Lea sat pensively at her work while staring at Martha's beautiful dress which failed the order. It was heard many times that the woman exhaled her heavy breath. Sri, who had been watching him since, became curious and wanted to know what really happened to his boss.

Today was the last day, where Lea had to answer Gail's statement. Since this afternoon, the man had been unceasingly calling Lea's number. It seemed like Gail was already impatient to know the answer from the woman. However, unfortunately Lea did not dare to give an answer to the man, so Gail was increasingly curious.

"Look, Sri! He called me again," Lea screeched with a confused face staring at the screen of her phone.

"Yes, Ma'am, pick up!" sri exclaimed with such enthusiasm.

However, suddenly a luxury car stopped right in front of his boutique. Lea's feet trembled violently when she realized who the owner of the luxury car was. He is Gail.

"Hi, Lea! I hope you don't forget your promise" Gail said as she slipped into the sizable room.

"Ja-promise? What promise? The feeling I never promised you anything" Lea said as she tried to calm herself.

Gail smiled then turned around and stared fixedly at Lea. "Don't pretend to forget memories, Lea. Do you know what? I can't wait for today. Two days that were the longest day of my life."

Lea swallowed her saliva with great difficulty. Gail's sharp gaze, made Lea's body increasingly tremble erratically.

"Now what's your answer?" continued Gail.

"Can we talk inside, Gail?" take Lea with a wry smile.

"All right, if that's what you want. I happen to be very thirsty" he said as he walked toward the sofa in the corner of the room. He sat there and waited for Leah who was walking towards him.

"Sri, could you please make a drink for Mr Gail?" Lea made her condolences, pleading with Sri, who happened to be in the room at the time.

"Okay, Boss!" Sri immediately went to make a drink.

Now it's just Lea and Gail in that room. Gail smiled again as she patted the empty s.p.a.ce beside her body.

"Sit, Lea. Don't you want us to talk here?"

Lea immediately sat there, not far from where Gail was.

"So, what's your answer, Lea? Don't try to procrastinate again" Gail said, grinning at the woman.

Lea breathed heavily. "What kind of answer do you expect from me, Gail?" lea asked seriously.

"The answer I expected? Yes, of course the word 'Yes', Lea. I hope you're willing to accept me as your partner" Gail said steadily.

"Hows it? Come, Lea! Say 'Yes'!" Gail persuaded again.

"I don't know if my decision was right or wrong. However, I really hope that my choice this time is correct." Lea took a deep breath and then exhaled again slowly.

"Alright, I accept you."

A wide smile was engraved on Gail's face. The man was glad not to be dumbfounded after hearing the reply from Lea just now.

"Seriously? You accept me, Lea?" he asked, trying to convince.

Lea nodded slowly. Yes, even from the look on his face, it was clear that Lea was still hesitant about the decision.

"Yes, I accept you to be my lover, Gail. But on condition," he said with a serious face.

"All right, what's the condition? Just say it," said Gail confidently.

"You know for yourself that I was traumatized by a betrayal and it really hurt, Gail. I don't want that to happen again. Honestly, it's hard to open your heart to start a new relationship. But for you, I will try. So, I'm begging you, Gail. Please, don't disappoint me" Lea said softly.

Gail was silent for a while, before she nodded her head while smiling at Lea.

"Yes, Lea. I promise I will never disappoint you. I won't let you down for the second time" Gail said confidently.

"I'll hold your word, Gail."
