The Part 66

After taking medicine and vitamins at the pharmacy, Cleo stepped her foot down the hallway where she saw her husband. He was pretty sure it was Naoki, even though he only caught a glimpse.

Room after room he passed by, he still did not find Naoki. Cleo almost gave up. But he decided to continue his steps. All walks, even if it's just around the hospital Cleo thought. He had already told himself that Cleo had seen it wrong, probably because she was too long and wanted to get the good news out soon.

"Hem, Mommy's wrong, baby. Where maybe Daddy is here, Daddy is in Jakarta. Maybe he'll come home later tonight" Cleo muttered softly as she rubbed her stomach.

He tried to convince himself, Cleo passed through the hall where the babies were placed. The young mother-to-be paused for a moment, she stared anxiously at the babies so cute and adorable.

A smile fell on his lips, Cleo's hands unceasingly rubbing her stomach.

"You must be very cute and pretty darling, or handsome. Mommy can't wait for you to grow up and be in Mommy's arms."

After being satisfied to see the tiny babies, Cleo stepped back. He just follows where his feet lead. He even went up to the third floor of the VVIP room, I don't know he just wanted to go for a walk.

Cleo walked leisurely while humming a little, until she heard the voice of someone she knew. Cleo slowed her footsteps, slowly and quietly approaching a poorly closed outpatient room. Cleo knew it was very disrespectful to peek at a person like this, but that voice Cleo recognized her. The door gap was not so wide, but it was enough for Cleo to look inside the house clearly.

Cleo's eyes widened, when she saw a man tightly hugging the body of the woman sitting on the patient's bed. Cleo's eyes were heating up, what was Naoki doing in this place? Who's the lady? Why are the two of them hugging so tightly while crying?

There were many questions in Cleo's brain, should she go in and ask her husband directly, or just wait to get home. As Cleo decided to step inside, her legs were stifled hearing a remark coming out of Naoki's mouth.

"I'm sorry Rin, I can't take care of you?"

Why did Naoki apologize to the woman? why would Naoki take care of her?

Cleo involuntarily squeezed the white envelope she was holding. Like his heart, it hurt to hear Naoki's words to the woman.

The woman Naoki hugged, shook her head, she was like saying something. However, Cleo could not hear clearly, as she said softly.

"They'll be here any minute. I miss you Rin, I promise I will always take care of you" Naoki said sincerely. He was getting his embrace.

A miss? Guarding? these two words. It's clear enough for Cleo. Cleo took a deep breath, she was startled before she gave a surprise to Naoki.

Cleo took a few steps back from where she was standing. The clear thread he was trying to hold, kept pressing to get out. Cleo squatted shut her mouth with her palm. Cleo cried without a sound, tightness. That's how he feels now.

Enough Ki, everything is enough. We can no longer be together.

Cleo dissolved in a voiceless cry, her body trembling violently curled up among the passersby of the medics and patients. Cleo didn't care how others saw her, which Cleo knew. His heart is so sick now.

"Miss, are you okay?" ask a nurse.

Cleo's hand moved swiftly wiping her tears, this was not the right place to cry over her fate.

"Sa-I'm fine," Cleo replied.

"Are you sure, Miss?" ask the sister again.

"Yes, I'm sure. I just have to get home soon."

Cleo rose to her aid, a bitter smile on Cleo's lips. Even when she was fragile like this, others cared more about her than Cleo's own husband.

"Thank you Sister."

Cleo stepped quickly leaving the nurse. Cleo's tears could not be contained anymore, however Cleo tried the clear liquid continued to come out without his permission.

As soon as the elevator opened, Cleo was running so fast and crowded, she had hit several sisters on duty. Cleo is really fucked up right now.

Naoki, who had just stepped out of the elevator, squinted his eyes as he looked at the figure of the woman who was walking so fast a bit far ahead.

"Cleo," muttered Naoki.

He was sure the careless woman who walked far enough in front of him was his little wife. Naoki hastened his pace. He was trying to catch Cleo's pace.

"What's he doing here?" naoki asked himself.

Cleo wiped her tears violently. He moved his foot quickly to the hospital parking lot. Just now he felt a tremendous happiness before finally being knocked away by his husband.

Cleo immediately put on her full face helmet. He then immediately went up and drove his motorbike with a tight matik. Naoki stopped his steps, he was late to follow, Cleo had already speeded away from the hospital.

Naoki looked only at the back of his wife who had passed.

"Is he sick? the feeling at home was okay" said Naoki. In the morning Naoki went home to clean up.

Seeing Cleo who was sleeping soundly he did not dare to wake up, after all he also had to rush to the hospital again.

The man stood speechless as to how the welcome statue was in front of the hospital, thinking of the reason the wife could be in the hospital.

"Ki, why are you here?"

A pat on his shoulder resuscitated Naoki from his daydream. He turned to the side of a middle-aged man wearing a blue shirt, standing at the side with a woman who was none other than his mother.

"Propay how Pa, we've been looking for him for years. Mama ..." Siska was unable to continue her speech. Her crying spilled out instantly.

"Sstt calm down Ma. We're going to Karina's room let Naoki go buy breakfast, ok." Tama immediately hugged his wife.

"Ki, what room is your sister in?" tanya Tama while calming the wife.

"VVIP number four Pa" Naoki replied briefly

"Ok, you go and buy breakfast. I'm the same Mama you'll go straight there."

"Yes Pa." Naoki instantly swung his steps, moving away.

The couple, who were no longer young, walked down the hospital hallways. They took the elevator to go up to the third floor of the karina nursery.
