"What??Inaugurate??Meanin??" asked Lily who was still shocked and confused by Lauren's words.

"I like your personality, so I want you to be my daughter-in-law." Lauren replied with a smile towards Lily.

Lily panicked and turned to Chris for a moment.

"Sorry madam, it seems like there is a misunderstanding" Lily said.

Lauren looked at Lily curiously.

"I have no relationship with Mr. Chris.We are only limited to staff and superiors, no more mistresses" Lily replied, explaining to Lauren.

Chris just acted calm and did not interrupt Lily's explanation to her mother.

"I don't understand and don't want to know about your relationship.This means I still don't want to be in a relationship with you.!" lily replied, refusing firmly.
