FLW CHAPTER 4 - Plastic Surgery
"Aghts!! help me doc!" arra shouted as he felt an excruciating pain on his face.
Blood flowed endlessly, even to the point of dripping down his shirt.
Arriving at the Royal Dude hospital, Arra immediately get treatment in the IGD room, physical examination is done directly by a specialist.
"Dok, please surgery my face, I don't want this face to be damaged," said Arra Lirih, one hand reached 4 ties of money in the pocket of the white suit he was wearing.
The suit belonged to a good doctor at the Medistra hospital.
After saying that Arra closed his eyes and was unconscious.
He was unconscious for several hours in the operating room. The wound on his face was quite severe, finally the doctor decided to face surgery.
Seeing this identity card in the pocket of his other suit, read the name Selena Maiden.
As the operation progressed, Erzan was standing right in front of the Royal Dude hospital. Feeling his heart rustling erratically.
After giving birth she knew Arra was still in a weak state. The chances of her falling on the streets and being helped by people, and being taken to a hospital are much greater than the woman going abroad.

"Master!" call a bodyguard, he runs towards Erzan.
"Baby Eleanor woke up and kept crying!" he said again with his hasty voice. Since the beginning Erzan has said that the condition of his son is the main one, after the new Eleanor Arra.
And hearing that Erzan immediately rushed back to the Medistra hospital. Some of his men followed him, while others asked Erzan to stay at the Royal Dude hospital. Keep an eye on all entrances and exits.
Arriving at Medistra hospital, Erzan's hasty footsteps finally turned into running. He immediately went to the incubator room of the child, saw his baby who was about to be fixed by a feeding tube by several nurses.
"STOP!" erzan said with a thunderous voice, as soon as the nurses were surprised. Not with her son who was a little calm.
It was as if Erzan's voice was something Baby Eleanor longed for.
This tiny baby is still crying, but not as thrashing as before.
"Give me a milk pacifier! I'll suckle him straight away!"
One of the nurses immediately moved quickly to obey Erzan's orders.
Taking a nurse-giving pacifier and breastfeeding baby Eleanor. At first baby Eleanor had trouble sipping the pacifier, until a few seconds later she succeeded.
"Smart kid," Erzan said with a soft voice, he even smiled as he said that.
In his heart was still inexhaustible, how could Arra willingly leave his son.
Erzan continued to look at Eleanor who was greedy breastfeeding, even until the contents ran out Eleanor still wanted more.
"Give me some more milk!"
"Okay Sir!"
Again, Erzan gave a new bottle of pacifier to his son. And when the milk in the second pacifier bottle ran out, Eleanor fell asleep.
Erzan is aware of one thing, his son does not want him to stay.
"Can Elea sleep while I'm carrying on?"
"Just lie down, sir."
"On the baby box alone, there's no need for an incubator."
"Sorry sir, it's better in the incubator."
"But there's no need to be injected or anything."
"Good sir."
Slowly Erzan again put baby Eleanor, but when her hand was completely detached from the child, baby Eleanor cried.
"Dad! how are you! know this better I'm carrying!" erzan's annoyance at the nurse.
Erzan again took his son and Eleanor immediately calmed down and went to sleep.
The nurse could not say anything.
