Devi squirms in her warm blanket. Both eyes still felt heavy to open but the attack from the sunlight from the window glass made him uncomfortable.
Devi's hand fumbled to find her Totonya doll to banish the sunlight from her eyes but she did not manage to get it. It seems someone deliberately took it. But who?
"Dev wake!"
Devi covered her ears with both hands and continued to sleep again but someone suddenly pulled her warm blanket.
"Wake up!" Alby's orders.
"Five more minutes om, yesterday I couldn't sleep let me sleep for a while longer. It's Sunday anyway" whined Devi without even opening her eyes.
"I'll take Renata to the airport, won't you?" asked Alby who immediately made Devi open her eyes wide.
"I'm coming!!" said Devi as she quickly got out of her bed and ran towards the bathroom.
"Om wait a minute, okay?!! You don't leave me om!!" devi shouted from behind the bathroom door.
"Half hour I didn't finish," said Alby, who made Devi scream in panic.
"Give me an hour!!!" devi shouted from inside the bathroom.
"All right, one hour. I was about a second late" said Alby.

Before leaving for the airport, Alby and Devi pick up Renata at home first. During the trip the two are only silent because Alby orders Devi to study with the book she was forced to bring.
It was fortunate that Devi did not argue back when Alby ordered her to study so Alby did not have to bother to let out his emotions in the morning.
"Om, a baby has a heart muscle that does not function normally so that blood circulation in his body is disrupted. The possibility of the baby experiencing developmental disorders of the embryonal layer what part?" ask Devi.
"What do you answer?" ask Alby.
"I don't know how I asked you. Alby is a doctor" replied Devi.
"There's a double choice, right? Try to figure out the answer with your own brain and then tell me what the answer is," replied Alby without taking his eyes off the street in front of him.
Devi who heard it pursed her lips, annoyed by Alby's reply, but she kept trying to find the answer.
"The answer is in the endoderm, isn't it?" ask Devi.
"Why did you choose the endoderm answer?" ask Alby.
"I guessed it hehe," Devi replied with a cry.
Alby turned his head and looked fiercely at Devi.
"If you were a doctor, your patient would definitely die because you guessed and misdiagnosed" Alby commented.
"I don't know the answer! In my book there is also no discussion of the material about the body layer," Devi said before Alby nagged her again.
"Why can there not be? Isn't that 12th grade? It should be in your book" Alby said.
"I tore it up when I had a fight with Sean's brother" Devi replied softly.
Alby was silent and sighed softly before he finally answered about Devi.
"Take your paper and pen, I won't repeat it twice" Alby ordered Devi to do so.
"The embryonal layer is basically divided into 3 parts, namely the endoderm, mesoderm, and ectoderm-"
"Slow-panky nagging!" cut Devi down and take note of whatever Alby says.
"Endoderm is the embryonal layer on the inside. The cells in the endoderm layer will develop into cells that make up the organs in the digestive and respiratory systems. The mesoderm is in the middle and can develop into muscle tissue and blood. Ectoderm is the layer outside. Ectoderm will develop into the nervous system and epidermis of the skin. So what do you think the answer is?" ask Alby.
"Emm."
Alby takes the paper in Devi's hand and looks at it.
"You didn't record what I just explained to you?!! What exactly did you hear from earlier?!!" alby looked in disbelief at Devi.
How could he have explained the answer at length but not a single word that Devi managed to write?
"Om Alby said it too soon so I can't take it down" Devi's protest did not accept.
"Don't blame anyone else! Blame your slow brain and hands!" reply Alby.
"Wah I really hurt om," said Devi annoyed. "I didn't ask!" devi closed her textbook.
Alby, who saw Devi like that, felt guilty. Alby realized his words had gone too far. Look now, Devi is angry at him. But this High School girl is really draining her patience.
Devi who heard it turned to Alby and Alby also turned to him.
"Sorry" said Alby.
"OK forgiven," said Devi cheerfully as if nothing unpleasant had happened before.
Alby smiled as soon as he saw that Devi was not angry with him.
"We shorten it so you can understand it easily. The embryonal layer has three, first the endoderm layer. The endoderm is in the inner layer, it composes the organs in the digestive and respiratory systems. Second, the mesoderm, he can develop into muscle tissue and blood. Third, ectoderm. He's on the outside and developing into the nervous system and epidermis of the skin, already?" alby asked as he repeated his answer very slowly.
"Here it is, so the answer is mesoderm?" ask Devi who is possessed by Alby.
"It looks like you're weak in IPA lessons" Alby said.
"I'm bad at remembering om" replied Devi asserting.
"Then you have to study it often in order to master the material. Anyway, tomorrow you're starting to try out" Alby said.
"Ready o'm" replied Devi.
"Ehm. If you can figure out why you fight so much with your brother?" alby asked doubtfully.
"He sucks. Rarely come home but always hold me back even it seems like he has a spy to follow me because he always knows what I'm doing. Every day always forces me to learn, but at my age what I should do is play, right?"
"Play what? It is precisely at your age that now is not the time to play around anymore. You've grown up, of course you have to start managing your future. Want to continue college where, work where, what to be, at your current age you have to start thinking about it and stop playing around. Playful only for small children and I'm sure you don't want to be called a child, do you?"
"But want any high school and anywhere must be the end of being a housewife, right? Then I'm a housewife, so I don't have to bother studying and going to college" said Devi.
"Nobody would want to marry an unemployed like you. Even if you are a housewife, you must remain a highly educated and intelligent person because your job is the hardest job. You have to educate your child with that ability to make your child a great person in the future. You're not ashamed of being fooled by your own son?"
"Shame," replied Devi slowly.
"Student learning. Books are a source of knowledge so don't because you fought with your brother you vented your anger on the books. Look now, because of your own actions you can't learn the body layer chapter" advises Alby, who is taken by Devi.
Devi continued her studies but somehow she could not focus this time. Suddenly she remembered her brother, she missed him.
"Om," call Devi slowly.
"Hm."
"Son's brother, what is he like?" devi asked quickly even after saying it Devi instantly turned her face towards the side.
Alby turned to Devi for a while, but the girl was hiding her tears.
"What's wrong?"
"No, I ha. Just ask," replied Devi.
"You're his sister, don't you know the most about your brother?" ask Alby.
"He's not my brother," corrects Devi.
"You must love him very much" Alby said.
"I hate him."
"Let's listen to your reasons for hating him" Alby said.
"Very much and it will take all night to tell it," replied Devi.
"But you're crying now" Alby said, giving her a tissue.
"I don't cry, my eyes are twinkling" said Devi, refusing Alby's tissue.
"I don't know much about Sean. All I know is that he's my best friend and he loves you so much" Alby said.
"Liar! Brother Sean never loved me" Devi sneered.
"You're right, I lied. So try to find out for yourself whether Sean loves you or not. Stop crying, we'll be at Renata's house soon. I don't want him to accuse me of hurting you for seeing your tears" Alby said.
"I'm not crying!!" annoyed Devi while crying.
"All right, you're not crying. You're just flickering. Quickly wipe with a tissue before the irritation gets worse," said Alby asserting Devi's words.
Alby knows Devi doesn't want to be seen as weak by him and Alby also knows how much of an affection Devi feels for Sean. Devi misses Sean's current presence. The tears that came out of both eyes were a sign of longing and Devi was reluctant to tell Alby. The longing word that Devi hid in the hate word.
