Doctor Alby Pujaan Hati

Doctor Alby Pujaan Hati
Sleep Together?

"Aww sick om!!" devi squealed in pain as Alby applied the scar ointment on her cheek.

"This is the consequence if you fight like that. Are you a man or a woman?! How can you hit your friend like that?!!" angry Alby while continuing to treat bruises on Devi's cheek.

"Jessica hit me first! If he doesn't hit me where might I hit him first? I am peace-loving! I was just defending myself, after all, wasn't it Alby himself who let me fight with Jessica? Alby's old, hasn't he forgotten?" reply Devi brave.

Alby who treated Devi's wounds immediately stopped his activities after hearing the last sentence that Devi threw. Alby is deeply offended if it concerns his age.

"Don't bring old trouble! Besides why can't you tell which joke isn't? I said it like that doesn't mean I let you fight. You're a girl, women can't fight like that!" admonish Alby to be offended.

"So according to Alby I should just shut up when Jessica and her friends are running me over? I'm just defending myself! Jessica slapped me on the cheek first and I was just retaliating. Om think being slapped by Jessica doesn't hurt?! Why is Alby scolding me?!!" angry Devi with chest up and down full of anger. Even Devi's two eyes also glazed because she was so upset.

Alby who saw Devi like that also sighed softly and went back to treat Devi's wounds. Alby knew he was wrong for scolding Devi. Devi only defends herself for being bullied by Jessica and her friends. It's also her fault for talking as if she let Devi fight Jessica. From tomorrow Alby will be careful with what he says.

"Don't touch me!" satin Devi as Alby was about to apply the ointment to her cheeks.

"The wound won't heal if it's not treated" Alby said.

"Just be wild! What does Alby care about me? Om Alby was just carrying out the mandate of my brother no more, so Alby just stopped pretending to care about me," said Devi.

"I'm not pretending. I really care about you whether it's Sean's message or not. I care about you, I'm telling you, '" said Alby.

"Address what? Om Alby was just scolding me. This morning defending Rea now defending Jessica. I don't have a point in Alby's eyes."

"All right, I was wrong. I'm sorry," said Alby.

Devi just kept quiet without answering Devi's apology. Even the girl wouldn't look at Alby.

"You know you're wrong, right?" great-grandson Devi.

"Yes I know."

"Then why keep scolding me?"

"I'm just advising you. But let's just forget about this matter, this time I'll understand you. I don't want you to fight again later, if Jessica comes back tomorrow you just tell your teacher or if you don't want to, just tell me. I'm gonna make it a deterrent" Alby said.

"I won't let you hurt my daughter!!" angered a middle-aged man who was staring at the two people before him in anger.

"I wouldn't hurt her if you gave me your business and your wife!"

"You're crazy!! How could I give up all of that?!!!"

Dor!!

Devi, who was hiding in the closet, saw clearly how her father had lost his life when the gun shot him in the head. Devi who peeked out from the opening of the closet door immediately smothered her mouth to hold her cry so that her voice was not heard and her whereabouts were unknown. Devi was unable to clearly see who the middle-aged man was due to Devi's position behind him.

"Banyu's jerk is very noisy. Lefs go. We're looking for Marinka."

After the two men left, Devi walked closer to her father with her legs and hands shaking violently. Devi also fell sitting next to her father who had been stiffened because he was shot in the head.

Accidentally, Devi's hands hit the pool of her father's blood on the floor and it immediately made Devi scared and Devi immediately wiped her hands on her white shirt in panic.

"Dad!!!!! Daddy!!!! Don't leave me, Dad!!!"

"Dad!!!" raung Devi was hysterical as she shook her father's body.

"Dad!!!!"

"Don't leave me, Dad!!"

"Dad...Daddy!!"

"Devs! Devi wake!"

"Dev!"

"Devi!!"

Devi awoke from her nightmare as soon as Alby shook her body slowly and patted her cheek. Sweat flooded Devi's forehead, her breathing rose and fell irregularly and her face was deathly pale making Alby even more worried.

