Chasing the Love of Alex

Alex walked back and forth in his room like a tiger in a cage, clutching his wedding ring which Sonya left on the nightstand.

"Damn!! Why didn't it occur to me before that Sonya would leave me?!!" curse Alex for the umpteenth time while ruffling her hair.

"Am I wrong for not being able to give her love? Why does he have to be so stubborn anyway?!! Lord... I'm used to living with him... What am I supposed to do without him?"

Then Alex heard the door sensor go off, with a big grin Alex rushed to open the door to his room, "Miss you..." his words hang down and his grin disappears changing with a cold and stiff face when all he sees coming is Hardhan instead of Sonya.

"You want to die?!!!" raung Hardhan with wide-eyed in anger.

"Let me guess... Sonya's coming for you... Aren't you?" guess Alex as he walks casually toward his mini bar, "What do you want to drink, Dhan?" ask Alex.

"Give me a good reason not to kill you for making Sonya and Kei sad? Damn you Alex!!! I told you to marry Sonya so she doesn't get hurt with a bad guy.... But it was you who made her sad like that!! You know that Sonya is sad Kei will be sad too!!" furious Hardhan.

Alex puts two brandy snifters on his bar table, then pours brandy for himself and Hardhan.

"I'm sorry but I'm just trying to be honest... I can't pretend to love her when there is another woman who first fills my heart... Sit Dhan... We haven't talked from heart to heart..."

Hardhan sat down in front of Alex, and straight up his brandy, "I've heard Sonya's version of the story... Now I want to hear from you... So that I can determine my attitude!"

Alex stuffed his brandy back into their glasses, "I've wanted to talk to you honestly for a long time... If Anindira and I love each other." I'm Alex.

"A confession that's useless now, and very, very late... Because Rara is gone." Hardhan replied indifferently.

Alex is about to open his mouth but Hardhan's hand hints at him to stay still,

Do you think Rara wants all this? Do you think Rara would be so selfish as not to let you forget her, and look for another love?" cecar Hardhan's.

"I didn't make Rara my alibi... I really can't forget Dhan... I still love him very much... And I don't want to share my love with other women!!"

Hardan gave a thorough look to Alex, looking at the answer from his eyes that looked more honest. Because the eyes are a reflection of the heart.

Obviously Alex looks tormented like that... But stubbornly he still does not want to confess his feelings to Sonya. What exactly made Alex this?

"That means you're willing to let go of Sonya for the sake of your past with my sister?" hardhan Fishing.

Alex again ruffled his hair, "You won't understand Dhan... Yeah, if Sonya still wants my love... Then I better let go... I am willing to live with him if he is also willing to forget his wishes.”.

Obviously Alex doesn't want Sonya to fall in love with him... Alex is only afraid that he's in love with Sonya... He took off Sonya just because he wanted to protect himself... Maybe her love story with Rara caused her to be like this... Alex is afraid of losing again...

Alex was silent for a moment before finally nodding, "Yes... I'm sure..."

"I hope you'll never regret your impulsive decision, Lex... Dino!!" hardan shouted, and Dino immediately stood beside him.

"Yes Boss.." said Dino.

"Bring up all the rest of Sonya's clothes or whatever... And send it to his papa's house!" Hardhan's orders.

"Good Boss..." Dino rushed straight to the room, ignoring Alex's murderous gaze.

While cursing slowly, Alex rushes down from his bar stool and intends to hold Dino, but Hardhan's hand holds her back.

"Wait... This is my Apartment Dhan you can't just be here!!"

"Through me first, Lex, you can beat Dino!! Dino's just doing what I told her to do... After all, you've decided to take Sonya off, so why do you keep her clothes and her things?!" furious Hardhan.

Alex again ruffled his hair while walking back and forth, looking so frustrating.

"Dhan... You don't need to be like this... Let me drive him alone later Ok!!"

"Oh that's necessary... Because you've wasted Sonya! You've ignored him!”

Hardhan saw Alex back on the road pacing back and forth, "Jeez Lex... If you really don't want to let go admit it... No need to torture yourself like this! Gone... And get him now!" hardhan.

Alex shook his head in frustration, "No... I can't!!"

"Why are you being so stubborn like this, Lex?!! you can tell me what the real problem is..”.

"I can't Dhan... You won't understand!" alex insisted on his stance.

"Whatever you want, Lex, I just want you to know... When one door of happiness is closed... The other door opens. But you looked longer at that closed door... Until you can't see the other doors of happiness that are already open to you... And I hope you won't regret it if someday that other door of happiness will be closed to you..."
