nora showed me the bag behind her back.

Nora follows Daren, walking out of the hospital area. In the middle of the road, right at the main doorway, Daren stopped his steps. It made Nora who was walking right behind Daren, instantly jump in shock.

"What are you ...." Nora wanted to curse, but her voice did not appear because some people first turned their heads when they heard her screech.

"Sorry, I just wanted to say. Please don't ask much questions today. Okay?" daren's words made Nora stare in annoyance.

"It's not my fault I have so many questions."

"Yes, but don't ask in the middle of the meeting. This is a very important meeting."

"Oh no, you think I don't know the important times and the less important times?"

Daren sighed. "Can you answer me in a normal tone?"

"It's my normal tone. Whatchu mean?"

"You always answer me in a tone like you're hostile to me."

Nora turned her eyes. "Isn't that so-"

"Sorry, Sir!" the exclamation of someone brought the Nora and Daren debate to a halt. The two of them turned towards the bearded lady beside Daren. "You're Daren Mahendra?" ask him in an unexpected tone.

Daren locked his mouth tight. His expression turned colder. He pulled Nora's arm out of the area. The woman who had greeted Daren stared in astonishment.

Daren tells Nora to get into his car. Luckily, Nora complied with her orders, while she got into the steering wheel and immediately left the hospital area at an above average speed.

Nora knows what makes Daren look angry. It must have been because of the woman who had just asked for her identity. Daren has always shied away from the pursuit of women.

"Tumben, don't you bring those two big muscular guards? Where are they?" ask Nora to break the silence.

"Micky doesn't like being escorted."

Nora nodded in understanding. "So, that's why they didn't tail you." Nora looked at Daren's face which still looked cold. He immediately recalled Daren's terrifying emotions yesterday. The emotion made Nora goosebumps and turn to feel afraid because it invites emotional people like Daren to talk.

It's two o'clock in the afternoon, the meeting just finished. Nora has a chance to come to One Star, a textile company whose buildings are still being revised. If not together with Daren, maybe he will never visit the most luxurious place in this city.

Daren and Nora walked along the stairs to get down to the ground floor. They arrived on the third floor. Nora could see the very bottom of the building from the area that was still being revised.

"Don't look down, danger!" daren's orders. He walked to Nora's position. Protecting the girl from unfenced edges.

Nora is completely insensitive Daren is paying attention to him, he just thinks Daren is being a brave pretender.

"Dora!" screeched Daren while holding Nora's shoulder when Nora wouldn't listen. "You can fall close to the edge."

Nora releases Daren's grip. "If I fall, why?"

"I-I'll be blamed."

Nora laughs. "The police will definitely think you pushed me down. Yeah, right?"

For the first time Daren agrees with Nora. She was happy to see a smile imprinted on Nora's lips that would usually bend down each time she stared at him.

Both of them got downstairs. Juan and Doni are waiting next to Daren's car.

"You brought your own car, didn't you?" daren asked the two guards. "I'll go with Nora."

Nora ogling. The more he gets here, the more sure Daren's behavior to him is not normal at all.
