Chapter 9 - Gea gives birth

Seeing Gea bleeding so, David immediately took Gea to the hospital. Arriving there, Gea was immediately handled by a doctor. The doctor said Gea should give birth now because of her bleeding so much. David agreed to it. Gea gave birth to her son cesarean.

In front of the operating room, David kept pacing back and forth. She is worried about the condition of her baby. He should be able to hold back even more if it happened like this. He prayed that his son would be born safe.

The sound of baby crying came from inside the room. David was relieved, and so was Selena.

"Mas, our baby was born."

"Dear on, we'll be back to our old lives soon."

The two embrace each other.

Two hours later, David's son was bathed and is now in the nursery. While Gea, the woman was still unconscious.

David looked at his son and carried him, his face very similar to his. From his eyebrows, his nose, his lips to his chin as well. Only his eyes resembled Gea's.

"Mas, let's take it away now. Leave Gea in the hospital alone" Selena suggested.

"We mustn't be rash, dear. I have to ask the doctor first, whether a newborn baby can be taken to travel far or not. I don't want to, it will be bad for him" replied David. Just piss Selena off.

David also nodded. He went out of the baby's room and saw a doctor.

"Tok when the age of the baby can be taken to travel far?"

"Basically, babies are considered stable when they reach 1 month or their weight reaches 4 kg. At that age he was considered safe to travel by car, train, ship, even airplane."

"Eum is so doc, then if the breast milk problem, can we not give the baby breast milk? Um, suppose we replace ASI with another?"

"Can sir, you can replace it with formula milk. However, it would be better if the baby receives exclusive breast MILK from his mother. It's even good for its growth."

After a long conversation with the doctor, David went out and met Selena who was sitting in the waiting room.

David answered as the doctor had said. They have to wait for the age of the baby about a month first can only be taken away. That means they have to wait again.

"No dear, one month is fast. We just have to tell my mom and dad first that you just gave birth. Surely they'll be happy and immediately ask us to come back home."

Time passed, and Gea was conscious. He screamed when his stomach was no longer big. He cried asking where his son was. The nurse who was going to enter the room Gea immediately ran inside and tried to calm Gea down.

"Calm down mom, mom's son is in the baby's room. He was born safe and sound."

"Certainly sister? Can you please bring it here?" gea pinta.

"Of course you can. Babies also need breast milk from their mothers."

Not long after, the nurse entered by holding the baby. Gea cried tears of joy at seeing the fruit of her heart that had been born into the world. He kissed his son's cheek with love. Clutching her tightly, do not want to be separated with her child.

"We have to be strong, baby. Mama promised to take you away. We'll live alone. Sorry, sorry mom couldn't give your happy family to you" Gea murmured.

Sister nodded.

"Last noon, his father gave him a name. Alwin Giandratama is his name."

Gea nodded too. Then look at the baby's face.

"Alwin, baby. It's mama son" Gea said, hugging her baby so tightly.

Gea had been in the hospital for a week, and David was always on Gea's side to help her. Gea always looked at her husband as if she wanted to ask him a lot of things. However, she was always afraid of the answers coming out of her husband's mouth. At this time he may not be able to leave because it is the condition of his body that is still weak, but he promised when the condition of his body is strong, he will go to bring his child. Moreover, he remembered that Selena and David would take his son away. It means she will be thrown out after giving birth to her child.

Gea is home now. He was taken to his room. David came out with the baby.

When he heard the sound of the door being locked from the outside, Gea immediately tried to open the door.

"Mas open the door! Why are you keeping me here, mas? Later if Alwin cry because hungry to suckle how mas!"

"Calm down, you're just locked up for a little while. If Alwin is hungry, I'll take him to the room to breastfeed you. Don't be noisy!"

"Mas! Open the door!"

Gea banged on the door with the sound of her tears breaking. She never thought that her own husband would lock her up like this in the room. Ge tried to find a gap to get out of the room. He was about to open the window of the room, but it was a pity, it seemed that David had taken everything into account. Gea could not escape anywhere.

Gea cried so much that her body sat on the floor. He hugged both knees. He continued to apologize to his parents.

Gea recalled her meeting with David and finally decided to marry the man.

The flashback

Gea used to be just a cashier in a minimarket. He always serves his customers well. Until David came as a buyer and invited Gea to get acquainted. Gradually, because of David's attention and the man's romantic attitude, Gea became fond of the man. Apparently Gea's liking is not one-sided, David also said that he likes Gea and intends to invite Ges to be his wife. Of course Gea immediately accepted it without a second thought.

However, when he told his parents, his parents disagreed.

"Ge, you've only known David for two months. Are you sure you want to marry him? Think about Ge, not just because of your love for marrying him. Father and mother just want you to be happy later. You don't know David either."

"I've known her, sir. He is a good man, so I want to marry him. He does not even invite Gea to date but invites Gea to get married. Doesn't that mean he's a good man, sir?"

Mom and Dad both breathe at the same time. Seeing Gea continue to praise the David she had known recently and force them to bless the marriage.

"Bring him in front of you, you will judge him whether he is worthy or not for you."
