Doctor Alby Pujaan Hati

Doctor Alby Pujaan Hati
Weepy

"Let's go home" Abhimanyu asked Ishwari, who kept crying beside Alby's body.

"I want to accompany Alby here. I don't want to go home" Ishwari refused, holding Alby's hand.

Abhimanyu sighed softly, he walked closer to his wife and held her shoulder from behind.

"Alby's fine. We are only waiting for him to awaken after that he will pass his critical period. The injury was severe but Alby's lungs were still salvageable. Don't cry, Alby will soon wake up" said Abhimanyu, calming Ishwari.

"We need to go home. You should rest, especially if you have been crying all day. You must be exhausted and Alby definitely doesn't want to see his mother look this messy" Abhimanyu said.

"But I still want to be here" Ishwari said.

"Darling, you also have to take care of your health. Let's get back to Alby's apartment and come back here tomorrow to accompany Alby. You take it easy, I've asked Raka to keep an eye on Alby. We're going home, right?"

Ishwari seemed to be silent for a moment trying to think about the husband's advice. After a moment of thought, Ishwari consented to her husband.

"Tell Raka if Alby wakes up he has to call me right away," pinta Ishwari, who is taken in by Abhimanyu, tells her.

Abhimanyu then brought his wife home.

Devi and Raka observed them from afar. Upon seeing Abhimanyu and Ishwari out of Alby's ward, Raka invites Devi to enter.

Devi complied and walked behind Raka. As soon as Raka opens the door, Devi can see Alby's very apprehensive condition. Medical devices installed in some of Alby's body with respiratory assistance also did not escape Devi's view to make Devi's eyes glazed instantly.

Raka turned towards Devi who was now sobbing softly.

"Alby's condition has improved, the damage to his lungs can be overcome. Gunshot wounds in his legs also did not hit his bones. We have to be grateful that Bima was a bad shooter" Raka explained.

"I'm out first. You can sleep here, tomorrow morning I'll wake you up before aunt Ishwari and om Abi come. You still don't want to see them, do you?" continued Raka.

"Yes doc. I'm still scared" replied Devi quietly.

"There's actually nothing you need to fear. I'm sure they won't scold you" Raka said.

Devi just kept quiet while lowering her head. Raka let out a slow sigh before she finally stepped out of the room.

Devi slowly walked over to Alby and sat down on the chair in Alby's gurney.

Devi watched Alby's face for a long time before he finally came back crying with his hand holding Alby's hand.

There were no words Devi could describe her guilt and worry for Alby other than the sobs she was able to shed right now. Her biggest fear is being abandoned by Alby and her two best friends, especially because of her.

For three days he kept Alby in secret as Ishwari and Abhimanyu returned to rest. Devi has also seen the situation of Gara and Arin from a distance because Devi still does not dare to meet directly with her best friend's parents. Say Devi is a coward who does not dare to take responsibility for what happened to Alby and his two best friends, after all, an eighteen-year-old girl of course still had an overwhelming fear especially related to life. Later if Devi is ready he promises to apologize directly to both Gara's parents and Arin, oh of course with Abhimanyu and Ishwari as well.

Today's the fourth day Alby is lying in a hospital bed. His condition was much better than the previous days. Even Raka also told Devi that if Alby was awake, it immediately made Devi cry and relieved at the same time. At least Alby didn't leave her this soon.

As Ishwari and Abhimanyu return home, Devi enters Alby's ward. Devi saw the look of Alby's face that looked fresh than before that looked very pale.

Devi sits on a chair next to Alby's gurney. Suddenly his tears began to slip down his cheeks as he saw bandages on Alby's chest and legs.

"Why crying?"

Devi immediately gasped in shock upon hearing Alby's weak voice.

He saw Alby who had woken up from his sleep with eyes that pointed at him. Instead of subsiding, Devi's cry became even more. Devi cried even sobbing making Alby smile while stroking Devi's hair slowly.

After a while, Devi stopped crying. Now he clasped Alby's hand and stuck it to his right cheek as he stared at Alby.

"I'm sorry I cried about Alby getting up" Devi's great-grandson.

"No problem, I've been sleeping all day and I think it's time to wake up let alone be here. I miss you."

Devi simply smiled faintly hearing Alby's words. How can in such a sick state Alby even say sweet like that.

Alby's hand moved to remove his breathing apparatus made Devi immediately stop Alby's hand.

"Don't let go, later if Alby has trouble breathing how? Doctor Raka says Alby's lungs are still in the process of recovery" Devi said.

"But now that Alby is a patient, if Alby takes it off I'll call Raka's doctor" Devi threatens to make Alby smile before he finally obeys his queen's orders.

"Well, don't let go" said Alby in the end.

Devi sighed softly while looking at Alby fixedly.

"Is it really painful?" alby asked, touching the bandage on Devi's head.

Devi nodded her head in response.

"But it hurts even more to see Alby like this. I don't want to see Alby get hurt anymore, I hate him so much." Alby just silently watched Devi who now returned to shed her tears. Alby just makes room for Devi to vent her grief.

"Why are you crying again?" alby asked while wiping Devi's tears.

"I'm guessing I'm afraid that Alby's leaving me like Sean's sister. I'm also afraid that Abi and Aunt Ishy hate me because I'm hurt. Gara and Arin too, they're gonna get hurt because of me. What if they leave me?" tangis Devi sniffled.

Alby chuckled as she wiped the tears on Devi's cheek.

"Don't cry anymore, your eyes are already very swollen," Alby said gently.

Devi stopped her crying and wiped her tears with the back of her hand.

"Om Alby has to promise never to get hurt like this again."

"Yes, I promise."

Devi also rushed into Alby's arms and accidentally Devi's elbow hit Alby's wound which made Alby immediately grimace in pain.

"Gram!!"

"Om sorry, I didn't accidentally," panicked Devi felt guilty.

"It's okay. I'm just kidding, your hands don't hit my wounds" Alby lied because he didn't want Devi to feel guilty for the umpteenth time.

"Where are you living today?" ask Alby.

"Live here. I'm like a permanent resident of a hospital. From morning until night I was in the workspace om Alby later if om Abi and aunt Ishy came home and I just came here."

"You must be very uncomfortable. Why not go back to the hotel? Aren't you hurt too? What about your wound? Is it treated well? Then what about your meal? Do you eat regularly? " lick Alby.

"I don't want to leave Alby alone" replied Devi ignoring Alby's scorn.

"But you have to pay attention to yourself. You can't be like this anymore. Before you worry about anyone else you have to worry about yourself" Alby advised.

"Om Alby don't advise me if Alby doesn't do what Alby says. Om Alby was also not paying attention to himself and even desperate to go to save me," replied Devi. "I really didn't like it when Alby got hurt" Devi hugged Alby.

Alby smiled as she stroked Devi's hair gently.

"You must be very depressed and scared" said Alby.

"No. I am strong, though I cry a little. I have been questioned several times by the police and I dare to go alone without Abi who accompanied me. I'm brave, aren't I?" devi asked to take off her hug on Alby while looking at Alby.

"Yes, you're very brave. I'm so proud of you" Alby said.

"But I still did not dare to meet Abi and Aunt Ishy," continued Devi hugged Alby again.

"Why?"

"I'm afraid they hate and scold me. Um, I'm so happy to have a warm family like Alby's but I can't anymore. Om Abi and Aunt Ishy must hate me, I will lose the warmth of family again. I wasn't ready for it yet I didn't want to see them" Devi explained.

"Will not meet who?" ask a middle-aged woman who made Devi freeze.

Isn't tanten Ishy home?
