Chapter 25 - Facts about Gaza

The family dinner that night was so gripping. There was only the sound of the spoon clashing with the plate without the sound of the mouth talking to each other. Usually David always invites him to talk, but this time the man is just silent. Likewise with Tamara who is usually chatty.

After dinner, Tamara and Mr. Giandratama head to the living room. They took the time to play with their granddaughter before Alwin went to bed.

Unlike the case with David who chose to sit on the edge of the pool while moving his legs there. His eyes looked straight ahead. I don't know what he's thinking. But it seemed so serious that Selena was already beside him.

"Mas, why?" ask Selena.

Selena rests her head on her husband's shoulder. He grabs David's hand and holds it tight.

David nodded then stroked Selena's head slowly.

"Gaza not only pisses me off because he knows my secret, but he's also my rival to win over investors. That's why my mood is so bad. Moreover, the next two days there is a meeting with investors for the second time. We were asked to present the design of the hotel building in front of investors."

David finally told Selena the problem.

"Huh! Sabotage alone design belongs to Gaza Mas. So that he can not present anything in front of investors! I became angry with myself because of him. What the hell is that guy like? I became curious. Why would Gea be friends with someone like Gaza? If he could rival Mas. That means he's not just anyone."

"Finally finished the design. Hopefully investors will choose the design of the hotel from my side" Gaza said after completing the design of the hotel.

The man stopped his work and went out of the room. He went to the kitchen to get cold drinks and fruits to eat.

Gaza sits in the living room while turning on the television.

Soon, Mama Hani came and sat beside Gaza. He was amazed by his son who went out at night and then watched television.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" ask Mama Hani.

"Mama hasn't slept yet, why?"

Instead of answering Gaza, he asked his mother back.

"Mama thirsty. So get up and get out of the room. But, seeing the lights of the family room lit up and there were voices of television mama so curious. That's why Mama didn't go back to the room and went here."

"I just finished my job. Cape wants to see entertainment. So watch television" replied Gaza.

"You should sleep Ga. If this hour has not gone to sleep. Later in the morning you are not excited because drowsiness," said Mama Hani advised.

"It's really hard for you to say. Exactly papa you are so. Mom went back to the room first. Later papa confused looking for mama if mama is not there beside him. If you are sleepy, sleep! Don't be forced to keep getting up."

"Yes my mom."

Mama Hani got up from there and went to her room.

While watching television, Gaza played his cell phone while monitoring whether Gea was asleep or not. Apparently the woman is still online.

Gea woke up with her eyes still half open and went to the kitchen.

"Hmm, it smells so good Mom. What's mom cooking? Gea's getting hungry."

"Eh, it's up Ge. Mom cook chicken rendang Ge. I bought chicken at a late greengrocer. By the way, what time did you sleep last night? Sleep until it is so. So I can't stand to wake you up."

"Gea forgot Mom. Maybe about an hour or two" he replied.

"Did you sleep at that hour every day Ge?"

"Not every day either, ma'am. Depends on the number of orders."

"Yes, take a shower first. We will eat together."

Gea nodded. He picked up the towel he had hung in the room.

A few tens of minutes later, Gea, mother and father were already in a lesehan position. They ate together with laughter. Although the wound was still painful, the presence of his parents seemed to make him momentarily forget the wound in his heart. What Gea has in mind right now is to enjoy time together as long as her parents and father have not returned to the village.
