SHATTERED- (2)

We went to the market to buy food. This time Laura came with us. I also asked Laura a little about gardening. He often saw his mother gardening in his house. "Usually mothers grow vegetables like carrots and potatoes" she says.

After shopping we will be home soon. But on the road something happened...

Something similar happened last week. This time the chunks of stone were thrown more than before. However, its size was relatively smaller than before. As the stones were thrown continuously, all the residents were evacuated to the hills of Mayene or out of the city.

I immediately asked Laura to bring her parents. Ruiner will take his belongings that were still brought. And I will take as much money from the inheritance as I can for the survival of the five of us in the future.

We decided to meet again at the city park fountain as soon as possible.

The attack continues. The treasure that I could carry was only a small part of the total amount.When I was about to go to the city park fountain I was surprised to see the buildings in the area had been destroyed by the impact of rocks. Also now almost a large part of this city was destroyed by the attack. Even some of the areas I passed by were covered in red fog that came from splashing blood of victims hit by rocks.

I started to worry about their situation. Especially my two friends. I ran towards the city park fountain to meet my friend.

I'm in a lot of hurry. Even because the fog was also mixed with dust and sand, my eyes suddenly hurt. I stumbled and fell a few times.

I finally reached the fountain of the park in question. Most of the place was destroyed. I think I'm too late...

I was silent for a moment. Suddenly I heard a small cry but it was clear from somewhere.

The fountain is broken and no longer works. I began to focus on finding out where the source of the crying sound came from. I look around. There were many small stones scattered about. Even the bodies of the victims just sprawled. I saw a wall that collapsed but it leaned against another wall.

And the sound of crying came from there. I approached the wall and saw Ruiner, Laura, and her mother hiding behind it. And that crying voice came from Laura.

There Ruiner simply fell silent. The crying Laura was being calmed down by her mother. At that place I only saw the three of them. Where's Laura's father ?

I wanted to ask, but right now Laura is in a bad mood. So I asked Ruiner.

"Could it?!"

" Yes... It's all my fault..."

But, what exactly happened?

I'm rattled. Should I bring the body that I thought was Laura's father, or directly take the three of them away from this place and leave Laura's father's body here?

I cannot lift a rock that is the same size as two horses.

In the end I chose to take the three of them away from this place and leave her father Laura here...
