Chasing the Love of Alex

It doesn't feel like four months already Sonya and Alex are getting married, although it's not like marriage in general. They only live in the same place, but with separate rooms, like a couple who are separated.

They are used to their daily routines, eating breakfast and dinner together, maybe occasionally talking in front of the television, or in front of a balcony next to the pool. It also only addresses work issues. Even though they stormed again, and returned to their respective rooms.

Alex and Sonya have agreed not to discuss what their relationship will be like, they agreed to let their relationship flow naturally.

Like this morning, Sonya and Alex were eating the breakfast that Sonya served, at least Sonya felt there was a little positive about their relationship, Alex got used to breakfast, before leaving for the office.

"How's your project with Ryo...?" ask Alex.

"So far is fine." answered Sonya and put another spoonful of her food in her mouth.

"Is it Ryo who told you to wear a skirt to the office...?" ask Alex again.

Sonya quickly chewed her food and swallowed it before answering Alex, "No... why...?" He turned back on nanya.

Alex shrugged his shoulders, "Just curious, these few months you've rarely worn trousers to the office..."

"Oohh..." Sonya grinned wide.

"Oohh...?" reset Alex.

Sonya flicked her hand casually, "Just want to prove that there's not a single sling at my feet..."

"Sway...?" repeat Alex again.

Jeez Jailangkung this is very happy to repeat my words.

"just ignore... You won't understand." said Sonya, chuckling softly, then straightened up her drink.

"I'm going to googlally search for the meaning of the word." Alex muttered, making Sonya spit out the rest of the water that had not yet come down her throat, Alex raised next to her eyebrows.

"Geez Lex... You will not find it on google.." said Sonya while taking a napkin next to it and then cleaning the remaining water from her lips, and at the dining table. "After all, it's just a cold war between women..."

"Sadly, which woman would dare to challenge you Son...? You're gonna punch him till they break their noses." Alex sneered.

"I didn't scatter that bar, Lex... I never punched anyone just to protect myself... All I ever felt was stupid men hurting Kei. But if you keep on making me angry, to the limit of my patience, it could be that I will punch you someday...!" furious Sonya.

"Try it if you dare." challenge Alex.

Sonya put down her tablespoon, then stared intently at Alex, "Why do you always provoke a commotion between us anyway...? I'm lazy to make a fuss right now... Don't want my mood disturbed because I have a meeting today at Ryo's office..."

Sonya piled up her dirty dishes and Alex, then washed them.

"No need to wash... Auntie will be here!"

"I'm used to washing my own dishes..."

"Yes, it's your plate that you wash... My pear let Aunt wash it." Alex insisted coldly.

Sonya ignores Alex's words while washing Alex's dishes, as usual she prefers to hum, rather than having to keep a fuss with Alex.

And as usual, Alex immediately rushes to leave him, "Packing your clothes... Boss takes us to X Island tomorrow." he exclaimed before leaving the apartment.

Sonya wiped away her tears, "You're a weak woman who's started to love her... Since when did you take the heart of Jailangkung's scorn...? until you become a whiny like this." Sonya muttered to herself. "Sial...., why does she think I'm spreading the bar anyway...?"

Alex nodded, "It's Ma.." Alex replied while hugging and kissing her forehead.

"Hardhan and Kei are still in the dining room..."

"All right, I'll go in first Ma..."

Alex again felt a feeling of sadness and discomfort when entering this house, Every down the hall, the shadow of Anindira who was running to welcome Alex's return from the office was always present.

This house reminds him too much with Anindira, that's why Alex never linger in this house.

Alex kept his feet moving towards the dining room, but Hardhan and Kei were no longer there. "You're looking for Boss and Miss Kei...?" tanya Talita who just walked into the dining room.

"Where are they?" reset Alex.

"They're taking a leisurely walk in the back garden., that's good for Miss Kei." Talita replied with a sweet smile.

"Then I just wait here." Alex said as he pulled the bench and sat down.

"You want me to make you some more chamomile tea...?" talita asked softly, and Alex nodded.

Talita does often make it tea every time Alex to the house of Hardhan, and the tea is quite able to refresh his body.

And seeing Talita reminded her a little of Anindira, if only Anindira was still alive, surely the one who was now sitting in front of her in a snelli suit was Anindira instead of Talita.

Feeling that Alex was looking at him making Talita's face red, Alex always looked at him like that, with his face that looks sad, not stiff as usual.

Does he like me too...? Ask Talita in my heart.

"How old are you?" ask Alex coldly.

"Venty-five years.. Why...?" he turned back his.

Yeah right.., Anindira's age... Alex muttered in his heart. Anindira will definitely look much prettier wearing that snelli suit.

"Lexi..."

Talita's voice broke her daydream, Alex was unconsciously looking at Talita while daydreaming, and made the woman's cheeks red.

Alex immediately turned his attention to the teacup in front of him, then raised and sipped it slowly, the corner of his eyes still watching Talita.

Talita took a piece of bread from the table, then poured sweet milk chocolate on it, and folded the two loaves before putting her mouth in, Talita closed her eyes while chewing the bread, and a speck of chocolate stuck to the corner of his lips.

Alex was stunned to see it, he felt like Deja Vu. Alex had seen the incident in front of him, just not Talita but Anindira. The way Talita took bread, poured chocolate milk, folded the bread before putting in the mouth, then enjoyed the bread while closing her eyes was exactly the same as Anindira used to do every morning, before leaving for school.

Is this just my hallucination...? Alex asked in his heart.

Unable to prevent Alex from doing the same thing as he did to Anindira, Smiling Alex took a tissue then leaned towards Talita, and cleaned the milk chocolate attached to the corner of her lips.

Have I gone crazy...? This woman is not Anindira...!

Feeling annoyed with himself, Alex rushed away from Talita who was stunned to not believe seeing Alex's sweet attitude to him earlier.

"Where are you going...? Tumben's really fast." asked Mama when Alex was on his way to his car.

"Sorry Ma, suddenly there was a sudden affair, I'm sorry first." Alex replied then kissed my mother's forehead, before getting into her car and rushing out of the house.
