I don't know what makes Angeline just according to her when Jacob pulls his hand out of the apartment entering the elevator to go down.

Arrived in Angeline's alleged lobby exactly. They immediately became the spotlight of all the reporters who were waiting for their moment to be snatched together again.

"Where are we going ?". Angeline had been curious since then but her little brain kept telling her to shut up and just follow
"hospital, maybe".

"You forgot or you want to forget, Ruby !. You're supposed to have two major operations scheduled today, Right ?". Jacob said
Angeline rolled her eyes at Jacob's words.
"How can I forget that operation ?". Inner Angeline
On the way, both Jacob and Angeline chose to remain silent until they arrived at the hospital.
