An hour before Devi arrives in Singapore.

After driving Devi to the airport, Alby immediately left for work. Alby is actually a little suspicious of Devi who suddenly refuses Laudya to accompany him to Singapore. "You call me om too?" alby did not accept.

"Then what should I call?"

Alby pinched his forehead dizzy, well he didn't have time for this. Alby will get to the point.

"Jessica, um does Jessica still bother Devi?" ask Alby.

"still. Yesterday Jessica approached Devi in the cafeteria when Arin and I ordered food. I don't know for sure what Jessica was talking about to Devi but certainly once Jessica left Devi immediately cried and said she wanted to see her brother soon," replied Gara frankly.

True Alby's guess, Devi refused to be accompanied by Laudya surely because Jessica had disturbed him.

"Then you know why Devi wanted to see Raden in the hospital?" ask Alby.

Just as Gara was about to reply, Alby got a call from Sean. Alby also asked Gara to answer his question through text messages only because he was getting an important call.

"Hello Sean. You okay?" alby asked happy when Sean called him.

"of course. By where are you?" ask Sean.

"I'm on my way to the hospital. I just drove Devi to the airport. What's up?" answer Alby.

"No. I just wanted to ask you about Devi. Did he trouble you? Did he make trouble? What has he been doing lately? He doesn't overwhelm you, does he?" asked Sean.

"Wait first. How can I answer your question at once? You have to ask one by one," said Alby, laughing.

"Tell me about Devi. I don't want Devi to come later she thinks I don't know anything about her. I'm afraid Devi thinks I don't care about her" Sean replied.

Alby began to tell what Devi did during her stay with Alby including fighting with Jessica, lazy to study and just busy dating Raden.

"Raden?" ask Sean to make sure.

"Yes, he's doctor koas. Devi was willing to pretend to be sick just because she missed wanting to see him," replied Alby chuckling softly.

No answer from Sean made Alby a little confused.

"Why?" alby asked after Sean had been silent for a long time.

"Don't let Devi get close to Raden" Sean said firmly.

"I've banned him and asked him to focus on studying but you know Devi is very stubborn, so I'm giving him the condition that I let him date Raden," said Alby who did not understand where Sean was talking.

"No!! Whatever happens you can't let Raden get close to Devi. Raden is too dangerous for Devi, I don't want him to harm my sister!!" Said Sean in a trembling tone holding in anger.

"What's wrong? Why why?" lick Alby.

"Radens. He was the son of Brama Anggara, the man who killed my father and mother. I'm sure Raden's goal in approaching Devi was that he wanted to kill Devi, who was actually a primary witness to the murder," Sean said, to Alby's great surprise.

After helping Novi doctors perform the surgery, Fitra and Raden are now resting briefly in his dugout.

Fitra who was about to pick up the book in his drawer accidentally saw a box with the contents of a snail inside. Fitra was a little confused by the snail but he immediately returned it to its place once Raden had finished bathing.

"I'm done" said Raden, who had just come out of the bathroom and dried his wet hair.

"Ah yes" replied Fitra.

Fitra immediately stepped into the bathroom, though in her mind she wondered why Raden kept the snail in his drawer and why the snail box was decorated with ribbons. Is that snail for someone's gift?

After a while, Fitra finished taking a shower. He came out and was surprised to find Raden standing in front of him cross-chested.

"What's wrong?" ask Fitra confused. Is this because the box contains snails earlier?

"You're holding a box with my snail, right?"

"Yes. Why why anyway? Is that a gift from someone?" ask Fitra.

"No. It's mine and she's very poisonous. You should never touch it if you don't want to die from the poison" Raden replied with a smile.

"You're serious?" ask Fitra surprised.

"What are you keeping such poisonous snails for?!! Quickly discard!!!" frantic Fitra without any suspicion.

"Yes-yes I'm going to throw it away. We'd better get back to the IGD before Novi's doctor looks for us."

"What's? Doctor Novi resigned?" alby was surprised to hear Ryan's words.

Both were in the hospital canteen for lunch. The condition of the cafeteria was quite crowded so Ryan had to reprimand Alby to shrink his voice.

"Why suddenly resign?" ask Alby lirih.

"Doctor Novi had just given birth and her husband asked her to just rest at home and focus on taking care of the baby" Ryan replied.

"Then who will be the perceptor for Raden and Fitra if Novi's doctor resigns?"

"I don't know. The director is dizzy now thinking about who will replace Doctor Novi. You don't make trouble with the director if you don't want to be kicked out of this hospital. The director is really sensitive right now" Ryan said, which actually makes Alby miss his smirk.

"Wait first! Why is your face like that? You're not gonna bother the director, are you? The director's been angry enough that you turned down his daughter, so now don't make trouble with her again" Ryan said.

Alby did not answer Ryan's words. Alby just kept quiet while thinking whether his decision this time was right or not.

"I have to go now" said Alby in a hurry.

"Where are you going?!!" ryan asked, which Alby did not understand at all.

Alby runs his foot into the director's room. There are important things he has to talk about with the director and Alby doesn't want to waste this opportunity. Chance at once Alby's crazy decision.

Geck! Geck!

"Lake in."

Alby immediately stepped into the magnificent director's room. Alby could see the director who was twitching his forehead. Alby knows who made a director like this, who else if not the doctor Novi who resigned suddenly.

"Ah you're Alby. What was? You didn't come here to add to my navel, did you?"

"No director, instead I want to help the director solve this problem" said Alby steady.

"What do you mean?" ask the director while looking at Alby.

"I want to move departments and let me replace Doctor Novi as a perceptor for Raden and Fitra, too" Alby replied steadily, to the director's surprise instead of playing.

"You crazy?!! Why would a specialist like you bother to go down to the IGD? You must be sick!!"

Alby knew this was a crazy decision he had made. How could it be that after working hard to become a specialist, Alby actually wants to return to being an IGD doctor and become a perceptor for a doctor? What kind of shit is this?

"No. I really want to move departments" Alby said firmly.
