Chasing the Love of Alex
Wedding Announcement

Alex arrives in front of Sonya's room, he has to tell her what her boss said. After knocking the door open a few times, Sonya herself opened it, she was still wearing the bikini she was wearing earlier, and looked at Alex with a frown.

She was full of passion...? Why is it so now...? Alex muttered in his heart.

"You haven't changed your clothes yet?" alex asked with his eyebrows raised.

"Talita... someone came to see you." cried Sonya and went back into her room.

"Sonya." call Alex but Sonya ignores him, she steps into the bathroom.

What the hell is wrong with that woman...? Who wants to visit Talita...?

"Who...?" ask Talita.

"The man you were telling me about." answered Sonya as she closed the bathroom door tightly.

"Alexes... Enter Lex." cried Talita with a big smile.

Alex sees two suitcases lying there, then approaches him, "Where's Sonya's suitcase?" ask Alex.

"That one... What's the matter, Lex...?" sahut Talita pointed at the suitcase on Alex's right.

"There is a change in room settings. Tell Sonya she moved to room three." Alex replied as she stepped out of the room.

"Wait for Lex." stop Talita, and Alex stops. "So you're not here to see me...?" tanyakanya.

"I'm here to move Sonya's belongings, at Boss's behest." Alex replied and resumed his steps.

Alex heads to his room, and puts Sonya's suitcase next to his. Still not finished with the change in Sonya's attitude. And why did Sonya tell Talita that Alex wanted to see her?

Is Sonya still angry about the incident when Alex gave artificial breath to Talita?

Not long after his bedroom door was knocked, Alex peeked first from the door hole, saw who was knocking and it turned out Sonya. His face looked irritated, and he was just wearing his bathrobe. Exasperated, Alex opens the door and pulls Sonya's hand, bringing her inside her room.

"Have you gone crazy out of the room wearing a bathrobe?" ask Alex annoyed.

"Rather than naked... Because obviously my suitcase you brought here...!" sonya replied no less upset. "You know what the hell, Lex...? why move me to your room...? Would you like to announce to everyone that we're married...?" continued.

"Yes!" alex answered without thinking.

"Why...? I told you it was time to announce it and we announced it..."

"But Boss and Miss Kei already know about it."

Sonya narrowed her eyes, looking at Alex with a suspicious look, "You told them yes...?"

"Good God isn't I Sonya, you think I'm just her confidant Boss? Only I can give accurate info to Boss?"

Sonya let out a long sigh, then dudu by the bedside, "I expected it when Kei said he shared the secret earlier. Then the reason my room was moved must have been at Kei's request." guess Sonya.

"Yes you're right, besides we have to announce it in front of Boss, Miss Kei, and all my men who are coming today, tonight is also when we have dinner tonight."

Announcing their marriage in front of everyone...? That means in front of Talita too right...?

"All right then... Want how else." said Sonya while refraining from smiling triumphantly when imagining Talita hearing the announcement.

"One more thing, we should pretend to be nice and happy with our marriage, in front of them later."

When dinner arrives, and they are all gathered together at one table, Alex and Sonya stand up from her chair, and Alex says what she has to say.

His men stared at each other, before finally the atmosphere became boisterous with their happy cheers, as well as various responses from his men simultaneously.

They also greet Alex and Sonya one by one, congratulate and pray for the happiness of Alex and Sonya. Everything except Hardhan, Kei and Talita.

Sonya glanced at Talita who was staring at Alex with a blank look, clearly she was shocked to hear this announcement.

One same... Sonya Inner.

"Kei... you don't get angry yaa.." erang Sonya squeezed while squeezing Kei's hand, after he and Alex again sat in his chair.

Kei still looked angry, with annoyance he pulled his hand from Sonya, "You've had plenty of chances to tell me Nyaa... But you never once told me...!"

In the end, his best friend forgave him. Sonya will explain why later, but not now.

After the atmosphere calmed down again, Alex asked back his men's attention, "This matter of marriage, we hope it won't be scattered in the office."

"Why...? You shy...?" chirps Kei is upset.

Alex explained that Sonya was the one who wanted to keep it a secret, arguing that husband and wife should not be in the same company.

Though the reason Sonya is actually lazy to face her haters in the office. What would they react to knowing that Sonya not only caught their Alex's attention, but married him.

But Hardan denied it,

"Who said, it's my company, and I have the right to decide. You have to stay in one office. I'm not gonna ask you what your real reason is until you want to keep your marriage with Alex a secret. You must have your reasons." - Hardan.

Feeling a need to thank Hardan, Sonya immediately stood up from her seat and slightly bowed respectfully to Hardhan and the others.

"Thank you Boss.., thank you everyone..." Sonya picked up her glass and lifted it up, inviting the others to toast, "For my happiness and Alex.." she exclaimed, greeted with boisterous laughter and glasses clashing against each other.

As Alex requested earlier, they should look happy in front of the others. Sonya takes the honey-baked shrimp for Alex, and Alex returns the favor by taking the grilled shellfish for Sonya.

And when the local musicians sang Akadnya Payung Teduh, Alex could not help his smile when his men teased him.

That was the first time Sonya saw Alex's smile, Talita was right, Alex looked much more handsome, and young. Sonya almost drooled as she looked at him, and that too, Kei said.

Sonya hears Talita saying goodbye to the toilet, and Sonya can guess she must have wanted to cry there.

Sonya is just waiting for Alex, if Alex chases after her, or suddenly asks permission to go to the bathroom too, Sonya will not hesitate to throw her fist into Alex's nose.

"You know Icha likes Alex...?" ask Kei.

Sonya nodded, "But that doesn't mean I'm jealous of her...!" Sonya.

"Yes I know.., there is no word of jealousy in the dictionary Sonya the brave.." ledek Kei.

Sonya again felt Alex's foot kick under the table, upset Sonya turned to face Alex, "Why...?" hiss upset.

Alex leaned over to Sonya, "Prepare, I'll ask for my rights tonight!" the whisper was soft, making Sonya feel blood gathering on her cheeks, and her heart instantly beat fast.

Lord... What should have happened finally happened...
