"Lea, actually I .. I want to express my true feelings to you, Lea. Honestly, I like you a lot. I like everything that's on you. The more I know you, the more I like you. Now I want to ask, will you be my lover, Lea?" said Gail while smiling wryly looking at Lea.
Lea laughed softly after hearing the man's confession. "Oh my goodness, Gail. Your humor is really crisp. Seriously!"
Gail only speaks a thousand languages. He stared fixedly at Lea who was still laughing so seriously. Lea realizes that Gail is not joking about her confession.
The expression on Lea's face changed. His laughter suddenly disappeared, unflagging. He knitted his eyebrows together and then said,
"You're just kidding, aren't you, Gail?" lea asked stammeringly.
"No. I'm serious, Lea," Gail replied steadily.
"But, how could it be? While we've just met, Gail. You don't even know who I really am" explained Lea, who was still shocked by the man's confession.
"And one more! I'm a cripple, Gail! Then what do you see of me?" continued Lea.
"I know who you are, Lea. And I don't care about your physique at all. I also don't care about what others think of you because to me, you are the perfect woman" Gail said.
Lea fell silent with teary eyes. The words that came out from Gail's lips just now, managed to make her little heart touched.
"I'm waiting for your answer, Lea."
"Do I have to answer it now?" Lea looked doubtful.
"Yes, it has to be now" Gail replied firmly.
"Gail, think about it again. You are the perfect man. Handsome and well-established. I'm sure any woman would've fallen for you. Now look at me! I'm just an ordinary girl and more pathetic, I'm a disabled woman. Aren't you ashamed to walk with me this imperfect one?"
Gail rolled her eyeballs. He didn't like to hear Lea's talk just now. "Alright, Lea! Stop calling yourself a disabled woman. For me you are the perfect woman and nothing can change my opinion. Now tell me, are you willing to be my lover?" gail said very seriously.
Lea seemed to think hard. He doesn't know what to answer. The statement made by Gail just now, felt so quick for Lea. He doesn't even know what Gail's real attitude is.
Lea breathed heavily. "Ehm, Gail. I'm sorry, I can't answer your question today. I need some time to think about it, Gail."
Gail breathed a heavy sigh. "How long?"
Lea swallowed her saliva with great difficulty. He still could not determine how long he had asked the man for.
"Two days?" gail asked again, because Lea was still silent while looking at her.
"One day?" Again Gail gave a choice that made Lea more confused.
"Tomped pa—?"
"Ah, yes! Two days," interrupted Lea.
"Hhh, very difficult choice." Lea ingrained.
Gail smiled. "Well, I'll wait for your answer in two days' time, Lea. I hope you're willing to accept my love and be my lover."
The huft! Lea breathed heavily. He could only smile wryly without wanting to chim in on Gail's words just now.
A few minutes later.
Along the way Leah was silent. While Gail continues to invite him to talk so that the atmosphere is not more awkward. Not long after, they arrived in front of the Lea residence. Gail helped the girl get out of her car and now they're standing in front of the fence.
"Lea, I'm really serious about you. I would love to be your lover. Even more than that, I want to be your life partner, Lea. I want you to be the mother of my children in the future" Gail said softly.
Again Lea was silent. He really could not believe that the man was so serious about making himself a life partner.
"Think about it well. I love you, Azalea," said Gail again.
Gail grabbed Lea's hand then kissed the top of her hand as she continued to stare at the woman closely.
"I have to get in, Gail. It's very cold here" said Lea, who wanted to end their relationship.
Gail smiled then nodded. "alright. Good night, Lea. Sweet dream! And don't forget to include me in your sweet dreams" Gail said.
After Gail let go of her hand, Lea went into the house. However, instead of going to the room, Lea stopped behind the glass of the house and peered out, where Abigail was still standing there staring at her residence.
"Oh my God, I don't know why I hesitated to accept that man. But I think he's a good guy. There's no way she has any ulterior intentions behind her sweet words, right? Who am I, so he wants to deceive me?" lea Mumbles.
A few minutes later, Gail continued her journey. Lea heaved a sigh of relief while stroking her chest after Gail left. Somehow the existence of the man made his heart condition unsafe. Always pounding is not bad.
"Non Lea what's going on there?"
The sound of Bi Enah's voice behind his back and managed to make Lea gasp in shock. Lea turned around then looked at the middle-aged woman while smiling wryly.
"Oh my goodness, Auntie! I'm shocked," cried Lea.
Bi Enah laughed softly. "What is Non-peep in there?"
"Ehm, that was ...." Lea stroked his nape then smiled. "Gail, but he's gone" he continued.
"Oh, Mr. Gail. How's dinner going, Non? It must be fun" said Bi Enah.
Lea was silent for a moment. Suddenly he remembered Gail's words just now. He approached Bi Enah then invited the middle-aged woman to sit on the sofa with him.
"Come, Bi. There's something I want to talk about."
"What's up, Non?" bi Enah asked with a confused face looking at Lea.
"So Gail expressed her feelings to me. She said she wanted to be my girlfriend, Bi. According to Auntie, what should I do? Accept or reject it?" Lea asked for advice.
"Well, seriously, Non? Congratulations, yes!" Bi Enah was so happy to hear Lea's words.
"If according to Aunt, you better accept it, Non. Aunty sense, Mr. Gail is kind and sincere in love with Non Lea," replied Bi Enah.
"What time, Bi? But we just met, you know. How could she fall in love with me so quickly?" chirps Lea.
"Ih, can dong, Non. Whynot? It's called love at first sight. Just like Aunt fell in love with my dad. Falling in love at first sight," said Bi Enah while blushing in shame.
Lea smiled too. "Ciee, Aunt. All right, I'll think about it. Anyway I still have two days to think about it."
"Ready, Non. But, don't waste this opportunity, Non. Because opportunities rarely come twice," the middle-aged woman chirped again.
