Chapter 23 - The law of sowing must exist

Now the three of them sat down in Gea's contract. Gea hugged her mother. He still hasn't told me everything. I don't want to force Gea. He was still patiently waiting for Gea to tell him in person.

When both of his parents were asleep. Gea woke up and changed her position to sit down. He looked at his parents with a glare. Gea was crying again. He was grateful to have parents who understood him. Not judging.

After how long he woke up, Gea fell asleep while hugging her mother. Shortly after, my father woke up. Tear fluid flowed swiftly from his eyes. I cried without a sound. After having managed to hold everything back, finally in this silent and lonely night fell already his sorrow.

"It's a shame your fate Ge. The Father prayed that you might find happiness after all your pain you could let go of it all."

I got up from my position and went to the kitchen to get some water. After that, he looked at the ingredients of the cake and the cake-making equipment that Gea had. Again, my father felt his heart was tight. Gea shouldn't have to bother with this if she's married to the right person.

Tamara starts to get caught off guard with Selena's always-traveling attitude and leaves Alwin at home with her baby sitter. If Selena leaves, Alwin can take her too. Tamara doesn't particularly like Selena always throwing her duties as a mother entirely into the baby sitter.

"Cell, if you go often like this. How will Alwin get close? Don't trust baby sitters. There are many baby sitters out there who hurt their employers' children. Mama also wants you to focus on taking care of Alwin, the baby sitter's job is only to help you not to take care of all things about Alwin."

Selena's answer has a point, too. But sometimes it is okay to bring a baby to the sea so that he can know what the outside world is like other than his home.

"Yes yes ma. I gotta get going. The agency is waiting for me. I'm picking Alwin. If he's fussy, give him milk. Selena said to Ma."

Selena kissed her mother-in-law's hand and drove away from home, driving her car.

Tamara could only sigh. Honestly, he would rather have a son-in-law who doesn't work. In order to take care of her granddaughter, she also accompanied herself at home. But Selena is not like that.

Unlike her husband who wants to have a daughter-in-law who is equal to his family. She accepted Selena because she was forced to make the promise she had made.