"What's wrong?" ask Alby to worry.

Without answering Alby's question, Devi stared at his palm, still trembling with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Blood" Devi's great-grandson.

"Blood?" Alby did not understand what Devi was talking about. He was confused and looked for the blood that Devi meant.

Alby is surprised by what Devi says but tries to calm Devi down so she stops rubbing her hands on her clothes.

"There's father's blood on my hands om" Devi said in between her tears.

"Stop Dev, your hands can get hurt" Alby stopped while holding Devi's hand.

"Om let's take you to the hospital om!!! Let's go save me, doctor Alby, right? Om Alby can save you, right??!!"

Alby immediately hugged Devi's body and calmed the girl in his arms. Actually what kind of dream makes Devi scared until like this? Alby is eager to ask Devi about her dream but it seems like this is not the right time. Alby has to wait for Devi to be ready to tell her own dream. This is the second time Devi has had a nightmare like this and it makes Alby worried.

After feeling that Devi had calmed down, Alby released his embrace and looked at Devi who was crying sobbing with both Devi's eyes that continued to move restlessly.

"Dev listen to me" said Alby, but Devi ignored him.

"Dev listen to me." This time Alby held Devi's cheeks for the girl to stare at him.

"It was all just a nightmare. It's okay, everything's fine. Don't be afraid" Alby said calmly.

"Look, your hands are very clean, right? There's no blood on your hands, it's all just a dream. Calm down" continued Alby while hugging Devi's body again.

Slowly, Devi began to calm down even though she still heard a small stuffing. Alby kissed Devi's hair and stroked the girl's back to calm down.

"It's late at night, we're sleeping again huh?" ask Alby who's been slapped in the head by Devi.

"It's still night and tomorrow it's still school, you don't want to get sleepy at class, do you?"

"I'm scared om" Devi's great-grandson.

"It's okay, there's me."

"Om Alby sleeping here tonight?"

Alby seemed to think for a moment before he finally agreed.

"Alright, let's go to bed," Alby asked as he let go of his embrace.

Alby also laid Devi's body and she also put herself beside Devi's body.

Alby did not sleep, he leaned his back against the bed rest and patted Devi's shoulder gently for the girl to sleep.

"Om can I hold you?" devi asked with both teary eyes. Alby who felt pity nodded his head in approval to Devi's request.

Devi hugs Alby and starts closing her eyes to sleep.

"Now go to sleep, I won't let go of my arms" Alby said, kissing Devi's head.

"Om," call Devi slowly.

"Hm?"

"Both of my parents died in accidents, right?" ask Devi suddenly.

Alby nodded his head in response. Didn't Sean say that his parents died in an accident?

"So I dreamt that my father was killed by a man. I couldn't see his face because I was hiding in the closet. The man threatened to hurt me and my mother. After they killed Dad, they went out looking for mom" Devi told me.

Alby is shocked to hear the story coming out of Devi's lips. If this was just an ordinary dream it would be impossible for Devi to get scared like that, but if it did happen why didn't Sean say anything to her? Looks like tomorrow he'll have to make sure to Sean himself.

"Did you dream the same thing in the car the other day when I asked you to wait in the parking lot?" ask Alby.

"No," Devi replied shaking her head. "I dreamed of being chased by a group of unknown men and then someone saved me and took me away in a car. But suddenly the man said to me like this 'you must really think I'm going to save you huh?' Then the man got out of the car and let the car I was riding in get hit by a big truck. After that Alby woke me up" Devi told me.

Now all sorts of puzzles fill Alby's head. Could it be that in the real world Devi had an accident so that she was amnesic and forgot all the events that happened to her parents? In other words both Devi's parents were indeed victims of murder and the only living witness was Devi, which was why the group of men wanted to kill Devi as well?

"Omm?" call Devi.

"Ah yes? What's up?" alby asked from his daydream.

"I slept first. Om Alby don't go anywhere" Devi's pinta.

"Yes. I'm not going anywhere" Alby said.
