Butterfly In You
Chapter 69: The Secrets of the Soulmate

Flashback five hours ago.

Photos of the contract marriage agreement letter belonging to Shehan and Lilis displayed on Jesslyn's mobile phone screen looked faint when seen by the crossbreed woman, because Jesslyn's eyes looking dewy left a puddle of water in the fertilizer. Once a sweep Jesslyn did to each of the shoots of her eyes so that the puddle was gone. Only then did Jesslyn's vision become bright again.

Had intended to disclose the evidence of the agreement to Nining-Mom Lilis in Banyuwangi, but Jesslyn instead turned to a table and sat diligently there. He picked up a piece of paper from his briefcase, and began writing something for Shehan. It was the deepest expression of his heart.

As the morning approached, Jesslyn, who was ready to pack her belongings into a suitcase, left Shehan Murad's residence without saying goodbye to anyone. No one knows exactly what time Jesslyn left.

Back to the present.

When Shehan wanted to talk to Jesslyn again this morning, the guest room that the woman had once lived in was empty. All that was left was a letter and lay on the dressing table. After reading the letter, Shehan sighed deeply. He still looked at the paper in his right hand with a feeling of slight regret.

Chequek!

Suddenly the guest room door opened, the creaking of the lever spontaneously disperse Shehan's daydreams. He looked at the origin of the voice. The discovery of Lilis was entering the room room, floating it. Shehan's eyes continued to watch from across.

"Mas..," call Lilis when their distance is near. Lilis looked at the letter Shehan was holding.

Before his wife asked first, Shehan took the initiative to explain the letter. "This is the letter Jesslyn left behind" she explained.

Lilis looked over the letter again for quite a while. "Where is Miss Jesslyn, Mas?"

Shehan's pectoral bow deflated slowly. "He's gone from this house. Don't know what time he left, but before he left he wrote this letter first."

Shehan gave Jesslyn the letter she had read to Lilis. Lilis took it and read the letter carefully. It was sad and heartfelt after reading the letter. However, the heartbreak Jesslyn experienced could not be avoided anymore. Because he loves a man who doesn't love him. From that writing, it seems Jesslyn has sincerely accepted her fate.

"What do we do now, Mom?" lilis asked, returning Jesslyn's letter to Shehan. Within seconds the letter changed hands.

Shehan stroked his wife's head with his other hand. "What has happened is part of God's scenario, Lilis. We have proven that we can pass this test. And now all we have to do is start everything from scratch and with good intentions."

"Yes, Mum." Lilis nodded, "your opinion is correct."

Shehan chimed in, nodding a few times. "Have you finished preparing the breakfast menu?"

"Already, Mas. Come on, let's eat!" invite Lilis friendly.

"Come on!"

Shehan put Jesslyn's letter on the table again. Then holding his wife's hand out of the living room to the dining room. Lilis, who walked beside Shehan with her hand, was unceasingly smiling. Thankful for how happy his life is now and he will always be remembered throughout his life.

While in Jesslyn's private home, she sees a photo of Shehan and Lilis's contract marriage agreement which is still stored in her mobile phone's photo gallery app. For a moment he took a deep breath and then took it slowly. His chest cavity became relieved after that. Although initially heavy-hearted, Jesslyn finally chose to delete the photo.

After the photo of the contract letter is deleted, Jesslyn's phone screen automatically scrolls on the previous photo. He accidentally showed a photo of Shehan. The photo was taken when they were still familiar as a friend a year ago and Jesslyn is also in the photo.

'Goodbye, Shehan Murad. I don't know when my heart's wounds will heal. But if you're happy even with other people, maybe that'll be the most effective medicine for me. Goodbye, you and your memories.'

Jesslyn deleted the photo and put her phone back on the nightstand.

A month later.

"Student study yes, Banu!"

"Yes, Brother Lilis!"

Lilis and Nurbanu waved each other several times before the Sunflower Kindergarten bus drove into the road. Lilis, her face was cheerful this morning. Back into the house with joy too. Having not yet reached the main door, Shehan appeared from inside the house. Lilis hurriedly sped up her pace.

"Mas, are you leaving?" asked Lilis from a distance that was still quite far away.

Shehan silently looked at it, waiting for the distance they were close together to answer. "Yes, it's almost half eight now."

Lilis took her husband's right hand, placing her forehead on the back of Shehan's hand as a farewell greeting. "Be careful on the road, Mas" he concluded.

Cup....

A warm kiss landed there.

"I'll go to work first. If you are bored at home, just go to the mall and buy clothes for you. Don't forget to buy it for Mom and Doni too."

"Yes, Mas. So when can we go to Banyuwangi? Have you decided on the schedule?" ask Lilis again. A few days ago he got word from his mother-Nining, that the house Shehan built in his name had finished the process of filling the furniture.

"Yes, Lilies. I think next week we go to Banyuwangi so Nurbanu can come with us too."

"Yes, Mum."

"Yes, I'm leaving now, yeah!"

"Eum .. yes, Mas."

"Ehem! Kiss me where?" Shehan.

"Oh, yes ..forget! Hihihi!" Lilis.

"How long have you been my wife, Mrs Murad? Why do you forget too?" Shehan added sulking.

Lekas Lilis hugged her husband's arm. Swinging there spoiled. "Ck! Don't be mad, Mas! Sorry, I think a lot."

"So I'm a sequence number to how much do you think?"

"Eum ... How much, huh?" Lilis' eyes twirled while thinking, "of course number one!"

Cup....

Lilis tiptoed in order to kiss her husband's cheek. Shehan's smile grew after that.

"Thank you, dear." Again, Shehan rubbed the head of the friendly Lilis. Then get in the car.

Lilis waved at Shehan as the windshield in the front cabin was still open. He waited until the four-wheeled vehicle his husband was in passed through the main gate of the house and disappeared from view.

A few moments later.

"Will I have three days off work?" Lilis was a little flabbergasted when Mbok Tum expressed his intentions. The two women were talking in the kitchen while Lilis was processing pastry dough.

"Yes, Non. Mbok wants to come to the niece-Mbok wedding in the village," replied Mbok Tum who helped Lilis work.

"Yes, already. I'll tell you the same Mas Shehan yes, Mbok."

"Thank you, Nope."

"Together, Mbok. Oh, ja. His niece Mbok Tum who married the bride's groom or girl, Mbok?"

"It just so happens to be Mbok's nephew, Non Lilis. He works in the first office. He knows he can mate with one of his office's friends, Non."

"Well, that's great! It's a secret soul mate no one knows yes, Mbok. Sometimes people we don't know and are close to us. That's what's our soul mate."

"Yes, Non. Just like Non Lilis and Mr."

Shy blush lilis tagged by Mbok Tum.
