Chapter 50. Munchies

Burdened by all his thoughts, the Star threw his body in annoyance at the long sofa in his study. If today he does not have an important meeting with his client, Bintang has no intention of coming to the office and prefers to calm down somewhere. 

"Aaaarrhgggh...." The star ruffled his own hair so dizzy he thought about the Diamond problem with Rangga. 

"Better I just go, the matter of meeting with the client can I leave it to fadli" broke Star steadied the heart went to calm his mind. 

The star then stood up, but he was shocked to realize there was something different from the workspace that was occupied. 

"Who has been scrambling my workspace?" furious Stars. 

Although the room is much neater and more organized, Bintang can not just accept his workspace in neat without his permission. And Bintang also does not like anyone who dares to move some of the properties in the room and change the location of some paintings that have never shifted and moved places. His workspace is not only neat but also aesthetic, but for the Star this is a defiance. He had previously warned OB, who works in his office, to clean and tidy up his workspace as necessary. No one can touch the documents on his desk. But this is already outrageous in the eyes of the Stars. The scattered files, the messy archives, are now neatly arranged and organized in place. 

"Rin, you're in my room right now" Bintang ordered directly to his secretary by phone. Not long after Karina showed up. 

"Mr Call me ?" ask Karina.

"You know, who's been so quick to clean the workspace without my permission?" Direct stars on the topic. 

"Sorry sir, the one who cleaned my office yesterday was my own wife" Karina said.

"Lian?" shocked Stars. 

"Yes sir. I tried to prevent it, but my wife forced me to clean my office" explained Karina.

"So all this is your work" muttered the Star immediately speechless hearing his secretary's explanation. His face that had been tangled and filled with anger turned cheerful. A thin smile also adorned his lips, his spirit also re-lit knowing the attention of Diamond which is still gushing even though yesterday he had made his wife disappointed with his explanation of his relationship with Bella. 

"You can go back" said the star realized from his daydream. 

"You call Flora's mother and say today's meeting is canceled" Bintang added. 

"But sir, this meeting is very important to discuss the issue of opening new land for corporate plantations" Karina said, reminding her superiors. 

"You can have Rangga attend the meeting" 

"Sir Rangga's not here yet, sir"

"What's?. Rangga's clock hasn't come yet?" said Bintang surprised and his memory drifted back to the incident this morning. 

"Is Rangga still at home and constantly trying to get close to Diamond?" guess uneasy. 

"You told Fadli to replace me because I have other important needs" 

The star snatched his bag and rushed to leave his room. 

"Sorry sir, it's not better for your own father to attend this meeting because the absence of the father can have a bad impact on the company" 

"Okay sir, I'll ask fadli to replace the father" Karina obediently and succumbed to him being fired for being considered defiant to her superiors. Karina came out of the room under the stars.

Diamond breathed a sigh of relief while closing her book as her fingers had finished scraping her heart and her eyes blankly looked at the flowers in the garden behind the house that had begun to bloom and without her noticing a pair of eyes observe him without saturation who stood not far from where he sat. 

"Star..." Diamond gave a longing sigh while closing her eyes and hugging her book. Slowly Diamond's eyes opened because he felt someone standing firmly before him. 

"Star" said Diamond was surprised to see who he saw. 

The star tried to smile to greet his wife even though her smile seemed stiff and Diamond wanted to return the smile. But considering that Bintang has not explained his case with Bella, Diamond did not return the smile of the Star.

"Tumben's coming home at this hour?" sumpul Berlian put up his jutek face, making the Star anxious itself. 

"Why?. You're afraid I caught you alone with Rangga?" centile Stars make ears Hot Diamond. But Diamond did not want to take the heart of the flick because he really wanted to explain the real story to the Stars. 

"Don't get me wrong with what you see. Rangga just held my hand and I tried to pull it and I didn't expect it at all"

The brightest star with narrowed eyes fumbled the meaning of his wife's words which seemed to lead to his suspicion about the relationship of Diamond and Rangga. 

"While I'm blind about Bella. I don't know how Bella is. All I know is, you've been in love with her and she must be a very wonderful woman in your eyes, not just in terms of her beauty. My own siblings are also smitten with Bella. What's wrong if I have more thoughts about your past and present feelings?. There used to be Bella who was worth you. Now, there's me that you don't think deserves to be your companion. Is there something wrong with my thinking?"

"Before marrying you, you were not worthy of me. But once you've officially become my wife, there's no other woman who deserves to be with me than you. Diamonds don't know what else to say to raise doubts and his alibi. "What?" The diamond stood up and stared bitterly at her husband. His heart seemed to be shapelessly sliced by the Star's confession just now.
