Fella refused Daffi's invitation to go home together. The woman was more willing to wait for public transport until night than to owe Daffi a debt of gratitude.

Many things Fella considered so difficult to accept Daffi and his good intentions. For Fella, her life problems are complicated enough not to add to the burden of getting into other people's problems.
