"Where are you?!!"

Devi flinched in shock upon hearing Alby's snaps from her phone. Devi looked at Raden and gestured to Raden if Alby was so angry right now. Raden grasps Devi's hand to give Devi the courage to answer Alby's question honestly.

"In the night market om" said Devi.

"Who?!!"

"Sir Raden," replied Devi slowly.

Alby's breath was on the other side. Is Alby gonna be mad at him? Then how did Devi dare to go home now?

"Yes if you go with Raden, but you have to go home quickly. Now it's night, it's not good for women to wander through the night with men," said Alby softly.

"Yes.iya om."

Devi sighed softly while looking at Raden guiltily. Tonight they were supposed to go to that fancy restaurant but now it has to be canceled because Alby asked her to go home.

"Sorry I have to go home" Devi said.

"It's okay. Let's take you home."

"Sorry, brother, we did not go to the restaurant that you mean," said Devi regretted.

"No problem, we can come next time" Raden comforted Devi.

After cleaning up, Alby immediately sat in the living room waiting for Devi to come home. While waiting, Alby worked on some files that he had to translate and he presented them to the director tomorrow morning.

The clock has shown at 22:15 WIB but Devi has not yet returned home. Alby intends to contact Devi again but not until he takes his phone on the table, he hears the door open.

"Om I'm home" said Devi timidly.

Alby examined Devi from toe to toe while nodding his head. There seems to be no problem with Devi.

"Well, hurry up and go take a shower and go to sleep" Alby ordered, removing the glasses perched on his nose.

"Om Alby isn't angry?" ask Devi lirih.

To be honest, if Alby behaves like this, Devi feels even more guilty than Alby, who blatantly scolds her.

"For what? I don't care where you go as long as you don't go alone. Raden's a doctor anyway so I'm a little calmer if you go with him, but that doesn't mean I let you go with him as you please without my permission, right? You have to keep my permission because for now I'm your guardian" Alby said as he walked into his room.

Devi was a little clueless about Alby's words. What if Raden was a doctor? Is Devi a patient, Alby relieved Devi to go with the doctor? I don't know Devi doesn't want to be too dizzy.

Alby stopped his steps and turned to look at Devi who was smiling broadly at him.

"I'll feel something for you. Quickly go to take a shower," said Alby who replied with a big smile by Devi.

"Thank you, o!!" said Devi while kissing Alby's cheek and after that she ran towards her room.

Alby who got a kiss from Devi was immediately standing on the spot. What the fuck was that??

Alby felt the heat start to crack down on his face. Now he felt his face flushed like a boiled crab. Oh my God this isn't the effect of Devi's kiss on her cheek right? How could the kiss of the High School girl on her cheek give such a tremendous effect on her body?

To eliminate this effect, Alby immediately went to the kitchen and cooked food for Devi.

After a while later, Alby had finished making fried rice complete with vegetables and cow's eye eggs. He immediately served the fried rice on a plate and placed it on the dining table.

"Dev!!" call Alby.

"Yes, I'm done" Devi said as she walked closer to Alby.

"There is only fried rice, I have not had time to shop monthly," said Alby.

"No problem, this is enough. Did I eat om? My stomach is very hungry" said Devi as she began to eat fried rice made by Alby.

"So you go as long as it's not fed by your girlfriend? Is your boyfriend so desperate that he can't buy you food?"

"What land?! It's all because of Alby who asked me to come home soon! Whereas me and brother Raden were about to go to a fancy restaurant that just opened. Om Alby was smart to mess up my plan," Devi replied.

"Your fault you're leaving doesn't permit me."

"Yes it's my fault, Alby's never wrong" Devi said.

"After a quick meal go to sleep" Alby ordered while playing his phone.

"don't want. Tomorrow is Sunday om, I want to watch my favorite Korean drama" Devi refused.

"You should sleep. Sleeping less than eight hours at night is stupid."

"That's a myth om. The proof is that Alby often stay up at night does not become stupid. Om Alby don't fool me."

Alby chose to be quiet rather than continue to respond to Devi's words. Apparently the girl was now smart to talk until Alby could not answer her.

As soon as Devi observes a meal, Alby suddenly instantly remembers Devi's kiss on her cheek.

"Ehm Dev you do ehm that often?" alby asked doubtfully.

"Do what?" ask Devi plain.

"Ehm it. Do you kiss people often?"

"Often."

"Ap..what often?!!"

"Hey how can you be like that?!!! You can't kiss anyone! You're a girl, you should be able to take care of your behavior!!" alby's Scratch.

