FLW CHAPTER 6 - Offering Help
"The baby is Erzan's son, my grandson," Argus said with a smile he was still trying to hold on to. It still feels too awkward to admit it, when given all the rude treatment he and Miya had done to Arra.
And similarly, Miya also wanted to cheer happily. But he did not do it when he remembered Arra and all his treatment. During Arra's pregnancy, Argus and Miya continue to doubt her. Judging Arra was the one who had trapped Erzan. Rude words continued to be uttered even though Arra had lowered his head to hold back the tears.
A sudden feeling of guilt slipped into the hearts of Argus and Miya.
But not with Eudora, these two beautiful women's eyes immediately patterned when they heard Argus' words. He wanted to refute it but was powerless to speak, moreover Eudora could clearly see the happy look on Argus and Miya's faces.
Eudora could only clench her hands tightly, trying to smile and pretending to be happy.
"But there is one problem" Argus said again, making Miya so anxious, afraid if something happens to her granddaughter.
"What Pa? what's with that baby?"
"Not Ma, not about our grandchildren, but Arra."
"Why him?"
"He's running away."
Ha's? Miya was surprised, also with Eudora. But soon Eudora took the opportunity to talk.
"Snow? leaving baby? Gosh, what a pity that baby," said Eudora with many questions, she also put on her sad face, as if feeling sorry for the baby. But really, Eudora just wants to take Argus and Miya's heart. He knew that once the boy recognized Erzan's flesh and blood, his engagement would be over.
But Eudora will not give up as easily as that, especially her love for Erzan never fade long ago.
Arra's departure, he'll make the most of it.
And it seemed like Eudora's attempt was successful, she saw Argus and Miya's faces that immediately looked glum.
"Om, Auntie, I know my engagement and Erzan won't continue. But allow me to help you take care of the baby, I don't want him to be a victim of this problem" Eudora explained, offering a favor that would benefit her.
"You are indeed a good child dear," Miya replied, she even gently stroked Eudora's head. All this time Miya has considered Eudora like her own child.
But Argus hesitated a little.
"About the baby, how will it be up to Erzan" Argus said. Miya nodded, while Eudora nodded and smiled wryly.
Inside the incubator room, baby Eleanor begins to be examined. Once weighed there is a significant weight gain. Baby Eleanor is now allowed to go home.
Erzan smiled happily, he kissed the baby over and over again.
"You're a smart kid El, indeed" Erzan was proud of.
"What's? want to go home quickly because you want to see mommy?"
"Yes yes, but daddy has to find your mommy first." Erzan continued to invite his son to talk, until he did not realize that 2 nurses were looking at him with lips that smelled a smile.
On one side Erzan looks very scary, but on the other hand he is so soft.
That morning Erzan also brought baby Eleanor home, about Arra still she left aside, the most important thing now is her son first. Arriving at his house, he sees Argus, Miya and Eudora already there.
Honestly speaking, seeing that Erzan felt uncomfortable.
"Why are so many people here? Eleanor still needs a lot of time to rest."
"Erzan, taking care of the baby is not easy, let mama and Eudora help you."
"No need, I've brought a pediatrician and a babysitter all at once" Erzan explained, speaking in a cold voice that seemed to have no interest.
