After years of leaving, today Nissa is back with new relationships and memories. The sky that once overshadowed the days of Nissa. Now back to her, after twenty years ago Nissa left. His steps back against the land he had long left behind. With a resolute move, Nissa stepped back in the country that left her injured.
"Nissa, how's my brother?" Sapa Amira, with her arms wide open. Nissa nodded, a smile emanating on her face. Nissa looked warmly at the friend who was none other than her own brother. The happy face that was once seen. It was right in front of Amira's eyes.
"Where's my nephew? Sorry, I didn't come when you got married!" Nissa said, Amira shook her head. Signs he's not fighting about it anymore.
"Today I'm back, not because I want to go back to her. I came for both of my hearts. The daughter who left and is now back, only to get to know her real father!" Inner Nissa, Amira silently looked at Nissa. Nodding Amira's head, Amira's gesture understood Nissa's current meaning of silence.
"You sure want to meet him!" Whispering Amira, Nissa was silent with her pushy gaze. Nissa was still worried, as if something was worrying her.
"How is he doing?"
"He's fine, he's a good businessman. A success that can never be defeated!" Said Amira, Nissa pensive. Amira hugged the friend, calming the turmoil of her best friend's heart.
Amira looked to the right and to the left, as if looking for something missing. Amira is looking for her beautiful niece, Nissa's two longed-for twin daughters. Amira was eager to meet them. A beautiful face that dropped from the mother. Natural beauty that never goes away. A shady smile that once dimmed and is now back. Nissa is a tough woman who begins to learn the true meaning of life.
"They're not coming with me, Humaira's coming tomorrow. Hana is coming, in a few days. He was still worried, to meet with her!"
"I miss them, though!" Said Amira disappointed, Nissa smiled at Amira's regret. Nissa's two daughters were firm, it wasn't easy for them to change their stance. Since childhood, Nissa never forced them to do anything. But with definite limits and do not violate the faith they hold firmly.
"Well Nissa, we're going home now!"
"Amira, take me to papa's grave. I want to make a pilgrimage!" Said Nissa softly, shortly after she held back Amira's steps. With a nod of her head, Amira agreed to Nissa's request.
Amira, the only person Nissa trusted to look after her family. Maybe Nissa's body was far away, but her heart and soul were still with those she loved dearly. The departure of her biological father five years ago, scratched such great regret in Nissa's heart. But back is not the right choice, at a time when his heart has not been steady to forget Radit. Now that five years had passed, Nissa came back with a steady heart. Nissa had erased Radit's name in her heart and memory. Radit was only the biological father of his two daughters, there was no longer any connection between them. Nissa buried away Radit's name in the bottom of her heart.
Amira drove her car from the airport straight to the funeral. A public cemetery located in the middle of the city. The cemetery is located tens of kilometers from the airport. Only a few feet from his family home. Twenty minutes, Amira was driving her car. Nissa and Amira at the public funeral. Nissa came down with a gamete step. Nissa's gaze was nano, staring deep into the middle of the public cemetery. The same funeral as the late mother.
Nissa stepped with her legs shaking, her heart ached and tight. Both of his eyes were hot, the tears forced to drip. Nissa held her chest slowly, trying to calm her turbulent heart. Nissa stepped past the tombs on her right and left sides. Amira stared at Nissa. Nissa's pain and regret are real. A father who has been respected and proud of him. The reason Nissa received such a stupid match with Radit. It was his time with his father that finally hurt him. But all those injuries were not worth his regrets at the moment. He leads his father to the funeral. The pain of a child unable to look at his father's face one last time.
"Lisa!" Said Amira, disperse the reverie of Nissa. Amira stops at Nissa's father's funeral.
Nissa's body staggered, her heart ached and her tears dripped. Nissa immediately sat down right beside the headstone of the father. The sacrifice he once gave. Now that no longer means anything, the father is gone forever. Nissa rubbed her father's headstone, along with her falling tears. Nissa kissed the father's gravestone. Nissa's hands and feet felt weak, the father who was so tough left. For a moment Nissa dissolved in her pain. Nissa didn't sit around hugging her father's headstone. Amira was stunned, looking at Nissa who was so weak.
"Amira!" Nissa hugged Amira. Nissa cried in her brother's arms.
Twenty years on, nothing is the same. Everything has changed, going on the right path. Long Nissa cried in Amira's arms, until she finally calmed down. Along with the sound of the azan from the mosque around. Nissa wiped her tears, and prayed for her father. A child's last service, when both parents are gone. Nissa dissolves in her solemn prayer. Amira accompanies Nissa, a brother who will never leave when Nissa needs a backrest.
"We're home!" Amira said, Nissa nodded slowly. Nissa and Amira walk out of the cemetery. Nissa was silent without a word, as if her heart was left behind in the burial area.
"Mama!"
"Lisa!" Said Amira, while elbowing Nissa's arm. Instantly Nissa looked up, looking straight ahead. Right towards the young man who was standing right in front of him.
"Mama!" Sapa Zain again, Nissa remained silent. His body was stiff, the mama's call he heard so pierced his heart.
"Mama!" Sapa Zain the third time, Nissa retreated away. Kala Zain walked up to him. Zain was fixated, seeing Nissa move away from him. Zain's heart was sliced, realizing that Nissa no longer knew him. Even Nissa was impressed not to see him.
"Mama, this is Zain!" Said Zain loudly, pointing towards himself. Zain stepped forward, instead Nissa stepped back.
"Mama, this is your son Zain!" Zain said in a loud voice. Zain's longing is unrequited, Nissa doesn't even recognize him and avoids him. The expected hug, now only wishful thinking. Not a warm embrace, instead a cold gaze that Zain felt.
"Nissa, he's Zain's son who misses you!" Amira said, Nissa looked down. No words, Nissa remained silent. No one knows the meaning of Nissa's silence. One thing is for sure, Zain's longing is ignored.
"Mama!"
"Excuse me!" Nissa said coldly, then passed by Zain just like that. Ignoring the longing of his little son.
"Mama!" Shouted Zain painfully, while sitting in the cemetery parking area. Nissa continued to step up, no longer caring about Zain's yell.
"I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry. You have to be strong without your mom. Not that mom wants to forget you, but hugging you is impossible. Now there's a line between your mom and you. A sincere warm embrace, will only leave sins. Forgive mama Zain, forgive mama. Deep down, my mother, there is a longing for you. Better mama leave pain in your heart. Than to miss you, but not to be able to hug you!" Inner Nissa pilu.
"Mama Nissa, this is Zain Al Ghifari your son!" zain shouted out loudly. The voice was so loud that it was heard all over the corner of the cemetery.
"I'm sorry mommy, I'm sorry baby!" Inner Nissa pilu. Zain's screams slashed Nissa's heart.
