Nora took Daren who had already squeezed out of the tram. He forgot there was Nelan in there.
"Model ..." Nora shook Daren's shoulder full of cold sweat. The bruises that filled the man's face made Nora unbearable.
Nelan appeared from behind the tram door. He's closing in on Daren. Not to cry and pay attention, but to smile with satisfaction.
Nora was at a loss for words as Nelan groped Daren's chest in search of the golden necklace around the man's neck. After finding it, he pulled the necklace out. Then smile. "Thank you for taking me to my birthplace. This is what I've been waiting for for our two-year relationship." Then he went with the bandits on the tram they had just taken.
Daren could still see though vaguely with the tip of his eye. No one could describe how much disappointment he felt towards Nelan.

Help came shortly after the incident. Nora and Daren and other survivors were taken to a nearby rescue post on the edge of the desert.
Nora compresses some bruised parts of Daren over nurse's orders. He still did not expect and did not dare to talk about the matter of Nelan. He knew the disappointment that Daren showed through Sakita's moans as well as his pitiful eyes.
Nora isn't sure after this Daren will be the same Daren she used to be, or she'll turn colder than before.
Now how do they get home? Passports, visas, money, cell phones, everything's been taken away. No help can bring them back. Not to mention, Daren is in no condition to walk.
"I'm fine." Daren took a sitting position while holding his slightly injured hand. "I have an acquaintance not far from here. We can go there for help."
Nora could sigh in relief even though it was not the best news she wanted. There is still a possibility that he can go home in addition to using the services of rescuers who are taking care of their problems.
"We should have come to his house. I mean ... Nelan and I," explained Daren in a pitiful tone. "I thought we'd be .. We'd be dead by then."
"But we're fine now."
"Yes, but I don't" said Daren, making Nora immediately think of Nelan.
"You love her?" ask Nora. For the first time he asked in a very serious tone.
"Maybe."
Nora knitted her eyebrows. "Why maybe?"
"Because I already know he's always using me."
Nora flabbergasted. "Then why did you stay?"
"Because I don't have a choice. She's a poor girl with no parents. We met at an exhibition when he lost important papers that could have brought him back to Dubai."
Nora looked in disbelief. "You're with him because you feel sorry for him?"
Daren turned her eyes. He should have nodded because it was true.
"There's no way you're just pitying and then you've been keeping your relationship all this time, right?"
Daren. He tried to courageously look towards Nora. "She was pregnant with my son."
Nora was at a loss for words. His whole body was frozen. "W-what?"
"But he dropped it. I can't just leave it alone" explained Daren. This is the biggest secret he has. No one has the right to know, but everything is done. He had to explain to Nora.
"You're married?" nora asked after a long moment of silence in a frozen state.
Nora blinked her eyes a few times. So much information was shocking and it took him a lot of time to get into his brain. Daren is not just an arrogant man who is not touched by women, he cannot be explained in words, Nora thought while looking down deeply.
"Please don't tell this secret to anyone. I'll do whatever you want as long as you keep this a secret."
Nora nodded. Still trying to calm down.
"I'm sorry, if I let you down" Daren said, making Nora turn her head again. "I'm not perfect as you might imagine. Sometimes I'm a jerk like those bandits."
Nora tried to hold back the laughter. "Yes, it's real" said the circus.
"Aren't you disappointed?"
Nora stumped a smile. "I like a guy who's a bit of a jerk rather than being too rule-bound." Then she bit her lip because of the blur. "That doesn't mean I like him" he explained quickly, before Daren had time to think about what he was thinking.
"alright. First, we'll go to Isaiah's house. We'll stay there tonight, then we'll go back to the hotel to take care of our return with Juan and Doni. I'm sure they both heard the case."

Nora and Daren manage to arrive in front of a mansion where Daren's friend lives with the help of a rescue team. They do not have to bother taking care of their return with the state while there are still people who can help them.
Daren walked carefully to the main door. He knew his arrival would make his friend rather surprised.
"Name Isaiah. He is not a Dubai native. We were friends when we were in college" explained Daren, easily covering up the wounds that were gnawing at his feelings because he was disappointed with Nelan.
Nora helps Daren press the bell. They almost lost hope when no one opened the door.
Nora pressed the bell many times. He wanted to point out the emergency he was going through for someone inside there to open the door for him immediately.
A brownish-haired male figure appeared from inside there. Nora blinked her eyes many times while taking her eyes off as their two eyes met.
"Daren ... What happened?" Isaiah stared at Daren's bruised face. "You're Daren, right?"
"Yes" said Daren in a firm tone.
"Come in ..." Isaiah leads Daren and Nora into his house. "Just sit on the chair!"
Nora sat Daren in the chair. While he had exchanged smiles with Daren's friend.
"Oh no, are you the victim of a robbery that is being reported on television?" guess Isaiah.
"Yes, we've experienced it."
"I could imagine the Asian called was you, it turned out to be true. God, I never even thought you'd come here without telling me."
"We lost our valuables, I hope you can help" Daren said, taking a nod of approval from Isaiah.
"Of course I'll be willing to help, man. But it looks like you need a break before you explain what happened. I can't bear to see you in this state." He glanced towards the bandages around Daren's neck and shoulders.
Isaiah shows the nearest room so that Daren doesn't have to walk far to reach him.
"This is my friend, Nora," Daren said before he rested himself on the bed. "Can he stay here?"
"Why not?" sahut Isaiah. "I'll show you a room, Miss." Isaiah came out of Daren's room, but Nora quickly followed him. He was still holding out in front of Daren who was moaning in pain.