"Who is careless? I just kissed Sean's brother and Alby's mom. There is nothing else, not even Raden's brother I have never kissed him," said Devi.

"You can't kiss Raden!!"

"Why is it? Raden's brother will soon be my girlfriend, can't kiss his own girlfriend?"

"Can't!! If you get caught by me kissing Raden, then don't expect me to give you permission to meet him!!"

"Of!!"

"Fast eat and go to bed!!" alby orders him up from his seat and leaves Devi alone at the dinner table.

Look now, just now that Alby has started to control his emotions and be soft on Devi, Devi has managed to make Alby back angry because of his behavior. How can a woman kiss a man? Shouldn't Devi have understood the purpose of the sheep and the wolves she asked Alby first? It seems like Devi is really still innocent and Alby will not let anyone take advantage of her innocence. Uh wait a minute!! Why would Alby be overprotective like this? Maybe this is because Alby considers Devi really as his biological sister.

After eating, Devi rushed to her room. Devi had brushed her teeth and washed her feet and hands before she finally laid herself on her queen size bed.

Long as he lay and closed his eyes trying to sleep, Devi still could not sleep. Her nightmare comes back to haunt her. Devi was afraid that once she fell asleep, the nightmare would reappear.

Devi tried to close her eyes again but the result was the same. He still can't sleep.

Hugging her Totonya doll, Devi decides to go to Alby's room. Tonight Devi wants to sleep next to her again like yesterday because somehow being next to Alby makes Devi comfortable and the fear of nightmares is gone.

As soon as he left the room, Devi heard the sound of television from the living room.

"Is Alby not asleep?" ask Devi slowly.

Devi stepped closer to where Alby was and sure enough, Devi saw Alby who was busy watching television.

"Om" call Devi.

"Lho haven't you slept?" ask Alby.

"Can't sleep. Can I watch with you?" ask Devi.

"Come here."

Cheerfully, Devi walked up to Alby and sat down next to him. Devi leaned her head against Alby's arm while still focusing on the television screen.

"Why not sleep?" ask Alby.

"Can't sleep om. Alby himself why not sleep? Alby can be stupid if you sleep less than eight hours."

"Don't copy my words," Alby scolded as he looked at Devi.

Devi only responded with a big smile.

"Om these good nights to know eating spicy noodles, spicy claws or other spicy foods continue to drink it with soft drinks. Woah must be very delicious, oh yeah don't forget while watching a movie," said Devi excited.

"Wisdom what? Eating foods high in oil and fat like that easily triggers inflammation of the stomach, fatty liver and diabetes."

Hearing Alby's reply, Devi pursed her lips in annoyance but then hugged Alby's arm from the side with her head leaning against Alby's arm.

Alby turned to Devi where the girl was trying to close her eyes but a few moments later the eyes opened wide again. Is this because of the nightmare she had?

"Can't sleep?" alby asked who was answered with a nod of the head by Devi.

"Fear of nightmares" Devi answered honestly.

Alby took a sofa pillow and placed it on his lap and allowed Devi to sleep on his lap.

"Put your head here. I'll pet it slowly so you fall asleep" said Alby, who was followed by Devi.

As soon as Devi lay on her lap, Alby gently stroked Devi's head so that the girl would start to get sleepy. Alby even shrank the volume of his television so as not to disturb Devi's sleep.

"Om," call Devi with her eyes closed.

"Hm?"

"The nightmares I have are just ordinary sleeping flowers, right? Not a real event I've ever had before?" devi asks which surprised Alby.

On the other hand, there was a man sitting leisurely with a cigar tucked away on his black lips. He waited for his men to give him information.

Not long after, his men came with information.

"Say," the man ordered in his stern voice.

"The only living witness to Banyu's death has been found" his men said, giving a photo of the girl in a fight at his boss.

"So the girl's still alive? I thought he was dead when I crashed his car into a big truck" the man said, stroking his chin. "Who's the guy next to her?"

"It's Alby. He's Sean's best friend. Sean asks Alby to look after Devi as she is now undergoing liver cancer treatment in Singapore."

"alright. We don't have to rush anything else Devi has amnesia. First we get Devi away from Alby. You go find out about Alby right now!!" the man's orders to his men.

His men immediately went from the presence of the man to do his duty.

"I'll finish off your whole family Banyu. That's the price you pay for destroying my family and my business. Even your son-Sean managed to imprison my brother. One mistake Sean made was thinking that the mastermind behind the deaths of his parents and his brother's accident was just one person."
