It turned out that Mr. Rahman had been waiting for Lea's arrival in front of the magnificent residence. The middle-aged man smiled to welcome Lea and opened the door for her. After Lea entered, Mr. Rahman rushed the car to his old residence.
On travel.
"What's up, Non? Looks like Non's having a problem with Mr Gail?" ask Mr. Rahman.
Lea was silent for a moment with a sad face. He did not know if he should tell Mr. Rahman the truth or not. Until finally he decided to tell everything to the middle-aged man. I hope the weight in his heart will be reduced a little.
"It turns out Mr. Abigail is a master con man Mr. Rahman."
Mr. Rahman scrunched his forehead. He did not understand what Leah meant just now. "What does Non Lea mean, huh? Why does Non Lea say that?"
Lea smiled sinisterly with a gaze towards the direction of the road they were walking on. "It turns out Mr. Abigail was the one who hit us that fateful night, Mr. Rahman. He's the one who took Harris' life. He married me just out of pity to see my fate."
"What-what?!" screeched Mr. Rahman with his eyes bulging. "But where does Non know about it? Who said it?" Mr. Rahman was curious.
"He admitted it himself, sir." Lea was still staring blankly outwards.
"Yes, God!" pekik Pak Rahman's. "Then what now, Non?"
"I'll reopen the case, sir. I want him to feel how cold the holding cell is. He has to take responsibility for everything he has done."
Mr. Rahman breathed heavily. "Then what about your baby, Nope? In any case the baby needs the figure of his father," said the middle-aged man.
"I'll always be there for him, sir. I will be a father and mother figure to him" Lea replied steadily.
Meanwhile.
"Mr Abigail?"
Nick ventured into the main room. He walked up to Gail who was sitting on the edge of the bed with her head bowed to the floor.
"Mr Gail, are you okay?"
There was a heavy breathing sound. Gail raised her head and it looked as if the clear circle was wetting both of her cheeks. For his entire life, this was the first time Nick had seen the frail figure of Abigail Sebastian.
"I'm devastated, Nick. I'm completely devastated" he replied.
"Now what will you do, Mr Abigail?"
Gail rubbed her face violently. "I'm gonna open the case back, Nick. I will turn myself in to the police and ask them to give me a heavy sentence" he said softly.
Nick could only breathe heavily. He looked at Gail and was saddened by all the events that happened to his big boss.
Right at that moment, Sean arrived at Abigail's residence. With a hasty move, Sean walked towards the main room. Where Gail is still in the room with Nick.
"Gail! Gail, are you okay?" The man barged in and sat down beside Gail who was still grieving.
"You must be strong, Gail! Prove to Lea that you're really going to be responsible for all of that" Sean said.
Gail lifted her head and looked at Nick who was still standing not far from his position. "There was one thing that astonished me" he said later.
"What is that, sir?" Nick scrunched his forehead.
"Who has leaked this secret? I'm sure someone told Lea the truth" Gail said.
Nick shook his head slowly. "Let's remember, sir, whoever knows this secret" Nick said.
Gail seemed to think. "Obviously you, the butler, the people associated with this case, and ...." Gail turned her head towards Sean who was still sitting beside her. The man was silent with a paled face.
"What's wrong with you, Sean?" Gail squinted her eyes as she looked at her cousin. "Don't tell me you leaked it to Lea, yeah!" gail continued with a serious face.
"E-ehm, that's ...." Sean looked scared. "I never actually told Lea about it. However, I once told Martha," Sean continued with trembling lips.
"What?!" Gail reflexes rose from her position. He stood in front of Sean with a flushed face.
"So you told Martha about it?!" gail shouted in annoyance.
Sean nodded slowly. "Y-yes, Gail. I'm sorry" he replied softly.
"Bad!" Gail grabs Sean's shirt collar violently and pulls him up until the man is level with her.
"Now I know where Leah knows the secret!"
Bughhh!
One punch landed on Sean's face hard enough that the corner of the man's lips turned blue and let out a hint of fresh blood. Feeling not quite satisfied with the punch, Gail came back and threw her fist once again to the other side of Sean's face.
Bughhh!
Again Sean lapsed while holding his blue cheek. Feeling guilty, Sean lets Gail punish him.
"Do it, Gail. Hit me as much as your heart. I'll never fight because I know I was wrong" Sean said, grimacing in pain.
Gail who had been ignited by emotions, came back to Sean and wanted to give a punch for the umpteenth time. However, Nick ignores it. He held onto Gail's body and reminded the man.
"That's enough, sir. Remember, sooner or later, Miss Lea will definitely know this. With or without Miss Martha tell me, Miss Lea will definitely know about it someday" Nick said.
Gail, who had been emotionally ignited, was now silent while examining Nick's words just now. He dropped himself on the edge of his bed and breathed a heavy breath.
"You're right, Nick. I'm sorry, Sean!"
Sean, who was still stranded on the floor, was holding onto his blue face, and finally smiled. "You don't have to apologize, Gail. I would do the same if I were in your position" Sean said.
