Try Out First

As promised, Devi is now becoming active in learning. After returning from the place Devi immediately took a bath and after that she immediately went to study with Alby as her tutor.

Alby let out a sigh of relief, at least one problem was resolved. Alby now knows how hard it is to take care of a child. Ah wait a minute! Did Alby just think of Devi as his son? I don't know but Alby feels that way.

Now, from this morning Devi went to school with Alby as usual but she planned to go home by school bus, because Devi wants to go straight home and study at home to be more comfortable than studying at the hospital where Alby works. Devi also feels sad if she has to go to the hospital and study in Alby's room. Devi does not want Alby to get into trouble because of it, not to mention the problem he pretended to be sick yesterday must still be the talk of doctors and nurses there.

"Do what you think is easy first and then you'll work on everything else" Alby said as they arrived at Devi's school gate.

"If nothing is easy how about om?" ask Devi.

"Just go home" replied Alby.

"Each om. I went to school first huh om," said Devi as she waved her hand at Alby.

Alby who had just realized his words immediately turned to Devi and looked at her seriously.

"You're not going home just because it's hard, are you?" alby asked worried that Devi would take his words telling him to come home seriously.

"Of course not. I'm smart om!" said Devi who made Alby sigh with relief. After that he invited Devi to immediately enter the school.

After Devi is no longer seen, Alby immediately leaves Devi's school yard and goes to work.

Devi immediately stepped into her class.

"Devi!!!" yelled Arin while running towards him followed by Gara who was walking leisurely behind him.

"Yesterday you learned no?" ask Arin enthusiastically.

"Of course learn. Don't tell me you're not learning!" guess Devi.

"I didn't learn. But why did you suddenly become diligent in studying? You seem to lose your identity," said Arin with a big smile.

"Of course he's learning. Devi read my message, and you blocked my number!" gara Cibir.

"Because you're so chatty about asking me to study constantly. Are you my parents?!!" pissed Arin.

"As a good friend I only care about you and Devi!" reply Gara.

"The good friend cheated Gara" replied Arin, pursing his lips.

"Why can you not learn at all? You're not afraid that you won't be able to answer about try out later?" devi asked as she shook her head looking at Arin.

"No. I have the principle of coming to work, going home, forgetting, the results of neglect. So it's not a problem for me" replied Arin lightly.

"Alright, then let's go to class and learn Dev. Later if Arin can not answer the question do not be told the answer. Let him use that principle," Gara asked as she embraced Devi's shoulder.

Arin who saw that also stared in disbelief at the two who now passed away leaving him.

"I'm like a stranger now. Gara, Devi wait for me!!!" arin shouted as he ran after Gara and Devi.

After a day of struggling with his patients Alby now has his rest. Alby glanced at his watch, time already showing twelve o'clock in the afternoon. It must be in Singapore by one o'clock.

Alby intends to contact Sean to ask how he is doing because since his departure to Singapore, Sean has not contacted him at all.

Geck! Geck! Geck!

Alby turned to the door and let someone in and it turned out to be dr. Ryan. The digestif specialist seems to have been his partner for a long time.

"Let's go to lunch together" Ryan asked.

"You go first and I'll catch up. There's something I need to do" said Alby, who was embraced by Ryan.

After Ryan leaves the room, Alby calls Sean.

The first ring, the second ring and so on have not been heard from Sean. Alby sighed softly while holding his phone.

Not long after, Sean's phone rang and Sean's name was on it. Alby quickly answered the call.

"Hello" said Alby.

"Sorry, but the patient is sleeping now. Later when he wakes up I will tell him if you call him," replied a nurse there.

"For now, we are still observing the patient and we will monitor his progress."

"Has the doctor found a way to cure it?" ask Alby.

"Still we are discussing with our best oncology professor."

"thanks. I will wait for good news from you" Alby said.

Maybe now the hope is the arrival of Renata to accompany Sean there so he can freely discuss how the development of Sean from Renata.

Sean steps out of his room and tries to catch up with Ryan.

Devi stared at the matter before her excitedly. Devi had studied hard yesterday and Devi believes she will easily answer the math problem which is the second problem tested after Indonesian.

Once he saw the problem, Devi's eyes immediately rounded perfectly and scrunched her forehead confused by the various problems in front of him.

"What kind of a question is this? Why is it so hard?" whinek Devi while putting her head on the table.

Devi turned her head towards Gara who was busy working on the matter. Then he looked towards Arin who was now not much different from him who both put his head on the table.

"It turns out that I learned or nothing is no different from Arin," Devi exasperated.

Then he remembered what Alby said yesterday. He should not give up just because it is so difficult. Every question has an answer, right? Devi also enforce her seat and try to work on the problem from the easiest first like Alby's orders.

Hust!! Hust!!!

Devi turned her gaze towards Arin and saw Arin smiling sweetly towards her. Needless to guess, Devi knew what Arin meant by her smiling sweetly like that.

"Number seven is the answer?" lirih Arin whose seat was blocked one table with Devi.

Casually, Devi immediately showed Arin the answer paper and a second later Arin widened his eyes surprised to know Devi was the same as she was. Neither can do a single thing.

Because there is no hope anymore from Devi, Arin turned to Gara and tried to ask for a response Gara.

"The way! Number nine is the answer?" lirih Arin's.

"Use your principles don't ask me" replied Gara indifferently.

"Fuckin' man!" arin Umpat.

"Woah my brain feels like it's going to burn" Devi complained as she dropped out of her class followed by Arin and Gara behind her.

"My brain has been on fire since then but you guys don't want to cheat me at all!" annoyed Arin while smashing his lips.

"Hows it? Still want to defend your principles?" gara Ejek.

Arin shook his head slowly towards Gara.

"Make it next time you study" Devi said with a smile. "What if we just learn together? From now on I'm not picked up by Alby anymore so I can be free anywhere as long as I'm home before he gets home from work" said Devi.

"How about studying at a Fullhouse cafe? It's comfortable and quiet, '" Arin's idea.

"don't want. The cafe is crowded visitors and do not say you want to go there because there are so many handsome students who visit there. Our goal is to study with Rin, not find a partner" Gara said, which made Arin pursed his lips.

"All right, let's just go to the Anonymous cafe," Devi asked.

"Alright come on," said Gara while holding Arin's hand so that the girl stopped sulking.

"I'm like a mosquito repellent," Devi sighed as she looked at the two who were walking in front of her hand in hand.

"You want me to take it too?" ask Gara to Devi.

"no need. I know the way," rejected Devi who made Gara laugh.
