23: Serpent Woman

"Hay, Mr. Regan." A woman called to Regan.

Adera looked at the woman immediately. A beautiful woman in a luxurious long dress who walked over to Regan.

Adera squinted her eyes. Is he Regan's girlfriend? If so, why did Regan marry her?

Regan looked at the woman with her flat face. Which is the question Adera, if it's true that the woman is Regan's lover, why is Regan's reaction so boring? It's different if Regan is with him.

"Why are you here, Sandra?" Ask Regan with a kettle.

The beautiful woman named Sandra smiled at Regan. He seemed to be unconcerned by Adera's presence, he just focused his eyes on a Regan. "I was invited directly with the organizers of the party, sir." Answer Sandra

Wait, if she's her lover why is she talking to Regan using formal language? Is she really her lover, isn't she?

"I came with my wife." Regan answered with a cold face.

"Where is your father's wife?" It seems she doesn't believe Regan is married, she thinks Regan is boasting.

Regan pulled the hand of Adera who was focusing on eating delicious cakes that made Adera's body attracted to him by the pose of putting the cake into her mouth. "He's my wife." Regan.

Sandra looked at Adera from above. Isn't it rude to look at people that way? Why is he looking at Adera like that?

Adera smiled at Sandra, she had already finished off the cake in her mouth. "Hallo, nice to meet you." Adera greeted me kindly.

Sandra returned Adera's smile but Adera knew it was a fake smile. "Hallo, miss, nice to meet you too." The reply sounded even pretentious.

"Dera, marketing manager at one of Mahardika's companies." Regan told Adera.

How can a secretary have a private secretary? Adera still does not understand. But for sure, she wasn't Regan's boyfriend seeing how they were talking earlier.

"Had said Dito was the vice president and an accomplice of the president of Mahardika Groups, so he also had a secretary." Regan explains, she knows Adera doesn't understand.

Sandra who saw Regan's affection with his wife began to get upset. He clenched his hands, especially if he was angry at Adera but with all his might he held back his anger, he would not have to clear his good name in front of Regan. "Miss, very pretty." Praise Sandra suddenly.

Adera looked at Sandra again. She smiles. Of course he knew the compliment was just pretend so he could attract Regan's attention. "I know, I'm beautiful from still being a tadpole, hehe." Adera replied with a joke.

Sandra was holding her emotions. She really dislikes Adera beauty prettier so when it is clearly more beautiful than Adera, but why has Regan never once looked at her? Why couldn't Regan take his eyes off his wife?

"Regan, I'm going to the toilet first." Adera.

Regan nodded her head. "Don't take it long." Said Regan and Adera nodding at him.

"Then, Miss Sandra, excuse me to go to the toilet for a minute." Adera breezes away leaving Sandra and Regan.

Regan nodded once. Even if she leaves, Regan doesn't care.

Sandra walked over to the tender bar there. The party was very luxurious, there was even a tender bar there, so Sandra ordered one drink at the tender bar. After that, Sandra immediately followed Adera to the toilet while carrying two glasses of alcohol but one of the glasses contained high levels of alcohol.

"And you feel proud that Mr Regan chose you? Hahaha, miss, don't expect that, who knows, a month later Mr. Regan divorces you."

Because his emotions were drained because of the woman, Adera became thirsty. He took out a glass of water that was out of when it was there. He drank a glass of water but when he felt the taste of the water, Adera immediately vomited the water.

"What a hell, it feels like a real hook." Babe Adera, he looked at the glass.

But it can not be denied that now the head of Adera feels extraordinary dizziness.
