Chapter 7's
“Yukiiii...” Shouted Joshua.
He immediately sat on the bed and made the doctors and nurses who surrounded him confused. Joshua immediately looked around, he realized he was in the hospital, he turned his head and saw the doctor, the nurses around him dumbly looking at him. He looked at the doctor, though,
“This heaven doc?” Ask him directly.
“Hah...sorry, but you are wrong, this is not heaven..” Answer the doctor directly.
The nurses who heard Joshua's question, laughed at Joshua's question.
“Then, this is where doc ? japanese hospitals aren't like this, american ? korean ? singapore ?” Ask Joshua.
“Japan ? America ? Korea ? Singapore ? I don't understand what you mean...” The doctor is confused.
“Hah..so this is where dong dok is, this is earth is not ?” Joshua began to panic.

Seeing that such a thing was next to her, Joshua immediately got off his bed and approached Sophie's body, he held Sophie's head and stuck it onto a pillow on the bed, which he was holding, miraculously, Sophie's body immediately calmed back, then she saw the wound of Sophie who was right in the ubun ubun,
“Doctor, prepare operating room...” Her words.
“What...operation room ?” Ask doctor.

“Ba..baik...ayo everything, take the patient to the operating room.” Shouting doctor.
The nurses immediately brought the bed where Sophie lay to the operating room, Joshua immediately put on the doctor's green clothes, gloves and mask. Once in the operating room, Joshua immediately performed brain surgery, first after giving Sophie a total anesthetic despite being fainted, with the heart he saw a wound on Sophie's head, she performed a brain surgery called a craniotomy that hollowed out Sophie's head which she had cut her hair and examined, then after finding a gaping, small wound in her brain, he immediately picked up the needle and thread and then closed the wound.
The doctor next to him was amazed to see Joshua's skill in performing surgery which is usually done by neurosurgeons, while the nurses whispered and asked “Who the doctor was.” After he finished, he closed the hole and sewed it as usual, without realizing he did the operation for 5 hours because he did it alone without an assistant. When finished,
“Fiuuh...completed, now just wait 48 hours, if there are the slightest symptoms please let me know..” Said Joshua.
“Oi don't be dumb, we have to keep an eye on the patient for 48 hours, please if there are the slightest symptoms tell me...” Said Joshua again.
“Ah yes...true...I understand...” Doctor says.
“Alright, I'm back in my room...” Reply Joshua.
He immediately walked out and took off his gloves and blood-filled upholstery and placed them on a tray next to the door that was special to put gloves and clothes. After Joshua came out of the room, a nurse asked the doctor,
“Um...doctor, did the doctor know the doctor earlier?” Ask the nurse.
“I don't know..but if he can do like this, there's no way I don't know..he's definitely a famous surgeon, I have to find out who he is...please one follow him, lest he leave the hospital.” Answer doctor.

A nurse came out of the operating room, she went straight to the emergency room where Joshua was stationed, but when the nurse got to the emergency room, Joshua was not there.

“I'm just from the bathroom washing hands and changing clothes into patient clothes. I won't run.oh and don't call me doctor, I'm not a doctor, still a medical student.” Reply Joshua.
“Lies...where maybe medical students can do surgery like earlier.” Said the nurse smiling and brought her body closer to Joshua.

“Ah sorry doc, I came out first, happy resting...um...if there is anything to call me doc, my name is Natalie hehe.” Said the nurse named Natalie while teasing because it seems she was interested in Joshua who is actually handsome.

Natalie walked out of the room and closed the door, Joshua immediately lay on his bed thinking,

He closed his eyes, his life as Joshua in this world began to come out in his mind, from he was small to big. Suddenly he remembered the cooling capsule in the basement of his house, Joshua immediately sat down,
